Appearance: At his base, he resembles most Velvet Attendants, bright yellow eyes, pale skin, and grey colored hair. He wears a velvet-blue and black overcoat, split two tone down the middle, with with long coat-tails. His pants are plain black, and he wears plain dress shoes, one black, and one blue. His hair is neatly combed, and neck length, and he wears a blue golf cap, with a gold 'XIII' pin. He's fairly tall, at 6'2.

Personality: A composed, but snarky attendant, he spends most of his time reading quietly reading. He's fairly intelligent, but can come off as a bit cold, due to his lack of understanding, and caring. He cares about the rules above all-else, however, is aware that sometimes they have to be ignored to reach a goal, even if he doesn't enjoy it in the slightest. Despite his low position, he has somewhat of an ego, and rarely admits he's in the wrong. However, despite all this, he has his rare moments of kindness.

The Background

History: Oswald had been a Velvet Attendant for longer than he could remember. He went about what duties he was given without complaint, and with diligence, never once talking back. However, sometimes he had questions about SOME things, like why anyone would want a slime, but still went along with it. However, one day, he ran into an unexpected issue, trying to fuse personas on his own, leading to a terrible fusion accident, and the death of his guest. Afterwards, he was stripped of his compendium, and effectively 'demoted'.

As time went by, he slowly but surely became bitter, not that he really let it show, outside of a newly gained attitude. He spent his time reading whatever books he could get his hands on, in an attempt to find out what the HELL he went wrong. However, no answer ever came, only leading to more frustration. His demotion also gave him a newfound appreciation for rules, though a little bit too late.

More recently, he started making trips out into the 'real world', to see how much had changed, only finding himself more confused than anything else, but with a new goal: search for answers in the real world.
