The knight had spent a good couple 30 minutes attempting to figure out how to make sense of this machine and connect himself to the so called internet. The young man had rarely touched tech like this in his life, too poor to afford and the Black Lions never bothered to teach them how to use a computer as most things in the monastery were analog or at best type writers, televisions or a stereo. Once connected however he had an easier time navigating to the desired website using the account Patty had helped him create. He was still unsure if he was doing the correct thing though...

Immediately after Albrecht successfully loaded the site, his screen would flood with an absurd amount of jumbled green code, an indecipherable stream of numbers and letters engulfing his entire browser and rushing down the tab while his keyboard and mouse silently shut off. It'd be blatantly obvious to anyone who'd interacted with a computer before that this wasn't normal by any stretch of the imagination; it was a bombastic wave of flair not unlike the kind of hacking you'd see in an outdated mediocre movie or a meme floating around the web, something that had to either a blatant display of supernatural power or an elaborate prank... or perhaps both? Regardless, while the sight might initially prove alarming, things would calm down not long after as the rapidly moving text slowed to a trickling crawl and control over the keys and cursor returned to the technologically-illiterate knight. His browser would remain altered though and every tab he opened would load the same black screen, a masked figure slowly fading into sight and waving in his direction, the girl(?) hovering peacefully in a sea of code while the screen automatically began to zoom in on her head.
"CyberKnight, huh? I like it! Welcome to my humble abode warrior! Are you a warrior-poet too by chance?"
Most of the random text behind her would disappear and in the vacant space new words would be spelled out, the messages speedily darting in to fill the empty spot. But in spite of their swift arrival, they'd linger for a decent bit before vanishing and being replaced giving Albrecht a fair amount of time to read it over, likely thanks to the fact that the terrorist wasn't actually speaking aloud for him to hear. In the meantime, the rabbit-headed woman would giggle to herself, waiting for him to finish reading and then starting to recite a poem after pantomiming a throat-clear.
"Some say the world will end in fire, Some say in ice. From what I’ve tasted of desire I hold with those who favor fire. But if it had to perish twice, I think I know enough of hate To say that for destruction ice Is also great And would suffice."
"What do you think? Fire or ice?"
QAS Initiated!
>Fire.
>Ice.
>The world already ended. Go jump in a dumpster you dumb wannabe clown.

Albrecht watched the black and green show off going on the screen, it was like that matrix movie, though he was not impressed. His ignorance on the subject mad him unable to understand the process behind such happening. He almost scoffed at the screen from sheer lack of care. His attention was caught again when the rabbit head showed on screen. She seemed to appreciate his online alias, though while he appreciated poetry he wasn't really good at making it, he liked to think of himself as just a warrior. At best a warrior-philosopher, he valued introspection somewhat.
CyberKnight says:Robert Frost, is that correct? There's duality in it but in the end all choices lead to destruction.
CyberKnight says:It is not uncommon for the world to end in fire in Eschatology so i'll go with that.

"An interesting observation! I hadn't looked at it that way before, but then again, I'm not the type to dwell on things for long." Hitting the top of her mask like some kind of klutzy anime character, she performed a seemingly casual gesture that would signal the beginning of a change in scenery, Con-Soul disappearing in an instant from the screen. Plain white lines would appear around the code-covered void in her place and create a crude but clear gameboard for them to play on. After the process was finished her head would pop up from the lower-right corner and a small box of basic information would open up at the very bottom.
"You may've chosen fire, but if you beat me hell'll be freezing over! Let's do this friendo!"
Tic-Tac-Jack!:
Tic-Tac-Jack follows normal tic-tac-toe rules. You put down your corresponding symbol in a space of your choosing and attempt to connect three of them in any direction while blocking your opponent from doing the same. The player (aka you) moves first and based on the decision made during their QAS will use one of these two pieces based on the likenesses of Demons.
(If you have editing software and feel like it then you can feel free to paste them down on the board yourself, but otherwise just give me the directions verbally in your post and I'll place yours for you.)
The end result of the game will determine the player's reward as elaborated on in the initial Case File. A win will net them the Victor's Bonus alongside the normal prizes, a loss will leave them with only the regular rewards, and a draw will either trigger a rematch or count as an effective loss. If the game is tied then a two number randomizer will be rolled by the DM which determines whether or not the player gets a second game; if it lands on 1 they do, if it lands on 2 they don't. Following this though, no further randomizers will be rolled, although further rematches might be granted depending on what happens in the thread. "But don't worry about that! Just do your best and let's have some fun!"
Your piece is... Pyro Jack! Burn em' up!

CyberKnight says:I see.
The woman seemed playful in nature. If it was genuine or just a ploy to appear harmless he could not tell yet, they live in treacherous times. Latter seemed very likely. Knowing he was playing tic tac toe was a relief for him, none of the complexities of social interactions, he also trusted his guts and instinctive cunning. She also made a comment about hell, which he did not reply to, hell was not the fiery pit everyone assumed to be. It was but the absence of god, perhaps earth had become hell already.

The knight stared for a moment, eyebrow raised and a question within his mind. His heraldry and practices did heavily include Lions, so in a way he was a cat...

CyberKnight's apparent confusion would be greeted by a lone shrugging emoji floating up across the screen. "I dunno. Cause you seem cool like a cat? You should wear an animal mask like me if it's unfitting! It'd make it a lot easier to come up with quips y'know... uh, jokes aside don't do that, you'll probably get arrested what with that recent broadcast thingamajig. I can't see you anyway so it's not like it matters."
"...Actually, if you don't mind me asking, what're your thoughts on it? I'm not really into politics and I don't get outside a lot, so I haven't heard much about it tbh."

CyberKnight says: I do like lions. I'm not one to wear masks in any case, i do not enjoy to be deceptive.
Cool... Nobody had ever said he was cool. He never thought of himself as cool either, he was an outsider and likely freakish to normal people. His battle rage was something unknown to most people and the desire for destruction and genocide was just unnatural.
CyberKnight says: Hoodlums and dissenters, law will catch up to them sooner or later. Smart move to target the means where information flows, though announcing themselves like such was a mistake. This hubris will perhaps be their downfall.
CyberKnight says: The Morningstar must feeling chilly right now.

"I see, I see! So you're a lion but you don't like lyin'. CyberKnight the Non-Lyin' Lion."
"Yeah. Like I said, I haven't been out much, but I'd have to guess that's a common sentiment. The broadcast definitely caught my attention, however, I can't say I'm really... riled up about it? I don't know what to think. The government does shady crap for sure and it must've taken guts to get up there and shout about it, but at the same time, I dunno what good knocking it down would do either. Even ignoring the Demons, not everyone out there's like me so... I just don't know anymore. The world as is is boring and corrupt, but it could be so much worse, and the hunt for Psyche Terrorists is only gonna get more and more intense if people start pushing it in that direction. In the end, I guess it's like what you said about the poem: fire and ice both destroy the world. "
"I'm just hoping I don't get swatted by Class Zero or w/e. I've already got the remnants of the FBI on my tail for my dakimakura collection, don't need a whole other army tracking me down too! Hahaha!"

The knight required some moment to ponder, ponder on what the rabbit girl had said. Her neutral stance was not something he expected to read. In any case he didn't disagree with her completely when it came down to the practices of Isla's monarchy, it was a pseudo theocracy considering the amount of people worshiping her directly. It was downright heretical even if the woman was powerful. And although Albrecht had the Tic-Tac-Toe game already won, Con-soul had turned his words against him in a way, for that he commended her.
CyberKnight says: Law and Order are necessary, it can be improved without having to be burnt down by a group of people with a vague and romantic ideal of freedom.
This conversation took a deeper turn than what he expected, an indicative she is not as air headed as she presents herself.
CyberKnight says: Whatever form the end of the world takes form, this match has been claimed by the flames of judgement. Well played, Rabbit.

"Thanks, thanks~! You're too kind! But really, the real star of the show here was you. I guess Lucy's gonna be freezing his butt off!"
As if gravity had suddenly been applied to them, the white lines and the pieces floating in the air would without warning fall down and gracelessly tumble off the screen, the rabbit mask exiting the corner as Con-Soul pushed herself out of it and hovered back into full view. But while she took center stage yet again, this time she'd seem much closer in proximity and the girl would only draw closer and closer as she floated over casually, hovering through the air until her large mascot-head obscured most of the background. A few seconds of nothing would pass before she reached out with her hand and pressed it up against the screen from the inside, the area around it beginning to ripple and distort as if a portal had just opened up between two destinations. Should he stare it for more than a split second, Albrecht would feel almost instinctively compelled to reach out and teach his screen, though it was ultimately his decision; nothing would force him to follow suit.
If he did reach out to it though, his palm would slip through briefly and he'd feel tiny frail fingers interlock with his own, a warmth washing over his hand and coursing through his entire body (which had begun to glow an almost unnoticeable shade of dim orange). It was a pleasant sensation to be sure, a feeling not unlike resting your hand over a fireplace on a cold winter evening, but it wouldn't last long as he felt something slip into his palm and the girl's hand recede along with the rippling gateway it'd conjured. A final message flashed across the screen.
"Well, here's hoping you can use these! I'll be counting on you to improve that Order for me Lion!"
Then everything cut to black. The computer would completely shut down before he could respond, although it'd restart on its own in a second or two. Were Albrecht to look at his palm he'd discover a small red gem and several glass-like shards resting within it... and were he to look at his desktop wallpaper, he'd also discover one last parting gift: a picture of Con-Soul flashing a peace sign and raising her mask just enough to expose a smile.
