Appearance: A short male around 5'5" and 115lbs with messy brown hair that linger slightly past his eyes if he doesn't push it to the sides. His eyes are a violet color and he has a lighter skin tone. He likes to wear V-neck or just plain T-shirts with various designs on them to spice up his look even if it's a little bit, comfortable pants sweatpants or pajama bottoms haven't wronged him yet. As for footwear he wears plain black shoes for the most part with the occasional ankle boot. While he isn't all too feminine (What am I saying he's definitely feminine) he tends to walk as the world is his catwalk. I guess he's a bit of a fashionista, but aren't we all to an extent?

Alternate Appearance: It would seem that Norihisa appears taller, but with closer inspection it becomes apparent that he is only taller due to the heels he seems to be wearing.. not to mention the elegant midnight blue dress with various shades of purple towards the bottom and the neckline of the dress. He also gets small white gloves to go along with the dress itself. The mask is something you'd see someone wearing at a masquerade ball, it's white with various purple and blue feathers forming around the eyes similar to eye shadow.
Personality: Nori is very excitable when meeting others as potential friendships(Or maybe romances he's not opposed to either) may bloom and he's all about making new friends. He tries to avoid starting drama, but if you have the scoop he'll want to hear all about it. Some of his actions may seem impulsive at times but he has good intentions with everything he does, and tries his best not to upset anyone. Even if he may hear some unsavory things about someone he tends to let his own interactions with them be the judge rather than the rumors. Oh and if you're expecting a completely serious conversation Nori probably isn't the person to ask for advice. As long as you don't ask him about anime or japanese culture you have a place in his heart.

The Background

History:Norihisa has had a pretty normal life for the most part, with two parents and a sister who loves him very much. By his name you would assume he has Japanese heritage, but no, his parents are huge anime fans and named him and his sister something Japanese to fuel their enjoyment of Japan. Either way, he went to school and told everyone he was part Japanese to go along with his name, but eventually he got tired of the constant questions that he would tell them about how his "Weeaboo parents just wanted to name me something Japanese, okay?" and since people have stopped asking him a bunch of questions regarding it and he was able to move on. He was very much so out and proud but not many people seemed to mind and even if they did they didn't say much about it, so he felt very comfortable in his environment as a whole. It wasn't for a while that his love for fashion bloomed, he saw his parents cosplaying some of their favorite fantasy and anime characters and while some of them weren't super fashionable he wanted to start designing costumes of his own, and so he got to work. He designed multiple costumes, and instead of using his sister to model his work he used himself to showcase the dresses, robes, shirts, pants, skits, whatever it was he was designing. Even after learning to make various outfits Nori usually stuck to some simple shirts and comfortable pants not to weird anyone out by wearing dresses and the sort.. after all he's enough of a personality that he didn't need to draw any more attention to himself. Nori and his sister had a very close relationship, but unlike him she was a loner, and very introverted. He did his best to keep her updated on everything she was up to, and I do mean everything. He failed to notice her slowly deteriorating happiness and joy until the day he came into her room to show her his latest masterpiece and she was seen hanging from the ceiling fan. He was crushed, and spent the next month or so designing outfits for her as his way of coping. But he didn't let it stop him from living his life and doing his every day activities, he kept designing clothing and staying active. However he did start advocating the welfare of others, and checking up on youth in particular to make sure that they're happy, healthy, and cared for. If there was any pain to be felt, he sure didn't show it.
