| It seems they have managed to convince the Determination folks to allow further intervention from the Juction visitors. It seems like they ran into something similar in a previous world. Which... smelled very fishy, and it made her believe it was all related somehow. Considering most had thought the same she remained in silence, simply nodding along. Eventually the pink cutie would speak to her again.
"Yeah! The first race was kinda fun, its good to get to race again. Will you cheer for me, baby?" She chuckled and gave the girl a wink. Even caressing her hair a bit for a moment. Lucian was the next one to get her attention, asking if she'd join the team. She'd give him a decisive nod.
Everyone was in high spirits, and Weelo took his leave. Unknown to the bartender Momo would give this conversation a somber turn, again. Asking that they actually killed the other team, while she wouldn't mind if those assholes died she was no killer.
"U-uhm... i never killed anyone..."

| As if her voice and vigor had been sucked from her, Damsel would seem almost catatonic at Momo's suggestion of murder. She would seem almost completely shell shocked until pulled from her stupor by Lucian's question. With a blink the suddenly somber girl would turn to him, confusion evident on her features. "I-I don't know... It's not...what Weelo just asked us to do right? But-""You're all god damn idiots!" F'Xiong shouted as his vision returned to him. Now freed from Irvine's grasp, his normally black smoke took on a vibrant red tint as he all but ignored Irvine's question and moved for the door they had come in. "There's a reason we don't get involved in the affairs of other worlds! Because it always leads to shit like this. None of this is our problem, and we should do nothing about it. Who cares if a couple blumpkins on a random world out in the multiverse get sick and die, you can't save everyone! We won't even be here in a few weeks, so what dose it matter?" F'Xiong turned to Damsel as his hand reached the door, a heat burned in his yellow eyes. "Do what you want, I don't care. I have to report back to Junction that trade negotiations fell through." F'Xong stepped outside and proceeded to make a call. | |

| Irvine's breaths were long, carefully measured and tightly controlled. He could feel his shadow call to him right now...the urge to act, to make an example. He'd seen it before, and he was seeing it now - the apathy, the cruelty, the outright spite of one who should know better and do better, judging as if the only things that mattered were what they deemed so. The worst part was that he couldn't even do self-interest right. Cosmically appropriate he was enveloped in smog, when he couldn't see past his own hands.
"...if it comes to it Blake, you won't have to." Irvine's legs shook as he pushed himself up from the seat he had taken, slowly steadying as dark seeped into them and cast them in shadow. The feeling that came with it started to creep into his mind, but he knew it was happening this time. And this time, he was keeping an iron grip on it. He shook his head and smiled apologetically at Damsel and Blake as the shadows trailed and ran down off his feet. "Some date, huh? Go for a trip to the races, and we end up caught in no less than two different murder plots." He laughs briefly, but there's no joy in it. "...let's reschedule this for another time, huh? Head back, take some time to cool off. If you're happy to stop by the restaurant with me, we can get us all something served up. Trust me, if Raymond's cooking can't raise your spirits, nothing will." He glances over to Lucian. "Then, we come back. Get in on the races. Have a talk with Weelo and his crew. Think I might have a chat with Forget myself...he did promise us he'd help us get to know the place, after all." A brief glint of something passes through Irvine's eyes, before he clamps down on it.
He takes a couple steps to face everyone, grinning as his hands dig into the blackness of his legs where his pockets should be. "Sound good?"

| "Y-Yeah... Sounds good."The group of seekers would be given the time they needed to compose themselves and prepare for the trip home. A shuttle would be prepared to take them directly from the race track back to Junction, to avoid any further incident. The group would return without problems, however Damsel would remain someone closed off for the duration of the short trip, only offering nods or noncommittal responses to questions or attempts to bring her into conversation. F'Xiong would similarly be quiet during the ride, however his was an air of frustration and disappointment. Clearly this entire mission, in his own opinion, was a complete and total failure. However, the world of Determination had just begun to lay bare it's secrets. Well done Seekers. All Seekers present have formed the Incarnation Of Alice Social Link of the Lover's The gears of fate are ever turning. Cheer and optimism in the face of despair can be both a blessing, and a curse. All Seekers Present have forged a bond. Mission Complete.--- -- - "Poor bastard... At the very lest you have to admire his dedication to his job." | |

| "Well... fuck." She muttered to herself. She thought it would be fun to get another chance to race but it suddenly took a tense turn. F'xiong was angry, Momo asked them to actually kill someone, something that never crossed her mind. Much like the Gasman and the pink haired girl, Blake remained quiet through out the trip. Isolated from everyone else with her only companion being a cigarette once they got off the vehicle. When home she'd have to chain smoke while drinking beer to relax.... | |
