Birth Name: Neraida Aliases: The Sidhe, Azcadelia (true name) Gender: Female Age: Unknown doesn't appear to age Birth Day: Unspecified Species/Race Name: Fae Original Homeworld Name: Nova Arcadia Arcana: Hermit Arcana Place of Residence: The Skies Academy Semester: Graduated Class: N/A
Part/Full Time Job: Organizer of parties and saloons/ Local celebrity
Appearance:
Unlike most demons Neraida possesses two instead of one form. Her true form is called Seeming and represents who she truly is while her more humane appearance is called Mask and it's main use is to protect the fae's identity from mortals or other fae.
The Mask
While her mask in on Neraida appears as a tall woman with an athletic body, her hair are black and impossibly long. She has yellow serpentine eyes which even in Nova Arcadia were an indicator that she wasn't a mortal furthermore her pointy ears separate her from most humans in Judiction though they weren't an uncommon characteristic back in her world. Neraida is always clothed in regal, if not excessive, style. Despite her clothes appearing impractical her fae nature allow her to move with grace preventing her long dresses and heavy jewels from affecting her mobility.
The Seeming
Neraida's seeming reveals her faerie nature to anyone who sees it and it looks rather fishy (pun intended what you gonna do about it?) Her long raven black hair gain a bright auburn color while her serpentine eyes turn blue. Her skin takes a pale blue shade and of course her legs merge together forming a fish tail. In plain words when her seeming is revealed Neraida turns into a mermaid.
Personality: Back in Nova Arcadia Neraida was a social butterfly but ever since she was separated from her world she has become reclusive and slightly eccentric. She organizers fancy saloons even though she finds the other socialites boring and uninteresting, she visits theaters and art galleries despite them being unable to rival the spectacles of Nova Arcadia, and drinks wine...lots of wine though it tastes like ash.
Neraida is filled with sorrow and regret for losing a home she can never reclaim. She surrounds herself with beauty and luxuries and plays games of manipulation and intrigues to fill her life with adventure but at the end of the day she is crushed by the mundane. She is creative and resourceful when the situation calls for it, even though she lets her emotions govern her she's good at hiding what she really feels.
The Potential
Strengths:
—Strength Name: Unearthly Beauty —Description: Even when her Mask in on Neraida possess an alien beauty, even those who aren't aroused by her sex or looks can't help but admit she's aesthetically pleasing. [15% bonus on charm]

—Strength Name: Mask —Description: Neraidia can protect her real identity through the use of a magical camouflage called Mask. Though it doesn't complete hide her fae heritage it completely covers her fish like characteristics.
—Strength Name: Fair Folk —Description: The magic of Nova Arcadia runs on Neraida's blood giving her mastery over magical abilities [+10% on Pmstr]
----- Racial Strength:
—Racial Strength Name: Power of Contracts —Description: The Fair folk are known for the deals they often strike with the mortals. Back in Nova Arcadia faeries would send mortals to quests for legendary treasures or trick desperate maidens into promising them their firstborn child. Despite her powers being weakened Neradia is still able to call upon her legacy when establishing a contract with another person. For a contract to be sealed both parties must agree on it's terms though it isn't necessary for the other to complete understand the power of said contract. When invoking the contract Neraida has access to her full faerie powers and thus may perform supernatural feats normally impossible (helping an old woman become pregnant, increase a man's wealth, or cause someone to fall ill are a few examples). Neraida can bestow her blessing either at the time the contract is sealed or once it's completed should the other fail to complete the terms then Neraida may take away her blessing and bestow a curse instead (when the blessing/curse affects stats it may never cause a change higher than 15% furthermore a curse may never cause a person's death)
Weaknesses:
—Weakness Name: Tears to be shed —Description: Neraida's sorrow is easy to be exploited by those who know how to use words or magic to manipulate emotions. [Distress aliment is 15% more effective on Neraida]
—Weakness Name: Curse of the Mer —Description: The Mask can't keep Neraida's seeming hidden entirely, as a result when her feet touch water her mask immediately drops as revealing her true self, furthermore since the transformation is forced she must wait an hour before she can turn her tail back into legs.Mechanically when Neraida is hit by bufu/water attack the attacks for the next five turns are 10% more likely to hit
—Weakness Name: Addiction —Description: Though she would never admit it Neraida is unable to stop drinking Judiction's terrible wine. At this point she requires at least two to three glasses on daily basis to avoid withdrawal
—Weakness Name: Call of the Sea —Description: Once per week Neraida must drop her Mask and immerse for at least an hour in water. If she doesn't she grows weaker, remaining more than a month away from water causes Neraida an uncontrollable impulse to seek the sea which she can't resist.
—Weakness Name: Broken dreams —Description: Being away from Nova Arcadia and her magic for so long has turned Neraida somewhat frail. [-10% on Ppstr]
-----
—Racial Weakness Name: Banal World —Description: Neraida's powers have been weakened since her arrival to Junction and thus invoking those powers proves much harder than it did at Nova Arcadia. Every time Neraida seals a contract she must pay 10% of her current SP the SP is sealed away till the contract is fulfilled, broken, or annulled. This effect stack with every contract.

The Background
History:
Words can not do Nova Arcadia's beauty justice, the world itself has similar geography to Earth with the exception that almost everything is possible. Mortals and Faeries live together in that splendorous world though not always peacefully but rarely they engage in active warfare. Technology hasn't progressed much due to the existence of magic and therefore the political system has been stuck to feudalism with a few merchant republics showing up the last decades. Faeries tend to mimic the mortals of their land in term of government though because of their long lives their systems tend to be old fashioned and static. As a land of endless wonder a visitor can see many fairy tale cliches in Nova Arcadia, there are always knights ridding their white horses looking for princesses kidnapped by dragons and castles grander than anything ever created on Earth but none of those mortal creations can compare to the beauty and grace of the fae.
Neraida was born out of mortal dream about the beauty of the ocean, since fae can never parent child of their own the only way for them to be created is through mortal creativity and dreams. Due to her connection with the ocean Neraida became a courtier to the Underwater kingdom though once in a while she and the other merfolk would take mortal forms and join the world of the surface either mortal or fae. However, not all good things last forever.
Neraida's house got banished from the Underwater Kingdom due to their head's treachery forcing Neraida and her retainers to leave their home in search of a new one. On their travels they got caught in a ferocious storm in which Neraida. When they woke up they were no longer in Nova Arcadia instead the faeries have reached the shores of Judiction was it the city itself that kidnapped them or have they been teleported there by a fairy's curse? Neraida never found out.
Getting used to that banal world proved a challenge that broke most of Neraida's entourage. Some driven to depression and monotony chose to end their lives while other refused any contract with the residents of the city and chose to spend eternity to the deep ocean where they were driven mad. Neradia however was a survivor. By using her guile and intellect to climb up the social ladder, soon the saloons of madame Neraida were the talk of the Skies and even though the mermaid was far from happy in this rotten world she managed to endure the waves of banality by surrounding herself with beauty and luxury. Artists, actors, and poets formed her social circle whose creativity kept the fairy alive. Still Neraida never stops hoping that one day she will find a way to return back to her homeworld and it's wonders.
