Appearance: A young girl with cropped black hair. She has a light skin complexion and a lithe frame. Her face is on a rounder side, showing a gentle expression with light lips. She has blue eyes that almost glimmer in the light. Her physique is rather weak for her age, due to her conditions but she has shown to work to be somewhat active. At times one would call her sickly in build. Her usual school attire is a dark blue blazer with the normal accessories her class has and a badge to her school, along with a violet skirt and shoes. Her more casual attire is often seen as a mix of blue and violet light colors-- a floral panel top that runs down to her waist and a light jacket she wears with a hood drawn back. During the warm weather she wears light shorts of a bright color and sneakers, but during the colder months, she would wear light slacks. Her outfit varies depending on the weather socially but she is most often seen in her school uniform.

Alternate Appearance:

While in the dungeons and under the protection of her persona-- she is clad completely in a black coat that reaches from head to toe. She wears black shoes and light dexterous black pants. She wears black gloves as well. The coat itself is black but with light silver, tribal like symbols that run along the robe-- hidden among the black lighting of it. The coat has a large zipper, opens part way and easily flexible, also adorned with a decorated chain tied to the bits of the neckline and hood.

While the hood is drawn up, its enough to conceal her identity-- but the mask of the Persona is in the shape of a black blinder-- identical to the blinder used by Fortuna. The blinder has silver markings spaced around it-- the center showing a single eye-symbol in the center to act as a 'third eye'. Even though black and otherwise unseeable, her vision is hardly hindered. When her Persona evolves, after she confronts a difficult realization-- the mask becomes a golden masquerade mask with an elaborate swirling movement like wind.

Personality: Phoebe is a caring, compassionate, sweet girl. She is seemingly innocent and hopeful on the surface when she interacts with people. She tries hard to engage with others and works to always wear a brave face for them. She shows calm enthusiasm and respect for others. She has a caring streak, often offering to help where she can-- despite the limits she has.

It is one side to her, however, as the brave face masks a great pain she has. Often hospitalized for her ‘condition’, she would appear melancholy or deep in thought. A clear conflict is on her mind as she tries to sort out her feelings and decisions. However, she tries hard to keep up a brave face to prevent others from feeling sorry for her or to ruin a good mood on her account.

She wishes to cherish her precious memories, over seeking an out that might change everything.

Phoebe is often good nature and very polite, though there are rare times she will shed that front and use surprising language if she is riled up.

Her hobbies include trading card games, reading, art, fortune telling by tarot cards and writing. She loves fantasy fiction and magic. Her interest in the lighter side of the occult is one of the few distractions that would entertain her.

The Background

History: Phoebe was a young girl, who grew up with her mother, father and older sister. They were raised in the western side of Japan and lived relatively normal lives. Even at a young age, Phoebe took interest in intellectual pursuits, studying in school, reading and other games of intellect. Her parents had clear hopes for her to make a bright future for herself, as well as her sister.

However, the events of the Calamity changed everything. The events of that time erupted, Phoebe and her parents were in a car accident as the events released. Both her parents died in the accident-- but Phoebe was badly injured, suffering a strong concussion that left her in a coma.

Her sister, Yuna Hikari, while still reeling from the death of her parents, was able to get her sister to a proper hospital and care. Phoebe was comatose for over 9 months, before she finally woke up to learn what befell her family. Living together, Rika and Phoebe worked hard-- as Rika graduated school and began providing for themselves, Phoebe worked hard in the school at Edymion city, their new home.

However, the troubles with Phoebe’s accident still lingered. After about when she became 12 she began to suffer dizziness and headaches. When she went to the hospital, it was discovered she had a brain tumor-- a result from the accident, or perhaps an unknown side effect via the Calamity. Though considered a slow growth for the time being, the threat to her health was clear. Phoebe was devastated-- but the treatment options were presented before her. In due time, the tumor could grow and eventually kill her from mental strain. While medicine often would keep it in check, the option to remove it was there… however, the risk of where the tumor was located could directly impact her sense of ‘identity’. In short, if the tumor was removed, Phoebe might forget who she was, and the memories most dear to her.

The thought of forgetting who she was, losing herself, was like being an empty shell of a person to her. The thought of that terrified her more than even dying. So she choose to not seek treatment, not wishing to lose the things that mattered most to her.

Though still able to go to school and other forms of activity, Phoebe has to make regular trips to the hospital for treatment to keep the tumor under control. Her sister, works hard to keep up her treatment. However, the sisters sometime clash-- while Phoebe worries how hard her sister works, Yuna would wish that her sister would undergo the treatment, the idea to lose her being what pushes her to work so hard.

And so tragedy of fate takes root in the young girls’ heart…

Strength Name: Heightened Intuition
—Type: Social/Combat
—Description: Phoebe always had a great interest in psychic, magic and phenomenon. However, perhaps due to her own mental condition-- she has a strong sensory ability than most would, even when unawakened. Dungeon Scan counts as one extra stack for further range.

This strength not only gives her an extra skill-slot (albiet restricted), it also implies she would have supernatural based powers before awakening, which is a no-go. No weakness on earth could make up for this. Also, please inform staff in the future before making edits.

In general, weaknesses are supposed to be hindering, and effect stats, and things, that will actually be important. For example, a pure Navigator will not care at all about a 15% increase to ammo costs, because they'll hardly ever be in the actual fight, in the first place. I'd revise your Weaknesses with that in mind.

I get it. i had hoped to make skill cards more valable since that would be a focus for her, but if its the rule i will honor it.
