Appearance: Libby is a very standard girl. Standing at five foot five inches and weighing roughly 110 pounds, she is a rather skinny girl. A love for over-sized t-shirts and baggy pants, as well as her rather short hair, has made her very androgynous in appearance. She doesn't seem to care if anyone mistakes her for a boy. Her skin is light brown, her hair is very dark brown, and her eyes are a brown color somewhere in between the two extremes. She has a scar from a knife accident on her left cheek. It's not a very pretty scar, though she doesn't seem to care if people are a little unnerved by it.

Alternate Appearance: She oddly takes on a harlequin like appearance. The theme of her outfit seems to be black and white. She sports a tri-pronged jester hat, completely black in color save for the bells, which are colored white. She has a six pronged collar, with three prongs in front and three in the back. The collar is white yet the bells at the end of each prong is black. Her t-shirt is black, yet the sleeves are striped in black and white, ending in white gloves. She wears a pair of white shorts over a pair of black and white leggings, checkered pattern. White boots adorn her feet. The attire is completed with a mask that seems to resemble the comedy style mask.

Personality: Liberty has two kinds of persona's (personality, not the supernatural representation of her psyche). Her first persona is a very laid back personality. She'll chat with people, she'll indulge in conversations, she'll geek out with people, and she'll very happily help people with anything if she can. She is especially helpful if it's hardware or software related, having devoted a considerable amount of her time to computer hardware and programming. Most of all, Liberty is the kind of girl who enjoys encouraging people to let loose their hidden depth. She seemingly likes to see people try to strive for what they desire the most, provided that they bring no harm to others.

She can be very competitive on her free time, as well. While it's easy to paint her as an MMO nut due to her preferences (which she is, by the way), some may be surprised to find that she also happens to favor paintball. Her favorite role to play in paintball competitions is the role of the sniper, as she feels this role challenges her mental capacity to it's fullest on the field. She also has a competitive spirit when it comes to martial arts, but unfortunately she suffers severely in this field due to an unusual need to rely on unusual hand to hand weapons, like a home made mace which is essentially a staff with a Styrofoam ball duct-taped to it. Needless to say, she is no longer allowed to take part in most of the local martial arts clubs or activities. At least she has fun with it.

Her other personality is a bit more apathetic, logic driven even. The truth is all that matters when she's in this state, and she will do all she can to achieve this goal. She will analyze, she will prod, she will ask questions, she will even ask sensitive questions if it will bring out a response. She may even decide she may have to hurt someone if it will get the truth to come out. This is actually a form of vigilantism. Through the Truth, Justice can be served, or at least she believes this is what she is after.

She doesn't seem to put a lot of faith in Cadets. Sure she will act friendly and cooperative towards them, but she is of the opinion that on their own they will never truly bring peace and order that Endymion so deserves. Thus, when she is able to, she will conduct her own investigations, and search for the truth through her own means. If she succeeds, the Cadets may find an anonymous package waiting for them at their door stop with information that may prove helpful. If she could, she would deal out justice herself, but as things stand she understands that it's better to let the local law do it's job.

The Background

History:Liberty lived a fairly decent life in Endymion. Her mother, Louise Kemp, was a police officer who works to fight crime. Her father, Johnson Kemp, was a lawyer who worked to put criminals away. The two considered each other to be quite the team, and Liberty believed in them. It probably also helped that both mother and father tended to enjoy spending quality time together when they could, often designating an hour or two for whichever of the two happened to have a day off. With her mother always trying to teach her to do right by people, and her father always trying to teach her to take all accounts into consideration, it seemed like she would have followed in their foot-steps, perhaps working in technology for the law.

The problem came from how much the two emphasized these two traits. They treated it as though it was the most important thing in the world to them, and Libby was eager to make them proud. So, to be the best that she could, she drove herself completely into becoming a very intelligent being, able to figure out any problem that could come her way. She did this for the sake of her mother, and for the sake of bringing those who do wrong to justice. She did this for the sake of her father, and for the sake of exposing the truth, no matter what the form. While this began the development of a knight Templar mentality, at the very least she was willing to stay true to the law.

That was until a certain event happened that got her to think. It should have been just a simple night, just a little fun for everyone. They had finished going out for dinner when Libby's mother decided she wanted to be spontaneous. “Let's go to the place with all the business buildings!” Louise said, “I wanna see what the night looks like for them!” “That seems like a waste of time,” said Johnson, “We could just go to Susie Q and sing the night away.” “Oh, where's your sense of adventure!” Louise stated, “C'mon, lets go try a new city at night and see what their night life is like!”

Libby knew better than to argue with her mother. While Johnson tried his utmost best to keep an orderly and calm family life, Louise was always the more spontaneous of the two, trying out different things if only for the sake of doing something fun. Louise always won out in the end when she decided she wanted to do something different, no matter if it was a battle of wits, wills, or luck.

So off they went to try and find something new and unusual. It turned out to be a rather boring outing. The business district was a lot quieter than Louise had bargained for.

“Told you,” Johnson stated, practically rubbing it in for a disappointed Louise. “There is absolutely nothing that could even be of remote interest her-” Then came the sound of shattering glass. Before they knew it, a man in a mask had landed mere feet away from the family. He didn't seem to care much for them since he just ran away from them into the night. Cursing herself for not bringing her gun, Louise was one of the first to call in the police, which in turn attracted the Cadets. Or rather, a Cadet. It seemed they only sent one Cadet to be in charge of this case. While Louise and Johnson swore that this would be enough, seeing as the Cadets were capable of incredible feats, suddenly Liberty wasn't so sure. She used to look up to the Cadets, and saw that they were keepers of Truth and Justice.

If that was the case, then why only one Cadet for this job? Weren't these... Terrorists dangerous? Shouldn't they at least have sent a team? Didn't someone die because of this man? Suddenly, Libby was beginning to think that perhaps they didn't really care enough to do the job right. She brought her concerns with her parents, but the two could only do so much on their own. After all, they have to answer to the Cadets. This only brought out greater bitterness in Libby. Why should her parents, both very capable at their jobs, have to restrain themselves for them?! If the Cadets were this lax with their job, maybe they needed to be reminded of what they were working for?

It was only a matter of time before she made up her mind. One day, she was going to develop the strength and skill needed to bring her own form of justice and truth. Even if it meant going behind her parents back. Even if it meant going behind the back of the local law enforcement. Even if it meant going behind the back of every Cadet she came across, just to make sure the job was done right.

Even if it meant having to hurt people, either because they deserved it or because they would serve as a good example for the Cadets to remember what's at stake.

Make sure to clarify whether your gun strength either increases gun related damage or accuracy. For your dex weakness I am also guessing the 10% deficiency is in dexterity damage? Just make sure to make that clear and you're approved.

It should be 10% dex damage in general not just Strike.Approved.
