"...well...I wouldn't say they always fall for it..." Cecil smirks. "But you always get them eventually, as long as you just keep trying." And trying...and trying...
He rarely had those two, but it was always beautiful when he did.
"I have to say I agree. No reason you can't find it funny just because you're the victim."

"Y-yeah-!" He clears his throat. "I mean, yeah, that sounds good. Just...don't expect a great performance on the meme front." After a brief moment of thought, Cecil rattles off his number.
This...really is happening.

"There's a saying about persistence. I believe it's something like: 'don't stop, believe in'?" Katsu seems confused for a brief moment before Cecil rattles him his phone number.

"Nice." Katsu smiles "And here's mine." the white haired lad says as he exchanged numbers with Cecil "Whenever you feel like it, give me a ring and I'll answer as soon as I can.

"Oh, and don't be surprised if I flood your inbox with memes", he laughs in a slightly embarassed manner "I'm a really great fan of memes."

Cecil has to stifle a snicker. "It's 'Don't stop, believing'. And those are song lyrics! You know they are!"

He groans. "I'll keep that in mind. Guess I have a lot of memes awaiting me in the future..." As he plugs in Katsu's number he spots the time on his phone. "Craaaaaaap."

Cecil stands up. "We gotta get moving. Lunch'll be over soon. I'll see you, alright?"
He waves as he walks off, mind working away as he heads to his next lesson.

Until a while had passed and the feelings flooding through him faded inevitably, Cecil would be in a good mood indeed.

 "It'll be fun, you'll see!", Katsu says before checking the time and then...

 "Crap! I forgot all about the time!" the japanese says as he stands up and waves to Cecil as re runs off in the opposite direction, storming through the hallways like he's Usain Bolt to ensure that he won't get late for class. Again.

Either way, Katsu was happy on getting to know Cecil. I mean, guy had good taste and understanding memes? Hey, that's extra points for him! He couldn't know when it would be the third time they'd hang out, but Katsu couldn't wait for it. I mean, Cecil would be his first fri... end... after he began studying there and... Knowing that alone was just great.
