Appearance: A Pale skinned and somewhat tall woman, around 5'11 and weighs 185 pounds. She has a large bust and hourglass figure, large enough to draw attention to herself even in fully covering clothes, but not much larger than that. She also has a noticeable scar down her right cheek. When not in school clothes, she prefers to wear tank tops with whatever she is into and shorts of either the jean or polyester variety, but it doesn't matter which of the two, as she switches them up on occasion. She has waist-length silver hair with bright purple highlights spouting from her head, often fashioned into pig-tails with hair-clips or similar objects. She wears black glasses on her face. She also wears a platinum-colored digital watch on her left arm. She has bright purple eyes and thin eyelashes. She also dons thin, yet long eyelashes. She often has a messenger bag fashioned in the style of a sci-fi UFO.

Alternate Appearance: When wearing the mask of her persona, she dons a entirely different look, while her hair remains in pigtails, it grows noticeably longer and spikier, as well as gaining a third pigtail. She gains a long and feathery black cloak, with technological objects all over it, the cloak goes down to her feet. She dons a portable laptop instead of a messenger bag. She has slightly more revealing clothes under her cloak, though its more or less a V-Cut Tank-Top, and shorter shorts, the cloak does cover it. The cloak has sleeves so she isn't immobile. The Cloak has a bright neon purple hexagonal pattern going on it's entirety, the clothes underneath share the same design as the cloak.

Her mask bears a strong resemblance to an eye, covering nearly the entirety of her face, however, it has a few more features, like wings on the sides of the mask and a bit of a mouth-covering mask with filters. It is a dull lavender in color, with a few black hexagons on it.

Personality: Celvia is a girl who is obsessed with technology. She often does her everyday tasks on one, and likes to look at social media and video games and the such. She also watches anime on a common occasion. She is shy around others she doesn't trust, and prefers to be alone, but is willing to help and or work with people, yet deep down, she hates being alone, and seeks the friendship and love of others, but is afraid of being rejected. She goes by her own inner guidance to solve things, but deep down seeks the guidance of others. Celvia secretly searches for friends under her shy personality, if a person she finds interest in is encountered, she finds herself encountering them often. Celvia often spends her free time on MMOs and other online games, where she dosen't have shyness, yet she has a hard time finding people she likes on it. She hates being noticed for her...size, yet, she goes with it to get attention, if she FEELS like it, other times, she hides in the closest closet she can find. She hides being lesbian, along with her interest in occult arts, and her secret liking of showing off her body, as she personally believes that people will be disgusted of her if she were to reveal these things.

TL;DR Shes a shy nerd gamer who wants friends and is lesbian and slightly occult with a thing for showing off her body, but is scared of people's reactions to these things.

The Background

History: Celvia was raised in a semi-rich family that cared about her. She was often subject to Vacations and Exploration deals. She was very bonded with both her parents, Sarah Veroft, and Terris Veroft. Terris invented a device called the Garaston. He believed it would allow people to see beings from a different world, but he wasn't sure, this caused him to become unaturally obsessed with this machine. This is where Celvia got her love for technology at 8. Due to being home schooled most of her life, she often had little contact with other people her age, making her a hermit and shy of people as she began to gain a sexuality and interests.

As she grown older, she became more distant from her dad, whom in turn began to become more invested and obsessed with the technology he was creating. She decided to get some side-interests like drawing and arts as she found that she had no shyness online. At this moment, the Internet and Online became her life. She found a Girl she constantly played with online whom she found a love interest in, sparking her lesbianism. As time went on, however, she grew increasingly scared that people in the real world would hate her for her true self.

The year before she went to highschool here, her friend Mary began to stop talking with her, making her think she hates her. She moved here to Endymon City when her dad found a job opportunity for his inventions and creations. In a secret desire to get attention, she made a huge decision to begin to come to school. She also spent her entire free-time playing video games and/or being creative. This is where she is introduced into the RP.

For your gun, can you give some measurements for that as well?Like on how big/long it is.

Alright For your strength, you can have it just be a 15% boost to wind in general if you want it to be without having to resist it but thats your decision.

Also your weakness cannot be of the same element.
