Code Lyoko: Sudden Reactivation (Tabletop) Empty
PostSubject: Code Lyoko: Sudden Reactivation (Tabletop)   Code Lyoko: Sudden Reactivation (Tabletop) EmptySun Jul 23, 2017 2:41 am

The year is 20XX. The Super Computer has been shut down, the Lyoko Warriors have graduated, and X.A.N.A. is no more. Most of the old professors have retired, and in their place come new ones, along with new students.

One Such Student discovers a manhole in the park, several old, discarded Skateboards and Scooters, and...and old, dusty factory, with a strange computer deep inside, locked behind several firewalls that would take computer geniuses to get past. Luckily, said student was one. As soon as the Super Computer is switched back on, the student receives a frantic call from one of their friends about security robots at the school going out of control, along with strange marks appearing in their optics.

This is where the story begins.

Essentially, there will be five players. Three Lyoko Warriors, a 'SysAdmin' Created by Lyoko, and an Operator. Each class has pros, and cons, especially the 'special' classes.

Lyoko Warrior: Has the most freedom during character creation. Starts with 15 points to distribute among their stats, and will gain an additional point after each map. Comes with unique weaponry. Also comes with two unique abilities (Besides healing) they can use. Be careful with flashier ones though...who knows what could be left behind if you teleport? They start with 100 LP, and 10 Skill Points. However, they can get trapped in school, if X.A.N.A.'s feeling particularly clever. If they die at school, not even returning to the Past will save them...or any classmates. If they get Devirtualized, they cannot re-enter until the end of the map.

Level 2: Additional 20 LP, or Additional 10 SP
Level 3: Additional Ability, or Additional Weapon
Level 4: Ability to Deactivate Towers, or Ability to be Revirtualized Once.
Level 5: ???

SysAdmin: With Aelita gone, Lyoko created a new Anti-Virus for itself, the SysAdmin. They cannot leave Lyoko (Unless the Operator takes a certain level up ability), and can't interact with anyone in the real world except the Lyoko Warriors through their phones. Starts with A Unique Ability of their Choice, 200 LP, and 30 Skill Points. However, they cannot attack (Normally). They instead have Creativity, which allows them to Alter Lyoko for SP. In addition, they're they only one that can (Normally) Deactivate Towers. If they are Devirtualized if they're the only one who can Deactivate Towers, or if they are Devirtualized while the Operator doesn't have Code EARTH it's game over. Starts with 10 points to distribute, and gains 2 after each map.

Level 2: Creativity Costs Half the SP as usual, or the ability to endure a fatal attack with One LP.
Level 3: The Ability to Virtualize People if the Operator is Trapped, or Stronger Creativity.
Level 4: Ability to Attack, or the Ability to Temporarily stop a X.A.N.A. attack, potentially saving the life of a trapped Teammate.
Level 5: ???

Operator: Perhaps the most important member of the team, tied with SysAdmin. Normally has no points to distribute, and no weapons, seeing as they don't fight on Lyoko. A master of Computers, and code. They have no Life Points, but starts with the Ability to Virtualize Teammates. In addition, they have 20 SP to start with, and gain 10 at the end of Each Map as they slowly gain more skill. However, they are the most vulnerable, and if X.A.N.A. Kills them, it is Game Over unless the Sys Admin is Available to take their place. Starts with:

Code Heal: Restore 20 LP
Code Reload: If a Ranged Lyoko Warrior runs out of Ammo, this will reload it.
Code Skill: Restores 3 Skill Points
and Return to The Past, which costs all their skill points, but will allow them to essentially 'redo' the last 5 rounds.

Level 2: Ability to Create Vehicles or Code Overdrive, adding an extra Dice to all damage rolls.
Level 3: Code EARTH, which will allow the SysAdmin to be devirtualized, and allow them to stay on Earth without Limitation, or the ability to use Return To the Past Twice.
Level 4: Ability to Fight on Lyoko, or Code Revive, which allows them to Revirtualize a Devirtualized Warrior. (Can be used twice if the Warrior has this ability too.)
Level 5: ???
