Sibling Festivity [Isabelle/Cecil]

Isabelle watched the two and she smiled a bit at the reactions, honestly she wanted to just hug them now after seeing those looks on their faces, but she didn't want to impose on them, "Hey I can't help it, I'm a hugger, physical contant doesn't really bother me as long as it's polite, it's not like I am gonna try and grope your sister or anything Cecil" she said in response to him though she did giggle a bit as she walked along with them "it's just something I do, I tend to try and ask first though, but I figured hey we are friends so it's not like you mind right? but I guess not...how about a kiss on the forehead then?" she said with a smile to the two of them.

Though Then Cecil showed some interest in the fact that she was a boxer and she nodded though Rydia quickly interjected, and she started to tease Cecil once again and this got Isabelle smirking this time as she wasn't oblivious to the blushing that the girl had been doing, though she simply assumed she wasn't used to people being nice to her, but why not tease her about it? "Well sounds more like you want to go sight seeing yourself Rydia...after all your the one who brought it up first" she said in a teasing tone "As for the swimming it really is a great way to exercise....and maybe she does Cecil....maybe she does?" she said as Cecil made his comment about Rydia ogling people "Not that I would mind....I mean I stand out people are gonna look just from the bright colors...so go ahead look all you want" she said with a laugh and a wink once more to the two of them "though the pay back will probably be a hug later...".

Cecil and Rydia both looked shocked, by the remark - one more than the other, considering the resurgence of the fading red on the girl's face.
"Don't even joke-"
"N-No! What are you saying?! Shut up!" Rydia looks away hurriedly immediately after her interjection, expression twisting. "At least buy me dinner first..."
"...Rydia, what are-"
"No! It's nothing! Sh-shut up!"
Even Cecil could only remain oblivious so long, and he was starting to twig that there was something going on here...he was however, still far too oblivious to figure it out quite yet. All he could do was go along with it for now as he wondered what was up. "Okay then...?"

Isabelle would find herself affixed with an intensely bewildered stare as Rydia paled beside the one giving her it. "What are you..."
Then, then was the moment when it finally clicked. "Ohhh...ohhhhh..."
Cecil looked slowly to Rydia, grinning positively evilly as she started to internally panic at the turnaround. "So my darling little sister has found herself a crush, has she...?"
Rydia shook her head rapidly. "No! No way! Don't be ridiculous!"
Cecil chuckled, and reached toward the fox plushy in his sister's arms. "Alright then. Hey, you mind if I..."
"NO!" She scowl and turned away, holding the fox in a deathgrip, only for it all to come crashing down in a look of shock and defeat as she realised what she'd just done.
The look in Cecil's eyes promised nothing good as Rydia's gaze drifted fearfully back to him. "Dad's going to love hearing about this."
"YOU WOULDN'T DARE!"
Smirking and giving her a flat look, Cecil dug out his phone and starting dialling up while Rydia just stood in shock at the sheer audacity of it. He heard the call get picked up, and the smirk only got worse. "Hey...Dad? Guess what I just-"

"GIVE ME THAT!"

It was less of a warcry and more of a shriek as Rydia lunged for Cecil's phone, clutching her fox in one arm and reaching for the phone with the other as she jumped for the device he was now holding overhead. "How could you?! You actually called him!"
"Come on, Dad always said he was going to throw a party, gotta let him know so he can get it ready!"
"FUCK YOU!"

Isabelle watched the looks on their faces, and simply said nothing, it was more fun this way, and besides they started to turn on each other slowly, but not in a mean manner, and she wanted to enjoy the show as the realization dawned on Cecil and the smile on Isabelle's lips grew. She then got to see a very lovely sight, Cecil was now fully teasing Rydia, and by the looks of it Rydia wasn't used to this turn of events at all as Cecil mentioned her having a crush and the smaller female denying it.

Granted her reaction to not letting him take the plushy kind of proved it...or it could be that she just really liked the plushy and feared what he would do to it, but she had seen the look on Rydia's face before and honestly she wasn't going to tell the girl not to do it, people could do what they wanted when it came to things like this, if she was going to have a crush on her Isabelle was going to just let it work through her system...granted she wasn't going to turn away any advances but she certainly wasn't going to let it get out of hand.

Though as she looked at Cecil and Rydia continuing to bicker in the most adorable way she only chuckled to herself as they argued "Am I that objectionable?" she said with a sweet tone to Rydia only to tease her a bit more "to be fair I can extend the invitation to you too if you want" she added as she looked to the two of them and smiled a bit more as she waited for this to continue.

"Shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up shut up-"
Down the line, the sound of uproarious laughter can be heard, drowned out slightly by the din of the area. "Oh, they grow up so fast..."
"He needs to know!"
"NO HE DOESN'T! Gimme-" Rydia jumps for Cecil's phone again, only for him to back off and push her aside taking the chance to bring it back down again to his ear as he tapped a part of the screen. "Anyway-"
"GIVE IT!" Once more, Cecil has to hold the phone away again as Rydia lunges for him, holding his younger sister at arm's length. "He's not hearing a word of this!"
The low chuckle from the phone at that goes unnoticed by her, though it only seems to amuse Cecil even more than before. "But how else will he know about your crush? Don't you want that party, Rydia?"
"He's not going to-"
The laughter rumbles again from the phone's speaker...louder, this time.
Rydia is starting to do a pretty solid impression of a ghost at this point as she figures out Cecil set the phone to loudspeaker.

"Y-you...you..."
"So that's what you were making such a fuss over! Come on, who's the guy that's caught your eye?"
As his younger sister attempts to find out if the soft flush of her fox can swallow her whole, Cecil smiles the smile of a man who knows that he's won, a sing-song tone to his voice. "Not a guy, Dad...looks like Rydia has a thing for women." He looks over to Isabelle. "Hell, the lady in question's right here."
"Is she now?" He laughs again, hearty and warm. "Do be gentle with my little girl, will you?"
"STOP IIIIT!"

Isabelle watched the tiny pocket of chaos continue and couldn't help but laugh as she watched the two siblings continue on, it was sweet really, and now she sort of understood what Rydia meant by it was what they always did, kinda like how she liked to hug, they just had a different way of showing affection. That point was reinforced when she heard their father over the speaker on Cecil's phone, and smiled as Cecil mentioned Rydia having a thing for Women, this only made her smile more as she heard the father tease poor little Rydia and comment on the whole situation.

Isabelle only giggled as she looked to Rydia and gave a gentle smile "Don't worry I won't break her or anything...she is a very sweet girl, if a little odd in showing how she feels most of the time...but she looks really cute when she blushes" she said with a smile as she walked over behind Rydia and gently placed her hands on the shorter girls shoulders "Granted she also looks cute when she is worried...annoyed...angry...and just normally but saying all of that just makes her blush more from embarrassment" she added with another giggle before she gave Rydia a hug.

By this point, Rydia had been reduced to whimpering pathetically as it all played out, coloured deep red in the confines of Isabelle's arms.
"Careful what you say, now. She might get ideas." A chuckle comes from over the line, but the tone of the man's gets more serious. "I'm trusting you to tell her now if there's no way you'd ever be interested. Be cruel to get her hopes up like that if that's how it is."
"...feel free to wind her up just a little though! Bye~!"
He hangs up.

Cecil's still smiling as well, but from the look on his face, his not so eager to go back to teasing quite yet. "...I agree with him, you know. Not necessarily that you should just crush her like that when she's only just finding out, but...don't lead her on."

Isabelle smiled as she heard their father get serious for a moment and she gently picked up Rydia in her arms and smiled cradling the smaller girl in her arms still hugging her "I won't lie, I have no issue if she wanted to try it out, but I think maybe she may wanna take it a little slower, a crush is cute and all but I want her to be sure that she really feels this way, last thing I want is my heart broken when she decides I am not what she wants" she said looking at Rydia, she was being a bit teasing, after all she was younger then her, but at the same time it was also true, a crush and being in love were two very different things.

"I am not apposed to dating..." she said as she looked at Rydia then to Cecil, "Ether or both of you really, but hanging out is cool too" she said as she continued to cradle Rydia in her arms, seemingly not even bothered by her weight. "I wouldn't lead anyone on, but I am a bit of a flirt with everyone, I hope she isn't the jealous type.....and if we get to know each other and she decides I'm not what she is after...well I don't mind being just friend" she said looking to Rydia once more with a kind smile.

"Wait wait wait, what are you, what are you doi- ahhhh!" Her voice came out what was practically a squeal as Rydia found herself in a bridal carry, batting at Isabelle pathetically with one arm. "Stop messing with meee!"
Laughter is all that meets her cries, Cecil practically breaking down in front of the pair. He couldn't help it, he really couldn't - it was just so ridiculous and utterly childish that it was really hard to help. He knew she could be like this, but the sheer degree that they'd managed to draw out from her was utterly hilarious.
It was about time for a comeuppance. Maybe he'd finally get a break after all this time.

The laughter slows as Isabelle continues, Cecil pulling himself together and shaking his head. "Yeah, uh...I think I'm fine letting Rydia have this one. No offence, but I'm not interested, and I certainly don't feel like sharing with my sister."
Rydia's head whips round to glare at Cecil. "Shut up!"
"Hmmm...nah." Rydia scowls at him, only managing to make him snicker at the sight. He shakes his head, and digs his hands into his pockets. "I think she's had enough for now, though. I should probably get her home before we manage to break her." He shrugs. "Would you mind putting her down? Hard to get her home like that unless you plan on carrying her back like that."
The suggestion only leaves Rydia looking mortified as she considers just what that would end up looking like, and soon she starts squirming in Isabelle's grip. "Yeah, you, you, you don't have to do that. There's no need for that. Just, just put me down, alright?"
"Might wanna trade numbers too...it's going to be trickier getting back if contact if we don't." He smirks at Rydia. "Though I think I might want to wait before I let my little sister have it. Who knows what she might do?"
"Stooop...that's enough already!"
"Now you know how I feel when it's my turn."

Isabelle couldn't help but giggle at the adorable sight of Rydia acting so shy, and she only smiled as the girl made her weak little protests, joining Cecil in the laughter but also holding Ryida securely so she wouldn't wriggle out just yet. It was good to see that side of her, she didn't seem like such a stuck up person now, and that made it more fun to be around her knowing it may just be a show. Though hearing Cecil say he wasn't interested made Isabelle pout a little "Well maybe I can change your mind some time...though guessing by how Rydia responded she doesn't mind the Idea of sharing...." she added from hearing Rydia telling him to shut up.

But in the end Cecil was right they should probably get going, though when he mentioned carrying Rydia home Isabelle smiled even more as she looked at the now cutely wriggling Bundle of adorable in her arms who was trying to convince her not to carry her home, which only wanted to make her carry her home even more. But in the end she gently Put Rydia down "Now don't lose that plushy okay?" she said to the smaller girl as she looked to Cecil and smiled to him as she took out her phone and exchanged numbers with him.

"Well I would expect I would get a phone call...hear heavy breathing as she tried to think of something to say....then hear you or your dad teasing her in the background before she yelled at you to shut up and she ended the call" she said with a giggle as she looked to the two of them.

"What?! No, no no, no! Ew!" Rydia shook her head vigorously as she continued to squirm. "Both of you, stop! Stop pretending that's even an idea! THAT'S MY BROTHER!"
"Oh god, this just keeps going...but yeah - no thanks." He removes a hand from his pocket and scratches at the back of his head with eat before digging it back into his pocket again and looking back. "It's nothing personal - or well, nothing to do with you anyway. But I've not been interested in anyone like that so far, guy or girl, and you're not the first to change that. Just the way it is." He shrugs and smirks, raising an eyebrow. "What, not happy with just my sister drooling over you?"
"Why did you have to learn how to talk to people now?!"

As Isabelle sets Rydia down, she scurries a little away and looks just about anywhere except the woman she'd just been freed from, eventually giving a little nod. "O-okay."

Rydia whined pathetically as Cecil laughed a little again. "Don't be ridiculous. You forgot the part where her door slams open as we break into her room to wind her up."
The girl in question gives a disbelieving stare to Cecil. "Y-you - you wouldn't."
Bingo. "No, but we'll sure as hell pretend we would."
"I hate you so much right now..."
Shaking his head and smiling, Cecil takes out his phone. "Unless you can get it down on a piece of paper we can have fun hiding from her-"
"Quit it already!"
"-I think it's best to get numbers sorted out now so Rydia doesn't have to suffer the both of us anymore. We can head off, arrange things later...and give my little sister a brief reprieve before Dad gets his turn."
"I wish you hadn't called him..."
"Hey, look on the bright side, party!"

This was great. He hadn't felt this good in a long time.
Oh, how sweet revenge was.

"You're right it is your brother....kinda why I wanna try dating you both, your so adorable around each other" she teased with a giggle but she left it at that as she listened to Cecil "I wouldn't mind both drooling over me, as long as you were willing to share." she finished as Rydia started to avert her eyes from Her own general direction, clearly blushing and acting all shy, it was just so cute she was tempted to pick her up again and give her a squeeze to see how much more shy she could get.

Then it all began again as Cecil continued to pester her and Isabelle started to laugh again, the two siblings starting another little argument that Isabelle simply watched with a smile on her face, and it seemed Cecil wasn't a big gloomy any more now that he had a way to tease Rydia back when she started to get uppity again, so balance was made at least, and as the two finished up Isabelle got Cecil's number and nodded to him "Well I hope you enjoy the party when you get home Rydia, and maybe we can get you a party some day to Cecil?" she said with a smile and a wink to both of them before heading on her way.

Opinions were rather set in stone there.

It was too bad he didn't have the physical reminder for leverage over his sister, but really, it was more than enough just for Isabelle to have his number if the plan was just to get in contact again. And anyway...just having the key to the mystery that was when they'd hear from her again was really enough to go to work with.

"Not happening any time soon." Cecil briefly waved off Isabelle, before turning back to his younger sister. "Now, let's get home shall we? I bet Dad's dying to talk to you..." He sets off moving.
Rydia pouts beside him as they walk, clutching the fox plushy. "This is gonna suck..."
"Come on, you knew this was coming the moment she pointed it out to me."
"Did you have to do this, Bro? Couldn't you have been nice to your little sister?"
He laughs. "Don't you even dare after everything you've done to me."
"...I had to try..." She sniffles. "Why do actions have to have consequences?"
