Mechane:

Mechane is 6 ft, 11in. tall The right arm is capable of transforming into a extendable crane arm, while the left arm can become a cannon-like shape allowing it to fire electrical shots. The clockwork look stems from Katsura's mind.

Persona Background: The Mechane was a crane used in Greek theatre, especially in the 5th and 4th centuries BC. Made of wooden beams and pulley systems, the device was used to lift an actor into the air, usually representing flight. This stage machine was particularly used to bring gods onto the stage from above, hence the Latin term deus ex machina ("god out of the machine"). Euripides' use of the mechane in Medea (431 BC) is a notable use of the machine for a non-divine character. It was also often used by Aeschylus. It was used to allow actors playing gods to fly through the air. In this case, however, it is shaped like a mech due to Katsura's desire to be active again, with the metal parts representing this fact.

Strengths: Elec (What type of attacks is your Persona strong against? This is specifically for Elemental and Physical based skills. Damage from these attacks are reduced by half. You can have up to two strengths with the Initial Persona)

Weaknesses: Dark (What element/physical-based skills is it weak against? Must have atleast one unless your Arcana says otherwise. Should have an equal amount of strengths your Persona has. Damage from these specific types of attacks are twice as effective and will cause your character to stagger their next post.)

Passive Boosts: The Persona of the Moon Arcana are commonly Persona excelling in Physical-based attacks. Users have a latent 15% boost in pierce-based skills and pierce-based soul bound weaponry attacks.

Skill 1: Double Fangs | Inflicts a small amount of Pierce damage twice to one enemy. | 8% HP | Tier 1

Skill 2: Zio | Inflicts a small amount of Electricity damage to one enemy. | 4 SP | Tier 1

Skill 3: **Static Shock | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a zio ailment with each zio skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc zio. May cause static shock that makes your next attack a guaranteed critical if a physical attack. Wears off the opponent's next turn. Effects do not stack. | Passive | Tier 1

Skill 4: Arrow Rain | Inflicts a moderate amount of Pierce damage twice to all enemies. | 18% HP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once forming your first Social Link or using your Persona 15 times in PvS combat; Must be Tier 2 Skill or Lower)

Skill 5: Evade Mudo | Increases success rate of evading Dark magic by 30% [PvS Exclusive] | Passive | Tier 2

Skill 6: Zionga | Inflicts a moderate amount of Electricity damage to one enemy. | 6 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once using your Persona an additional 25 times in PvS combat or having formed three rank three or more social links; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower)

Skill 7: Elec Boost | Increases Electricity damage output 25% | Passive | Tier 2 (Unlocked once using your Persona an additional 25 times in combat or formed 2 rank 5 social links; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower)

Skill 8: Endure | Survive being knocked Unconscious once per battle with 1 HP remaining. | Passive | Tier 3 (Unlocked using your Persona 30 times in PvS combat or maxing a single Social Link; Must be a Tier 3 Skill or Lower)


Fusion Attack: (The Ultimate attack between you and your Persona. When using this, your Persona gifts you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. However, once this is done you can not summon your Persona again for the remainder of the topic. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. If you're an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon this technique is replaced by your Orgia Mode. For more details on Orgia Mode, refer to the Character Types screen under Vital Information.)

Description:  Tier 1 Pierce damage that lowers the target's dodge chance by 10% if it lands, this can't stack, and will only last until the enemy is hit in addition to it becoming his turn again. This has a range in PvP of 3m.
