Appearance: Kendra is 5'0 ft tall, weighs about 108 lbs, stands up straight and proud, and makes sure her appearance reflects her confidence and potential. Her copper hair is always neatly put into a bun, not a single hair out of place or spread across her face, and even when it's let down it seems to be impeccably neat. Sharp, determined brown eyes are highlighted by the freckles sprinkled across her face. Even her walk, a swagger of sorts, shows her confidence.

She usually wears clothes that seem too formal for most situations, though she says she finds them to be casual, especially dress pants and button-up shirts, even if it seems like everything is too put together.

Alternate Appearance: As Sultana, Kendra exudes the same aura of confidence she does normally. However, her walk and posture seem slightly more relaxed, as though a burden has been lifted from her shoulders.

Her outfit seems to be an odd mix of armor and silk. She wears a golden-color breastplate, translucent white silk wrapped around her shoulders turning opaque and bright red as it goes on as a sort of cape. She wears bright red leggings that go to her ankles, a white translucent silk train attached that flows behind her. A pair of waraji adorn her feet. Hair is kept in a side braid that is draped over her left shoulder.

Her mask is a golden domino mask with two white pieces of metal attached to the top to look like horns.

Personality: Self-Assured

Kendra is a very self-assured person, something most people can tell right off the bat. She knows what she wants, how she wants to get it, and is 100% sure she will get it no matter what. She trusts in her own abilities, always believes the decisions she makes are the right ones, and expects people to follow the lead she sets.

Organized

Organization has always been a major part of Kendra's life. Her parents expected and trained her to be able to organize things effectively and efficiently. As such, Kendra is organized at all times. Sometimes she even ends up organizing other people's things if she has nothing better to do, even if she doesn't have permission.

Controlling

Kendra is a very controlling person, partially because she gets some enjoyment from controlling others. She believes she knows what's best for herself and others, and that leads her to try to take charge at all times. She hates it when she isn't in control or involved of situations and will try to gain some sort of authority over others in any way she can when that does occur.

Hot-Headed

Despite the more proper and reserved nature her appearance may suggest, Kendra has quite the temper. While she's able to control herself better when it comes to some subjects, she's known to get especially volatile when people question her authority or disobey her. Really, she just hates anything that tests her patience or ignores her repeatedly, and many things just so happen to tick her off.

Stubborn

Once Kendra gets an opinion on something, she doesn't change it. If she has a plan in mind, no matter the situation on hand, she's not going to change the plan. If she wants to do something reckless and dangerous, she's going to do it even if she ends up in the hospital.

Optimistic

Despite her bursts of anger, Kendra manages to be very optimistic. She believes people should always try to look on the brighter side of things so they can keep going forwards. She thinks that to every tragedy, there's a chance for hope. It's how she functions.

—Description: "What kind of wimp can't take a few hits?!" Kendra knows how to keep her guard up, even in the most tense of situations. While most people just see her as a dog with a big bark and not a big threat, she's encountered people who are more than happy to try to hurt her to get her to shut up, leading her to learn how to stand a few blows. (Kendra's guard blocks 10% more of the original number of damage she would've taken.)

—Description: "I can strike you for as long as I need to." Kendra has pretty good arm strength and, while she has no formal training with striking weapons, can land some pretty good blows with striking weapons. (Attacks done by striking weapons do 5% more damage than normal.)

—Description: "I'll hit them before they even realize what's happening, and then I'll hit them again!" Kendra's very aware that each time you get the option to attack again, you attack as quickly as you can. (Kendra can make two dexterity attacks in combat.)

—Description: "What more is there to understand? I have a plan and we're doing my plan my way. I'll keep attacking until they stop." Kendra's courage and tendency to focus on her own ideas have made her a bit ignorant. (Kendra's understanding has to reach rank 2 twice before she can actually say her understanding is rank 2.)

—Weakness Name: I Can Handle Myself
—Description: "I told you all I could handle this! What are you doing!?" Kendra's stubbornness tends to get in the way of others, especially when they're trying to help her. She can handle herself, after all. (Healing percentages from healing spells decrease by 15% when used on Kendra.)

—Weakness Name: Astraphobia
—Description: "Plenty of people hate lightning! You get hit by it once and your chances of being hit again go up!" While, electricity might not scare her itself, Kendra has never enjoyed the thought of lightning. Seeing visible electric discharges scares her a lot more than she'd let on, and she drops her guard to cower. (The damage done by electricity skills goes up by 5%.)

—Description: "HEY! I SEE WHAT YOU'RE DOING! COME HERE AND FACE THE CONSEQUENCES!" Kendra is a very hot-headed person. Chances are, if something makes her angry, her wrath is going to get out of hand. (Kendra's resistance to the rage status effect is decreased by 15%)

—Description: "Look, I can pound enemies when they're down. I'm not so great at the elemental stuff." Kendra, despite her talent for using physical skills, is only really good at that. Her persona is not very good when it comes to the elemental skills. (Pmster decreases by 15%.)

Weapon Name Royal Pain
Weapon Description: Royal Pain is a sceptre made out of silver, dark brown wood, and gray wood. The top of the sceptre has four jagged pieces of black steel forming a claw-shape of sorts around a dark blue stone. The weapon itself is built so the user can easily use the top to strike somebody while keeping a tight grip on the sceptre. It's about 5'6 ft tall, much to Kendra's embarrassment, and is only 2 inches wide. The top of the sceptre is about 3 inches if you measure it from one side.

The Background

History: Kendra's parents ended up in Little Tokyo because of her father's ambitions. He figured her could be successful if he could sell his wares, older objects that would catch the eye of some. While it didn't work out how either of her parents thought it would, they both realized they had a chance to do something about their lack of success through Kendra.

Nothing official began until Kendra was 5. Her parents went to work trying to mold her into the perfect person for the business industry. They tried to teach her how to be organized and efficient, teach her how to turn her back on people, teach her to be confident at all times, and tried to teach her to not be afraid of keeping tabs on people around her. It didn't work the way they wanted.

Do I not have free will? Seriously, it's like I'm just a ticket to their future.

Kendra grew irritated and resentful as she got older, though she kept it buried under her happiness. Eventually, though even Kendra's not quite sure when, the resentfulness and irritation turned into an obsession to have control. She began to dream of being able to wear more casual outfits and of being able to slack off and pick fights with anybody she wanted, her irritation having also expanded to others.

Everything will work out one day. They can't control me forever!

The constant thought helped Kendra to keep going, kept her motivated to try to move through life as quickly and efficiently as possible. And if she happened to figure out small ways to rebel, why not? The formal dresses with irritating stockings became dress pants with button-ups, which displeased her parents but they couldn't do anything. It was exhilarating, controlling some aspect of her own life. Like telling off those kids at school for disobeying the rules, or threatening the one who thought they could pick on her for her height as a response.

One day I'll be able to do this all the time. But what do I want in the future other than this? I don't think running a business sounds fun. Maybe I could get a position in government or law? Yeah, that sounds fun.

Seven Stars was a blessing. It was a way to please her parents so she could get some time to just think. And nobody would mock her behind her back for being "too controlling and foul-tempered". Was it really her fault if everybody was too stubborn to listen to her? She was helping everybody, even if they disagreed and tried to drag her down to their level.

It's so much better now. At least when they talk about me behind my back, they can't say that I'm doing it just because I'm jealous or whatever. It's all almost over. Just one more year of dealing with the people around me and I'm free. I'll be able to do whatever I want! I'll have people who respect and listen to me without questions!

I'll be able to control everything about myself.

I'm fine with everything save for one detail: you can't start out as a member of the student government. I tried to start as the Student Council Treasurer on one of my characters and got told "no" so unless that's changed without my knowledge you can't do it.

Everything else is great though, let me know when you've changed this.

Approved. Keep in mind if you want to be part of the student government you can certainly campaign for it in game so don't count that out just yet.
