The Magic Touch [Gabe/Susan]

As Gabe waited, he noticed something about her again, but there was something different about her face. Maybe not her face, but the entire aura that she presented. What was the word?....

More confident?

It was a turn on to see Susan more reassured with herself, but nothing to do with lust or anything of the sort. It was growth, it was the fact that the confidence stemmed from Gabe making it absolutely clear that he was willing to accept her for who she truly was. He liked that about her, the fact that she can turn it all around at a moment's notice. Even if it was just a facade, for the time being, he still allowed it to play out as he immediately took her hand and smiled.

"I should pamper you like this more often. Before we go, let's stop at the in-house store at spa castle. I want you to look for scented oils that you favor the most, because next time, I'll be doing the massages myself. "

A little surprising to be honest, she admittedly jumped and her eyes widened at him. Susan did not expect such a positive response from nowhere, especially after their somber conversation. Perhaps he was feeling more relaxed after the visit and chose to express it with more energy than she did, she was feeling much more comfortable after the fact even if she didn't think it was that apparent but this would take thought regardless. The businesswoman opened her mouth to protest, to say that she didn't need all this attention on top of all this attention and that none of it was necessary but quickly closed it. From this entire exchange she had learned a very valuable lesson about interacting with Gabriel:

He was a giver, so she was better off shutting up and acting grateful if she wanted him to be content.

"I-If you insist," she stuttered, taking a fleeting glance at the bag from the shop she had already been too as he dragged her to the shop she had already been to, any romantic connotations sailing over her head as the minority of her brain imagined innocent shoulder massages while the majority was preoccupied if not allowing him to purchase her more things after arranging this entire day visit was a stupid idea or not. If anything she made a mental not to pay attention to his spending habits...
