Appearance:
Standing tall at 6’3,” and weighing around 215 lb, Damien is easy to pick out of any crowd with his heavily muscular build- unless that crowd was filled with football players and construction workers, that is. With his dirty- blonde hair and hazelnut eyes, it’s even more obvious that Damien is a foreigner, a gaijin. His skin is tan, thanks to the brutal sun of the Nevada desert, but here and there the tan is broken up by scar tissue. While many of these are faded, some obvious scars are on his knuckles, as well as a long scar running across his chest, scoring a near perfect line just above his heart. There is also a strange tattoo on his right shoulder that looks like a minimalist symbol of a fly.

While beggars can’t be choosers, especially at Damien’s size, he does have a ‘go-to’ style that he enjoys over all others. Whenever possible, he’ll wear sneakers turned tan with age, a pair of seemingly indestructible, dark denim jeans, a short sleeve or even sleeveless shirt (most likely blue or black). To finish off the look, Damien will almost always wear his beloved white zip-up hoodie, the one with tribal patterned wings on the back. Finally, he will usually have his black and green headphones on him at all times, either around his neck or covering his ears, blasting rock ‘n’ roll.
Personality:
Despite his distrustful nature, Damien is a rather kind man. He is usually willing to help others out in bad situations, having been there before and knowing the hell they’re in. But while he’s always open to helping others, he will never actually ask for help himself, preferring to do everything on his own. He is worried about having to depend on companions too much, and thus relies on his own power for almost everything. As a result of this, he is somewhat prideful- something obvious in his every step. Unlike many delinquents, who shuffle everywhere with hunched shoulders, Damien will always walk with his head held high, no matter the opposition.
However, Damien is not without faults, and one of them is his overbearing anger. While his fuse may be longer on some days than others, at the end of the day, it is still connected to a bunker buster of a bomb, and woe be to the man caught when it goes off. This side of him is especially apparent in battle. While normally he’ll attack with some care to his defenses, when outraged, he will attack with berserk abandon, unrelenting until the opponent before him is obliterated.
Despite this ugly side of his personality, Damien is always an open book, easy to read and to know. He will always fight for something he believes in, and will defend those who actually dared to befriend him to the last. He is always the most critical person of his anger, and is usually the last person to forgive him for them. He will always try to make up for these outbursts.
Similarly, despite billions of years of evolution pushing him the other way, to Damien, his safety is of secondary importance to that of the ones he cherishes. He has no problem with taking a blow for a friend, knowing that they would do the same for him- and even if they wouldn’t, knowing that he did the right thing. Finally, Damien hates even the very notion of ‘Fate,’ and will struggle against any chains that bind him with all his might. Fate may have dealt him a bad hand at birth, but damned if he was going to die without cheating, swapping out cards, or outright throwing the deck to the floor to change this.

Quirks:
-Damien absolutely hates spiders. He will wage outright genocide on the entire spider race if given half the chance.

-Damien actually has some singing ability, despite being embarrassed about it, believing it ‘unmanly.’
-Due to an old joke with a friend, Damien enjoys collecting belt buckles. His favorite one is a Bullet Bill.

The sole exception to his distrustful nature, Damien has no idea what to do with emotional outbursts, such as crying. Thus, he becomes increasingly stressed unlike finally cracking, he begs the person to tell him what to do to make the waterworks stop.

The Background

History:(At Least 2-3 Paragraphs)
Born to some high school sweethearts that didn’t know much better, Damien didn’t have much going for him from the get-go. Living- no, surviving- in the slums of Los Angeles, he slacked off for most of school, much preferring to cut class and hang with his friends than figure out what ‘x’ was. This attitude carried well into high school, until the day his mother died from a drug overdose.
Unfortunately, this was no Disney feel good movie. Damien didn’t get his act together, but rather went the other way. Falling in with a gang, Damien swore not to die in the gutter like some rat, but would live like a king- no matter how he had to do it. With his naturally monstrous body, honed by years of fighting, Damien was able to crush all comers in any street fight, and thus was able to live out his desires, as well treated as he was by his gang. And man, did he have quite a few of those…
Until the age of 17, life seemed to be finally looking up for Damien. His father left him alone, his companions gave him all the respect he could ever want, and anything he desired was his. And while he may have done some good with his power, in the end, his power usually served to sate himself. And as far as Damien was concerned, this was perfectly wonderful. But on a routine deal, Damien was betrayed- by his best friend, no less. Thrashing around on the ground in agony, blood seeping from his chest, and the damning packets of ‘powder’ right next to him, Damien cursed everyone he knew.
Waking up later in the hospital, Damien found out that he was being treated as an ‘innocent bystander’- after all, he had made sure never to touch the goods in question. Without any evidence against him, the police decided to let him go, but Damien’s father was not so lenient. Decided that he had to do something to keep his son from falling back into his ways, he accepted a company promotion and transfer to Japan. Damien, for his part, was shaken from the ordeal. His best friend had betrayed him, all in order to steal Damien’s rank. Closing off his heart, Damien wanted to make sure that no one could hurt him so deeply again- literally or figuratively.

Alright there's a few things that need to be altered:

The strength that makes him immune to fear needs to be clarified. If it's regular fear, sure, but when it comes to the fear ailment there's no immunities or resistances allowed that doesn't involve a Persona skill that nulls it. Remember, most of these skills used are supernatural in origin, so you may be a brave soul, but still be vulnerable to a spell that causes fear.

The herculean strength gives a strength boost, but it seems you're also merging it into an increased dexterity speed strength, which would be two separate strengths here. One for speed, the other for overall strength. Not one altogether.

For Fortune's Favorite that looks really suspect because you could potentially use this strength to be "lucky" and trip right before a surprise attack. This will need to be changed or atleast altered so it has nothing to do with combat situations whatsoever.
