Appearance: Kazuo stands at 5'11", with fair white skin, messy brown hair, and blue eyes. He maintains a lean and athletic physique due to the benefits he reaps on behalf of the Athletics Club. He hides a scar that spans from the left side of his chest to his shoulder. His typical attire consists mostly of flannels that remain unbuttoned, as to reveal the black or white shirt he would wear underneath. He also wears skinny jeans and his favorite dress shoes. When in school, he wears his flannel underneath an open uniform jacket, along with his dress shoes. His chain necklace and silver ring are a constant in all his outfits.

Alternate Appearance: When taking on his alternate appearance, Kazuo wears something akin to that of a samurai's armor. He wears a black suit underneath navy blue armor. The sleeves of his suit contain a gray flame pattern, the aforementioned being covered by navy blue wrist bracers. He wears fingerless gloves to cover his hands, though unlike his right hand, his left makes use of silver finger guards shaped like claws. The pants of his suit are guarded by armor which covers his calves. He wears brown boots below the aforementioned armor. He also wears a dark brown obi-sash around his waist. For his mask, Kazuo dons a blue oni mask with yellow horns, and a hood to cover his head.

Personality: Kazuo is a heavily patient person, often tolerating harsh insults and threats with little to no reaction. He is one who prefers to plan meticulously, other than rushing in head-first without believing he is capable of doing something. He maintains a calm, reserved demeanor, though he grows cold toward anyone who threatens friends or family. He often displays a significant kindness toward others, especially strangers, as he feels the most important impression is always the first. He can sometimes be somewhat playful and mischievous, though this would only be seen by his friends. Kazuo greatly fears the feeling of powerlessness, something in which he felt when learning of his younger brother's illnesses a little two years ago. The Background

History:
Born the son of a construction worker and a nurse, Kazuo lived a fairly wealthy life at the expense of his rarely seeing his parents. When Kazuo was but seven years old, his mother gave birth to another baby boy, and named him Jiro. Though, after a few months, his mother and father divorced after a bitter argument, and a brutal custody battle would lead to Jiro and Kazuo separating from one another. With Jiro living with his mother, Kazuo was tormented by his drunken father physically and emotionally. Through the company of friends old and new, Kazuo would shy away from the torment of his father by exploring forests and the outdoors with his friends. As Kazuo got older however, the torment seemed to grow worse. It got to a point where Kazuo had fought his father after the latter threatened his friends and Jiro, which enraged Kazuo.
At 15, Kazuo learned of the reason which his parents divorced and separated. This, of course, was through another fight, this one verbal. Kazuo learned that his father and mother divorced because of the latter cheating on her with a woman who had lived near the construction site in which his father had worked in at the time. Along with this, his mother attempted to stop him from abusing Kazuo, something which would be the result of drunken outbursts.
There was a third reason, this one impacting Kazuo hardest. When Jiro was but a year old, he was diagnosed with multiple illnesses, some of which would prove to be fatal to the young boy's life. Upon learning about this, Kazuo asked his mother if he could move to his uncle's house over in East Eden, in order to stay away from his father. Kazuo's mother lived closer to his uncle in comparison to Kazuo's father, which meant Kazuo could visit Jiro more often. Jiro, despite having barely seen him, loves his brother deeply, and opens up to him about how something was missing in the world; he always felt something was wrong, but he couldn't think of what. Just last year, Kazuo's mother and Jiro had to leave, moving out of state for the former's job. Jiro made Kazuo promise he would live life as it should, and if he could, discover what was missing. Kazuo agreed, and said good-bye to his brother, an immense motivation pushing him to succeed.

We don't allow HP boosting strengths because they can get out of hand over time and they essentially provide a boost to PEnd as well. So you'll have to rethink this one.

There is no specific lock picking SQ, but if you mean Understanding, you'll have to state that specifically. however, that SQ also applies to a few other things besides sneaking, like QAS decisions that have to do with understanding people or how things work.

I replaced the HP Boost with a increased resistance to Sleep, and changed Kazuo's Understanding weakness to an Intelligence weakness. After some work on my Persona, I also decided to change the SP reduction for Electricity-based skills into an HP cost reduction for Slash-based skills. Hopefully everything is all set for approval.
