In the world between mind and matter another day in the velvet room in it's altered circumstance from the out-worlds effect. Out of a urge of annoyance or perhaps envy Malpercio was on his way to see Master over the conditions of the out world walking up to him.

The master of the Velvet room observed this attendant with his bloodshot eyes, wearing his signature big grin. Malperico held a rather... interesting opinion on humans. He was far from being unruly and fulfilled his duties correctly, though he couldn't help but give a light chuckle at what the Attendant had just said.

"Now, now Malperico. Do not lose sight of your purpose, to guide them to your true potential..." The long nosed man gesticulated as he spoke, his voice was calm and had an air of mystique to it.
"...And who better to guide them than the 'True Governor of Power'?" Igor said, as way of convincing the attendant to stick to his duties.

Seeing a somewhat odd grin coming off the face of master must mean he took a heartfelt consideration on my matter though it seems he is still looks at the world through a tinted glass. The Master of the Velvet room paused, the noise of wood grinding against wood echoed as he pulled a drawer open. From it, he pulled a book and placed it on the table, Malperico would recognize it as a Compendium.

"You'll be gifted with this Compendium and with it you will be able to take guests of your own." He extended one of his hands at the Velvet Attendant. "It is yours for the taking..."

Yes! I knew that I the true ruler of power would be obtain such a important task.
