Pastel City Police Department files, notorious gang: The Neon.

Group of at leave Five (5) members. Speculated Seven (7). Existence of two of their members is suspect, without enough evidence to prove or disprove.


Grön

Suspected strategist. Has appeared physically several times, during armed robberies, along with two other members of the Neon Group (See: Rosa, Rouge) Full scope of his abilities and intelligence are unknown, however it is speculated he is a former detective in training, due to his physical resemblance to a confirmed student. Whether this is a real connection or mere coincidence is up to speculation. While his cybernetic enhancements have yet to be seen, it can be safely theorized they exist. What body part has been altered, however, is up to speculation. The most likely answer, however, is his own eyes. This form of modification is EXTREMELY illegal.

Gelb

Age: 34

The muscle of the group, as it seems. Seems to have advanced weapons training, along with training in boxing. Engaging with Gelb one on one is NOT advised, and is to be avoided at all costs. Be extremely cautious if suspect is placed under arrest with ease. Suspect instigated a prison riot, leading to the death's of several wardens, and many inmates. Riot was later discovered to be set up by Neon Member Grön. Payment was traced on the deep web, however this was merely a trap (See incident 908102). Suspect has suspected military training, however, no records matching his description and age have been found at the time of writing.

Rosa

Age: Unknown (13-15)

Cybernetic Enhancements: Suspected enhancements to left hand.
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Blue

Wanted in relation to multiple armed robberies , and suspicion of political assassination of a mayoral candidate. A hacker of notable skills, however has a habit of not covering up her tracks well. This has led to the suspicion of a second hacker among Neon's number. This theory has gained more credibility with the description from a former client, who insisted the hacker they dealt with was NOT Rosa. Suspect has shown mild psychopathic tendencies, and wears a clown mask during robberies (See Evidence note 501). Notable of being the only member who bothers. Most recent appearance was during a robbery of the City Bank, contracted by Mayoral Candidate REDACTED. Security cameras were able to pick up a clear image of her face as she was leaving.

Rouge

A more enigmatic member of the group, who appears during armed robberies. Has not been heard speaking, and a mental profile is unavailable. He seems reluctant to actually fire, or even use, any weapons he has, however. It appears Rouge is more of a title than a name however, as the Rouge seen most recently bears absolutely no resemblance to one seen earlier in the year.

Lilla

Age: Unknown (8-12)

Height: Unknown

Cybernetic Enhancements: None visible
Hair: Black
Eyes: Amber
Threat Ranking: F-

A young child known to be a member of the Neon Group. Existence known through security camera footage, only. Has not shown any form of abilities, and has thus been given a threat level of F-. This is subject to change as time passes.

There is no bounty for him/her at the time.


Hedj
Threat Ranking: S+

There is no information about this person, however they are speculated to be the leader of the Neon. Have only appeared once, wearing a full white outfit. No skin, or distinguishing features were visible during this sole appearance. However, their ability to remain leader over the rest of the Neon alone has earned them a Threat Ranking of S+. If they ever fully appear, this ranking may no longer be considered enough.

Their (potential) existence is not public knowledge.


Azul
Threat Ranking: B-~S+

Rumored to be an extremely skilled hacker, behind the online attacks of many, many elected officials and public figures. The nature of information released seems to imply they cannot be stopped by normal security means.Suspected to be Rosa, however there is enough evidence to make the argument they're different entities. If they truly exist, they pose a major threat to the entire city, due to our extreme reliance on wireless technology. Due to the fact their method of hacking is unknown, security protocols to counter them are currently impossible. He's also super cool, and made all of us look like total losers, haha.

With a smug smirk, Azul closed his hand, dismissing his displays, and leaning against a wall. His bait had been set. A message posted, one only she Would truly understand the meaning of.

He wasn't sure what to expect from a meeting with her, if she even bothered to show up. If she was even on the damn tower in the first place, rather. She liked tormenting him too much to pass up on the offer, after al-

Azul barely sidestepped Taser wire. Well, that answered the question of if she was there or not. As he expected, there she was, standing to his right, with a smug grin on her face.


"Y'know, Toddy, I thought I'd have to come looking for you! But instead you put up a message for me! Gotta admit, I thought it would be a trap or something. I was gonna ambush you in the park, but I figured attacking you with a bunch of other...'seekers'? Around? I figured that might be a pretty dumb idea. But you know, I think you had the bad idea first. Turning in the others like that? Pretty cold Blue. But your REAL mistake was not making sure Hedj was gonna get thrown in the slammer too. He's real pissed at you, ya' know? But right now, he's a LOT more focused on getting the gang back together. So my job's less 'kill you' and more 'drag his ass back." Rosa admitted, not moving any closer, and instead eyeing Azul, partially expecting him to do something rash and impulsive.

"Tell Hedj I have a new gang now. One that's not going to die the moment something big and nasty attacks them. I don't know what sorta plan he has with you guys, but it's probably gonna fail horribly. Junction's not exactly the kind of place where we can get up to our old tricks, Rosa. You should get out of the game now before he gets you all arrested."

"I don't remember saying that was one of your option-" She raised her taser again, but this time, the result was immediate. The taser, and even her hand, were frozen solid. The large beetle that appeared next to Azul vanished as soon as it came.

"You're predictable, Rosa. Now go home before I freeze the hand you can't just replace. I called you here to get this over with now, before you got in my way somewhere where you could ACTUALLY get me killed."

Azul pushed past the blonde girl, who was still staring at her now frozen hand. And as he did so, he tauntingly took the wallet from her pocket, took the contents, and tossed it over his shoulder. "Now get out of here, before some homeless guy shanks you, or something."

"...Fine! I'll show you! I'll get one of those Persona things for myself! And then you'll be SORRY! The Neon's gonna come back Todd, and you're either with us, or against us!" She called. Gripping at her frozen wrist, and pulling the robotic hand off. "YOU'RE gonna get yourself killed if you keep playing hero!

Azul didn't so much as look back at her. Just what he needed, ontop of everything else. The old gang. And from the sound of it, it wasn't just Hedj and Rosa, either. Had they already been out of prison when Junction arrived on Gridd? He supposed he couldn't put it past them, but still.

...The other part that confused him was the fact that something had Hedj concerned enough to actually try and recruit him back into the gang. He had a feeling this wouldn't be the last he heard on the subject, as much as he WISHED that he'd never even have to think about THEM again.

Right now, more than anything else, he felt like finding one of the two adults (Did Grubby count) in town who went out for drinks with him. Maybe that would at least take his mind off of...everything that had just happened.

He'd been expecting a LOT from Rosa, but...he wasn't expecting it to linger with him. He wasn't even sure why he'd bothered talking to her. Maybe the incident with HABIT had made him want to do it. The masked man had shown interest in seeing her, after all. But...did he really drag up a past relationship to please someone he barely knew?

The alternative was stranger, and that was, on some level, he valued his relationship with Rosa. Which was extremely stupid, and probably not worth the trouble.

Which, of course meant, he was going to pursue it.
