| It was a morning like any other, the birds were singing, the sun was shining, and just like any other day a ton of noises were being made that nobody ever paid attention to.
Ricky had found himself in a art class that was being exhibited outside, despite being the young longer that he was who never wanted to take part in most things, the young man had decided for himself to try out some new experiences. When you come back from quite literally the previous day assassinating a district leader and nobody ever knowing, the way you perceive reality changes a little.
Many thoughts were going through the young mans mind, as he was being instructed on how to paint. Normally most students would pay attention to the teacher, but Ricky found himself blocking most of what he was saying as the class attempted to "paint". However what was painting really? What did it mean to paint? The young well dressed man thought to himself as he tried to conjure forth a image to depict on his canvas, however sadly no form of inspiration came to him mind. It was quite literally blank much like himself. |

| Roberta felt the urge to correct someone coming on strongly. She had been painting a landscape of a lighthouse on a beach, and was learning the activity by emulating the instructor perfectly. However, this boy over here seemed to be wasting his money. At first she thought that when the boy stared off into space, he was mulling over how to best utilize his skill level to paint the picture. However, that seemed to not be the case. Instead, his head would merely hang there. He'd sometimes look at his canvas, and attempt to bring his brush up to it only to retract it moments later. Was he experiencing artist block? In that case he should've just asked the instructor for a template of sorts. It doesn't matter what he paints as long as he's learning how to paint, does it? She got up out of her chair and walked over to the boy's seat. She then tapped him on the shoulder, and looked down on him, placing her hands on her hips and letting out a small sigh.
"Hey there. Your going to end up wasting your money if you don't start painting. There's no point in being here if your just going to space out."
She looked at his palate momentarily in order to check if he had sufficient painting materials in the first place. He did. In that case, perhaps it was just the motivation that he was lacking. Roberta pursed her lips and placed one of her fingers on them.
"Perhaps, if your experiencing an artist block of some sort, you could attempt to paint something simple like a book?" | |

| Ricky was still attempting to conjure forth a image for himself to paint, nothing was coming to mind and quite frankly there was still nothing there. It just wasn't resonating with him whatsoever and the more he tried to come up with something to paint, the harder it became for him to do it. While he was in the midde of his thoughts however someone tapped him on his shoulder, causing the young man to suddenly jolt a little. Ricky was definently not used to sudden sensations such as these, or any form of sudden attention.
Turning Slightly to face her, Ricky would begin to respond to what she was saying.Hello, it's not that I'm trying not to paint, but it's just so hard for me. I can't think of what to paint at all.
He just wasn't having it, there was no inspiration for him or anything and he wasn't thinking about the possibility that he was wasting his money. Trying new things was one of the harder things for him to do.
Even if I was painting that, there are just so many ways to paint one. How would I even settle on one? |
