Her form is elegant with flowing white hair behind her. Unlike her previous incarnations (via Persona series) Fortuna’s body is only half shown as an upper torso. Her hands are outstretched towards Phoebe, who is encompassed and surrounded by a sphere similar to a crystal ball. Within the crystal ball of Fortuna, Phoebe has full access to her prophetic and influence over luck for herself and allies. This state of Fortuna also enhances her Persona abilities via "Remote View"
Fortuna, daughter of Zeus, was considered the Greek goddess of fortune and fate. She was represented with a blindfold-- a common concept among soothsayers and oracles. She was both in charge of the concepts of bad luck and good luck. As many oracles are known, some are able to avert disaster to see into the future, but sometimes the results cause them to occur-- or even are forbidden to change the future to save themselves.
In relation to Phoebe, she represents the nature of fortune's bounty and cruelty in relation to her life and her medical condition that would potentially rob her of her life. - Persona Details:

Skill 1: Growth | A skill only for strictly support characters. If supporting a team, each use and demon/shadow defeated counts towards your rank ups aswell. | Passive | Tier 1 (Allows access to rank +1 higher skills exclusive to Navigator)
Skill 2: Dungeon Scan | Allows users to sense Shadows/Persona-Users (anyone with a Persona) within twenty squares of their current location. (Dungeon Specific) When used out of a dungeon, this scan has a radius of 15 meters around the user. The range of this skill stacks the more times the user has it under their Persona. Skill 3:Remote View | Allows user to locate, speak with and monitor allies no matter the distance within a dungeon. User can create a virtual "phone call" with their Persona that allows everyone to talk to each other at once. Description: Using her powers as a "Seeress", Phoebe releases Fortuna’s power over luck and fate to change the circumstances of the battle. She changes fate itself to turn the tables in favor of her allies. Their combined power allows her to swap buffs and debuffs from both allies and enemies between each other. ( Target swapped determined by caster and one target for target transferred) Those durations are increased by +1.

Description: Phoebe channels Fortuna's power to offer a boon to herself or her allies. Fortified fortune allows her to restore 20% of an ally's HP, along with giving a 10% boost to their luck for 1 turn. (Luck boost cannot be reapplied till one post after duration ends, but HP can be recovered despite the limit.)
