| It was fairly quiet in the Middle Ward at the moment. Quite certainly, a peaceful day for the- "AT-TENTION EV'RY-BODAYYYYYY!" Oh boy. A simple wooden platform drifted along the streets, seeming to hover in the air without any obvious means of doing so, the whirling gale beneath the platform that held it aloft seeming to exist without any machinery producing it. And right on top of it was a man with a megaphone, a wild grin, and far too much enthusiasm. "COME ONE, COME ALL, BOTH BIG AND SMALL, AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED TONIGHT!" | |

| Over the years, Sunshine and peaceful weather seemed to be the norm when it came to junction's climate. From what he had heard though, it varied depending on which world was currently being visited, as this pocket dimension seemed to not only snag the inhabitants of the places it passed by, but also their weather patterns. So, seeing as whatever world they were visiting at the moment (Lloyd couldn't really be arsed to actually go out of his way to learn the world's name) presented Junction with some really nice sunshine, Lloyd decided it was a good idea to spend the day outside and just chilling down at his favorite café, Madame Lafitte's, letting the day drift by until it was time to head to work and just soak in the nice sunshine. Of course, his plans didn't exactly work out. He was hoping for a peaceful time there, which was pretty common, given that Lafitte's wasn't in a paticularly busy area of the middle ward. But the peaceful atmosphere was BRUTALLY shattered by some ungodly racket made by one man outside. " OHGODWHY?!" Lloyd shouted, covering his ears, almost dropping his cup of coffee when this Asshat decided to get loud. He fell backwards out of his chair out of sheer shock and bumped his head on the table behind him. Once Irvine paused for even a moment, he could hear an angry Lloyd scream from the top of his lungs as the ex-bishop stood up, infuriated. "YOU WANT SOMETHING, PUNK....?!" | |

| Irvine's procession found itself suddenly interrupted by the presence of a decidedly rather angry man. Now, had he aired his grievances in a more polite manner, Irvine would have been more inclined to listen to whatever was being said. ...but he didn't. And that meant he was more inclined to poke the bear with a stick. The floating platform comes to a sudden halt, and slowly backtracks to right by Lloyd's location. A smirk that has marked no end of trouble appears on Irvine's face. He raises his megaphone. "Well that's no way to talk to someone, is it?"
Wind actually buffeted Lloyd's face as he was addressed through the megaphone.

| Lloyd grimaced in pain as Irvine shouted as loud as humanly possible into the megaphone."CUT THAT SHIT OUT!" The former bishop roared angrily, attempting to wrestle the megaphone out of the other man's hands. "There's a time and place for shit like this! We want some god damn peace and quiet around here. So take that stupid megaphone of yours and SHOVE IT." With his peace said, Lloyd would return to his half-spilled cup of coffee, hoping that this jerk would just leave. | |

| Lloyd would find two things happening. One, that the megaphone was practically shoved into his hands the moment he really got a good pull on it, to send him back. The other, that he couldn't exactly see anymore as the world went black. The black creeps up Irvine's left arm as he forms a band of black shadow around the bishop's head, gesturing with his other hand to raise the platform high up into the air as he lays on top of it. "Corrrrrrection! You want me to shut up, and couldn't be bothered to ask nicely. I got all of this cleared ages ago-" Courtesy of a few species arriving on Junction that made sure there were more allowances for this stuff. "-aaaaand I wouldn't have even been around that long! But nahhh, threatening people is cool. Weren't you there for the last three times I got this scheduled?"
Irvine lays about atop his now outright flying platform, looking down at the blinded bishop that was now solidly out of reach. "So, firecracker, what's your name and when are you giving me my stuff back?"

| It wouldn't be the first time Lloyd had to deal with someone in the dark. While for normal people, doing anything in this situation would've been tricky at best, the bishop was far cry from anything you'd call "normal". This loud, obnoxious man was devious to be sure... and that was a trait Lloyd respected. This man knew how to properly defend himself. Too bad he gave away his position by shouting like a madman still. Using his experience fighting in the dark, Lloyd located Irvine with the help of his loud, booming voice, and threw the megaphone right at the source of the noise. "Lloyd Storm... What's your name, Inkface?" The bishops voice seemed to have calmed down quite a bit. Whether the megaphone had hit it's intended target or not was irrelevant at this point. | |

| Irvine was impressed as well. Damn good arm on the guy, and a damn good aim. Would have hit him, if not for...well. The megaphone screeches as it's caught by the wind, and Irvine's quick to snatch it out of the air and set it down. A nice thing he couldn't see that one - that helped retain a little of the mystery, even if Lloyd here sure as hell heard that. "Much better! It's Irvine. Irvine Vivas. And I don't know about you, but I can say pretty damn sure that stuff isn't ink. Try and wipe it off, I'll be impressed if you touch anything at all!" | |

| "Mind removing it? I think I got your point. Anyway, what's all the fuss about anyway? Any paticular reason behind being so obnoxiously loud?" Lloyd asked, crossing his arms. He couldn't walk around being blinded like this all day. Or well, he probably could, but it would be quite annoying and demand a lot of focus. "Irvine, eh... I'll remember that name." It was quite odd, but somehow, Lloyd didn't feel nearly as hostile towards the guy anymore. Maybe it was just the initial scare that got him fired up. Arnice probably had something to do with this... Even without talking, the demon could influence his behaviour. Made sense, considering the two shared the same body. | |

| "Aww, you didn't even try." There's playful sense of disappointment in his words, but in the end, he just shrugs it off. The dark band that covered Lloyd's eyes floats forward in front of him, breaking up into a smiley face before the black shape dissipates altogether. "There we go. Much better!" Irvine shifts to lie on his front, head peering over the edge of his floating board down at Lloyd. "You call it being obnoxiously loud, I call it scheduled advertising and giving the guys things to do. You'd be surprised how effective this is at getting business." | |
