"...I guess you probably could say that." Oh, the Cadets...he really had to wonder if they knew just what was actually going on as they did their work.
In any case, they weren't the sign of protection they were once thought to be.
"They're basically the superpowered soldiers of the Queen. Their job's to handle demons and, ah, Psyche Terrorists. And well...a lot of the work you get the police to do. They've been made about as much an icon as Isla herself." Cecil took another bite of his burger as he thought on what to say next, looking back to Simon as he swallows it down. "They don't exactly make a secret of the fact that Class Zero of the school is where they all end up. I think they look for more Cadets among the students."

He sighs. "I mean...they don't half sell the benefits and all that, but I can't say I'm entirely happy with trying to get people not even out of school to go fight demons."
