Ambushed! A Crazy Saevia Appears

Greetings and salutations from down under!

No, I don't ride to work in a kangaroo's pouch. And before you go on about the spiders, I've seen your possoms! Those aren't possoms! Those are rats! With power saws for teeth!

Now that is settled, I'll introduce myself. I am Saevia. I've been roleplaying on MMO's for about four and a half years or so now, MMO's having been about the limits of my RP experience. Never done DnD, much to my regret. No one to play it with. I did do a pokemon RPG with a friend not long ago, through a channel we made in discord, but were able to use a third party website to track progression for us.

My one foray into the PnP-RPG didn't end well, and I'm assured that it was peculiar by those I've spoken with, that the negative experience I had was very much an annomaly and that it wasn't typical of how good or bad those kinds of RPG's work.

On the MMO front, I have RP'd in Champions Online, The Secret World, and Final Fantasy XIV. Saevia - the character - first met her conception in Champions Online, and was inspired by Fate/Stay Night and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood homunculi. In Final Fantasy, she was cast as a White Mage, and kept the same visual traits that she had in CO: White hair, pale skin, red eyes.

My first Persona game was Persona 4 on the PS2, followed by Persona 3 FES. I loved both games, though disclaimer, I am a filthy casual, I didn't finish the FES Answer story. I know, shame on me. I also played through Persona 4 Golden, and not long finished Persona 5. P4G is still my pick of the litter. 5 was fun, and the style was amazing, the music great as always, but you can only take being told to go to bed by a cat when you want to go to a bar and irritate a photographer instead so many times, before you start to resent that cat and its impractical sleep expectations. (No but really, Morgana is awesome. I will happily fight anyone who says otherwise.)

I found this site... can't remember when. Bookmarked it, and noticed it again the other night, did some reading of the beginers guide, and some look at the character creation process, and spent a while looking for pictures that might be useful. I'm still deciding how I'd roll a character here, or even if I will, but this is the first step. I look forwards to (hopefully) meeting some of you soon!
