Appearance: Harvey is... Well he's built like an old school super hero. Talking seven foot tall with shoulders like volley balls, legs like pillars, a jaw like a lantern and a core you could grate cheese on... Though he never seems to work out or do anything that strenuous. Wears an abundance of yellow in his suits and tends to cover his black hair with a yellow stocking cap. Clean shaven and frankly looks like he needs a good nap 24/7, Harvey is best described as a gentle and sleepy giant.

Alternate Appearance: Harvey dones a full black suit with large thick armor and wings. The suit fully obscures his face and body. The black plating gives some defense but mostly it and the wings are for show.

Personality: Harvey is... kinda a downer to be frank. He dosn't have much going in the way of personality besides tired, sleepy, and other synonyms there of. Though when he isn't asleep he's a... Dull plank of wood floating in a puddle. Preferring to live life to the least Harvey doesn't have many friends and those friends he dose have are mostly work buddies that he is forced to see everyday. If this were not the case he probably would never see them in favor of just staying in and tending to his birds. Those birds in questin being the only thing he's really passionate about. How this guy got through law school is anyone's guess.

In PVP this allows him acts of well above average strength(to put into perspective, where the average person can bench 135 pounds, he can bench upwards of 300-350 pounds), in PVS this ups his dex damage by 10%.

—Description: Due to all his legal ~~read lying~~ training and experience, old Harvey is pretty good at talking to people and getting them to believe what he says. Goes to show, ya don't need raw charm if you can fake it. Starts with Rank 2 Expression.

—Description:Though he's a slow start, when he gets going Harvey is hard to stop, After three rounds of combat all damage is boosted by 15%

—Description: Aurora is a special kinda shadow, Harvey doesn't have much control over her and as a result she can change her appearance at will. Aurora is able to stay in her passive form at all times.

Weapon Description: Whilst in her hidden form, a bird known as a Eclectus, bird standing at only 35cm. Her feathers in this form are largely bright red on her head, wings, feet and tail feathers whilst having a blueish-purple colour on her chest and neck. In her battle form she is a brilliant yellow and red phoenix. This form is also 35cm long

The Background

History: Harvey was born the son of a Doctor and an astronaut. His mother was an accomplished scientist who spent most of her time aboard the international space station and away from home for months or even years at a time, while his father spent far more time with his patients, and mistress, then he ever did at home. This left poor young Harvey with a problem that was twofold. One his parents demanded the finest of their son, their expectations higher then where the poor kid's mother worked, and a lack of parents in the first place. Harvey was instead raised mostly by the help, an seemingly indifferent staff of butlers and maids that saw the kid as little more then another task to clean up. This, unsurprisingly, made Harvey quite the introvert, preferring animals (especially birds) to people.

Though if one good thing came from his parent's absence and high standards, it was the law degree Harvey got a hold of... when he was 18. A bit of a prodigy when it came to law, Harvey passed the bar in record time and became the youngest lawyer in Endymion. Another addition to an already prestigious family... Though... Oddly he didn't do much with his degree, instead choosing to take the bare minimum amount of cases he needed to keep his licence and himself housed and fed.

Harvey's life is a sad and dull one... So more often then not instead of getting a good night's sleep, which may explain his sluggish attitude with life, he would pop down to a local bar in Back Light for a few drinks... And it just so happens that one night he may have had one to many... And woke up the next morning outside the bar with a not so friendly bird sitting on his shoulder...

I'm not expert on weightlifting, but it sounds like a superhuman strength. Thought might be possible with weightlifting training And IIRC, the history doesn't mention anything about having any of that training. Might want to dial down on the 400-450 part. Correct me if I'm wrong.

What do you mean by minus on Understanding Checks? As in if there's a requirement, do you experience a temporary rank down in Understanding?

Also about the Demon Negotiation-based strength/weakness, honestly I'd wait for the Demon Mask fusion stuff to come out. Because there's some information that could help you better figure something out for it. Or you could change it completely. Up to you.
