Crimson Crown [Fool's Facade]

Where is the item worn?: Head.

What does the item do?: With this regal item on her head and a himedere smirk resting on her face, Cecilia puts anti-royalists to shame and makes the Psyche Terrorists look like kids in Halloween costumes! Commanding presence both on and off the battlefield as if she were a princess herself, the pink-haired Cadet can exert her influence over domains in a minor but effective way and in doing so may use a skill while outside the battle five times per topic. This means that were she to stay at the start of the dungeon or if she were to be put on alternate cast she can still intervene in some form, but again, this trick works only five times per each respective infiltration.  

What does the item look like?: The Crimson Crown looks exactly as its name implies it does. It's a tiny hat pointing slightly to the right with a flashy red, black, and gold color scheme that makes it stand out despite its small size. At the very top of it in silver letters is inscribed the phrase "Fiat justitia" meaning in English "Let justice be done."
