| Tokyo Strip was a pretty nice area-- for Akuma's taste. He usually came there in his free time after classes to get some good lunch. It was a small little street-side bar that opened out to the street and seperated by thin sheets to keep vision out too much. It was traditional to Japanese culture in how people could easily walk in, eat and take off after to wherever they had to go.
Exhausted from school and his morning work with his friend, he strolled down the street until he found it. Akuma passed into the diner after he tossed away the cigarette he had been smoking. After he stomped it out on the sidewalk, he entered and sat himself down at the counter.
"One Beef Bowl with rice and a beer please," he asked the waiter who both cooked and delivered the food. The man gave a curtious nod to him and proceeded to make his meal.
For now, Akuma rested, tired from both class and the martial arts. He worked up quite an appetite that he could probably order two beef bowls... maybe... tentatively... he probably would if he wasn't full.
Still, one thing about these places... you never knew whom you might meet.

| Frog came to the shop that day with a couple of random unimportant friends that he simply came here with just so he wouldn't feel awkward as fuck eating alone and trying new stuff alone. They sat down, talking while Frog simply kept quiet. He was here for the food after all, not to talk a lot. Of course he didn't even know what to talk to these people about. He was more worried about real stuff like the Terroristry and his new nightlife. And his new girlfriend and the friends that were actually important to him.
As the group sat down, chittering and chattering, Frog was naturally pushed to the very sides of their sitting space. He served as a border between the group and the rest of the populace, and this particular time he was pushed right next to some red head guy eating a beef bowl or so Frog assumed.
He himself had never eaten much of such cuisine, mostly cause his family wasn't keen on culinary experimentation like he was. So his eyes lingered on the stranger's beef bowl a few seconds longer than was intended.

| The beef bowl tasted good as Akuma enjoyed his meal. He was tired from the long day and was glad to get some rest after all that had happened. Still it was a sense of normalcy, even as the group of people came in.
Akuma glanced at the new people, seeing as their eyes met with his. Still-- he wasn't into gawking at guys for obvious reasons. "Something I can help you out with?" Akuma asked, hoping this wasn't about to get any more awkward than it had to be.
Either way, if this guy was just looking for casual conversation-- Akuma was a bit of a tough guy to direct into that naturally. After all his 'manners' came from a crime family, after all.

| Frog was out of it, so he wasn't expecting the guy to address him because he hadn't even noticed he was dong anything wrong. As such, he somewhat confusedly raised his eyes from the beef bowl to meet Akuma's eyes. He wasn't particularly pleased by the look he was being given.
"Err, no I didn't say anything." He retorted, trying to defend himself. In his eyes he still didn't know what it was that even proned the guy to talk to him in the first place all of a sudden. It didn't help that the guy looked kind of scary even. Frog didn't like hanging around people like that, even though, ironically, he was a Terrorist by night, so he was probably looking like a criminal then too.
He looked away from Akuma awkwardly to try and lower the tension building up in him, but to hardly any avail. Instead this shift only made him feel more focused on this constant throbbing in his stomach. He was hungry for the guy's beef bowl. When the others in his group started placing their orders, Frog found himself shifting his gaze back towards Akuma. "Uhh, sorry, but what's that you're eating? I wanna order that too..." He said meekly.

| Well the conversation was a bit on the dry end of things-- Akume shouled of ordered more beer. He just took a breath and listened as the odd guy spoke up to him asking what he was eating. "Beef Bowl Ramen. Real stake tips instead of that 'Philly steak' crap other places have. " he said brashly as he took another bite of his.
Akuma was a proud carnivore when it came to his choice of food. He enjoyed red meat often. Still he was curious by those restaurants with challenges-- eating a huge amount to get some kind of reward. Though Akuma was rather on the fit side, he also had a big appetite after a hard work out. He probably could do it if he found one.
"You and your gang from around here?" Akuma asked, a bit of a not-so-subtle hint. He meant it as a joke, but he wasn't stupid. Since he was involved with such a gang outside of Endymion, he could tell one a mile away.

| "Oh then I'll have a beef bowl ramen." Frog waved his order to the waiter as he heard what he needed to her from that random guy. He wasn't really interested usually in socializing with anyone who felt the need to drink beer at a restaurant on his own so he was just about to turn around and start typing on his phone while he waited for his food when the other guy actually spoke up and addressed him again.
"What gang?" Was his first confused reply. He delivered it with one brow raised. He didn't see any gang around here, especially not any he was a part of. "I just stuck to these people because they were headed here. See they don't even pay enough attention to me to hear that I'm dissing them over here." He gave a slight shrug. "But no, I'm not from around Little Tokyo. I just wanted to go try the food here."

| (Sorry for the long delay. work, the dash and other things last month occupying me)
Akuma snorted a bit at the gesture. It seemed it was hard to make friends, not just for him. Then again, he was a bit of an odd-ball himself considering his upbringing. THings in Endymion were so strange to him at times. It seemed like it was society but at the same time, it wasn't.
"I see. I'm relatively new to this city so I am just trying to get my footing into things," he explained as he tossed another piece of beef down his throat. The guy had a good appetite, considering the demon smacking he had been doing. He wish he could brag a bit about it-- but that would be stupid.
If there was only some way for him to know who were and weren't the cadets the Playhouse warned him about. Either way, he just wanted to get to know his new surroundings and home city.

| Well it was always interesting to meet newcomers to Endy, since the rest of the world was all blown up and stuff, allegedly. Frog had much to ask this person but he, as usual, kept his mouth shut regarding his interests. Talking to people was a difficult task for the young man at times, especially strangers, and especially scary strangers at scary japanese restaurants. Most importantly he couldn't predict how the guy was gonna react to the inquiries, seeing as they might hit the wrong buttons if life outside of Endy was a touchy subject for him. Frog had no clue and thus it was better not to take any chances.
"That's nice. So that means you've not been in Endy for the Great Divide?" He asked, waiting for his order to arrive. He was sorta half-hoping that his order would arrive before the guy left. Maybe because he'd only ordered it after seeing the guy eating it as well. What a strange reasoning, but that's just how his hopeful and inexperienced brain worked at times, seeking such fleeting kinship with any potential 'friends' and compensating for the interactions he was too afraid to initialize on his own.
