Appearance: Stands at 5'10, and weighs 128 pounds. His hair is Blonde, and his bangs curl up, in a strange way. His eyes are blue. He normally wears a blue overshirt with a black stripe across it, along with a black undershirt. He also wears black pants with white stripes across the legs. His shoes are plain black and white sneakers. A very stange part is his right arm. Though he usually wears a black glove (with blue 'tron lines') covering it, underneath is a dark grey metal arm, very similar to a normal human one in appearance. The fingertips are a blue color. The glove doesn't stop any functions of this hand.

Personality: Azul really likes computers. Like, he really, really likes them. So much so that it's hard for most other things to normally catch his interest. He spends a lot of time checking the internet through his fake arm, or doing various other things. Despite living in middle ward, he spends a lot of his time in The Slums gathering parts, and various other things. He is normally a calm and cool person, typically speaking in single words, or short sentences, unless he's rambling about technology. He can come off as insensitive, but honestly most of the time he's unsure of what he can say that won't offend anyone. However, he CAN be smug when it comes to his hacking ability, and teasing, or sometimes even boastful in battle. He is liable to make poor choices, as well, though it's rare. Such as the time he decided to chop off his arm, and replace it with a portible hacking device.

—Description: Azul knows a lot about ice. Like, way more than most people should. +15% to his dealt Ice Damage.

—Description: Ballet is a graceful, artful dance style. Azul applies it in combat, with most swings of his blade (No matter how rare he uses it) being fast, and nice to look at. Can perform two dexterity attacks a turn.

—Description: Due to replacing his right arm with a 'hacking tool', he has the ability to hack most electronic devices with the waive of his hand. (Note, will not work on anything in Dungeons, Sentient A.I.s, or C.W.I.S. ,or anything 'plot locked' I.E. has a password hidden behind a puzzle.) This can range from security cameras, to alarm systems, to phones...you get the idea. In addition, it can project two holographic displays. A large one that will appear infront of him, and another set infront of each finger on the 'hacking' hand. While he can just touch the large one to interact with it, he needs to use the ones that appear infront of his fingers to hack things. If even one finger is missing, then he can't hack anything, but can still operate the large display.

—Description: Every genius works at night...and through the night, a lot. He is very much NOT a morning person, and spends most of the first half of a day drowsy and irritable.

—Weakness Name: Low Stamina
—Description: Below 25% total health, a dice will be rolled during every Dungeon movement post. If it lands 1-5, he can proceed normally. If it lands 6-10, he will be unable to move that turn. If he's at 25% at the end of a battle, but is healed before his turn comes around, this does not come into effect.

—Weakness Name: Brains over brawn
—Description: His dexterity is lowered by 15%

—Description: Getting hit hurts a surprising amount. Especially if you're really not used to fighting. Takes 15% more damage from strike skills.

—Description: Tech can be very fragile stuff. If not treated properly, it can break easily. If an attack is aimed at H4k3r in Combat, and it connects, it will be broken. Repairing is will take Two Threads, or an IRL week. In the meantime, it cannot be used.

Weapon Name: Rainfell
Weapon Description: A strange sword. The hand guards are white, and curl up from the base of the hilt, although they don't connect to the top of the hilt. The blade is dark blue in color, and approximately two feet long. The tip is perhaps the strangest part, as it is strangly designed, with multiple points. This part of the blade is another foot long total, and each spike is six inches long. The blade's total length, hilt to tip, is about three and a half feet long.

The Background

History: Gridd is a tech savvy planet, putting it lightly. Far more advanced technologically than most others. Most people have cybernetic enhancements of some kind, ranging from small things, like a chip in the brain, to absolutely huge body changes, making almost super soldier level people...almost. The planet is almost entirely one big city, with towering skyscrapers, and other large buildings covering every inch of it. The city gives birth to some of the greatest hackers, programmers, mechanics, and scientists. The climate is almost always cold, though, it's not as though it rains at all, so there's no snow, or ice. Truly a technological utopia.

-DATA REDACTED- Was like any other person in the city/planet. He was a technological prodigy from a young age...though there was an issue. He had been orphaned from a young age as well, leaving him traveling place to place. He was far above the overage for even the norm on the planet, though he had no funds, no parts, and no enhancements. As this went on, he eventually fell in with a gang of other children of various backgrounds. He was brillient, but without any enhancements to keep track of what he was doing, or help him figure out what he was best at...he was being left behind. The next months were spent stealing all sorts of parts, and tools. Security systems on Gridd were advanced, but he had never, ever come across one that could keep him out. Even without tools or interfaces, he had a natural talent for hacking.

With all his parts colleded, and tools assembled, he put together his 'magnum opus' as it were. Then came the problem of attaching it. It was a nicely made arm, but he couldn't afford surgery. For two days he was left mulling the decision over...until in the spur of the moment, he hacked off his right arm below the elbow, and attached it himself. It hurt like hell, and there were a LOT of tears, but eventually the job was done. And he was truly online. His hacking skills only grew from there- no security system on the planet could keep him out, and he took full advantage of it. He quickly became one of the most notorious hackers on the planet, and was pulling a lot of strings from behind the scenes. However, soon came an odd day, like no other.

When he woke up, he found something strange. A chunk of Gridd was now replaced with a large tower, rising above any skyscraper in the city...and that alone was enough to get him curious enough to investigate. He ran as fast as he could, reaching the tower within the hour...and thus began a trip down a very long rabbit hole.

For your strength "and everyone" this feels a little powerful for a strength, alongside the fact the weakness associated with it can be abused and just avoided to have no real negative impact on you.

The strength could be added as an actual buff in your racial strength, though you will need to add a weakness to balance in the racial weakness if you do this and the current weakness will not be accepted.
