**ALERT!** After a rather eventful evening at Maksim's Party, three teenagers seems to have gone missing. The doors of Vault Olympia have been breached due to a to this day unknown assailant, who sabotaged the doors locking systems, allowing demons to make entry. Thanks to the excellent defensive capabilities of the Vault's Security drones, the Attack was put to an end, and the invading monsters fled to the outside. Right now, the Doors of Vault Olympia are currently open, allowing any survivors of the fall to seek shelter within the Vault's safe halls. What Vault Security officials think of this development remains unclear as the Chief of Police and Security of Olympia refused to leave a comment. This is Rianara, of Olympia news, signing out.

The site is entering a new era as our team of mods works tirelessly on updating old and obsolete information threads and links. Over the Summer, we aim to make many changes to the forum, including writing a comprehensive beginners' guide to help new players accommodate to the combat and other rp systems in place here.

Persona Type: Initial Persona

Persona's Arcana:  Star

Owner:  Tatum Waldie

Persona Appearance:  Much like the owner, the Persona follows a sentai styled theme, though there are hints of magical girl as well.  Mercuy wears a full visor helmet, the visor itself perfectly obscuring her face.  When she uses her skills, yellow eyes glow through the visor.  While the visor is deep blue in color, the rest of the helmet is mostly white.  On the forehead, there are three spikes spreading out, giving it a crown-like appearance.  The base of the “crown” has a sapphire gem on it.  Also, there are wings decorations where the ears would be.  The neck, arms, and legs have a white color to them, as though some kind of body suit was being worn underneath the rest of the outfit.  The main armor is very reminiscent of a Sailor Fuku design.  The majority of the armor is white, with armored blue “sailor suit collar” and armored blue “pleated skirt.”  It also bears armored blue shoulder guards.  Down the center of the chest is an armored blue “tie.”  The gauntlets are white in color save for at the base, where it is blue instead.  There are wing decorations along the forearms of gauntlets.  On the back of the hands of each gauntlet are blue sapphires as well.  The armored “knee-high boots” are blue as well, with a sapphire gem right where the knees would be.  The calves of the boots also have wing decorations.  In her left hand, she wields a wand, two snakes coiling around it as they face the base-ball sized sapphire placed at the top of the wand.  The sapphire also has wing decorations.  Mercury stands at a full foot taller than Tatums, standing at 5 feet tall from top to bottom.  Based on appearance alone, Mercury looks as though she would weigh 140 pounds (if not taking armor into account).

Persona Background: Mercury is a major god in the Roman Pantheon.  Mercury is the patron god of financial gain, commerce, eloquence, messages/communication (including divination), travelers, boundaries, luck, trickery and thieves.  He also guides to the souls of the dead to the underworld. In his left hand, Mercury carries the caduceus, a rod with two snakes coiling around it and surmounted with wings.  The caduceus carries with it an interesting story.

When Mercury was but an infant, he snuck out of his cradle and made his way to Prieri in Northern Greece.  There he found Apollo's cattle.  One by one, he took the hooves of each cattle and returned them in reverse.  He then reversed his own sandals as well.  Afterwards, he lead the cattle away to a secret location.

Apollo came eventually to find his cattle stolen.  He followed the trail but since it was backwards, he could not make sense of anything.  The trail did not seem to lead to anywhere of meaningful value. Apollo was the god of prophecy, and divined that it was Mercury who was responsible.  Without a second thought, Apollo took Mercury to be judged by Jupiter for his crimes.  Jupiter, however, found great amusement in little Mercury's prank.  In return for absolving him of his crimes, Jupiter made Mercury promise to return the cattle and to give Apollo a proper apology.

Mercury did as promised, but went an extra step in his apology.  He crafted a lyre as a gift of well meaning and gave it to Apollo.  Apollo, who was moved by Mercury's willingness and sincerity, returned the gesture and gave to Mercury the caduceus.  Thus marked the beginning of a strong bond between Apollo and Mercury.

*Note, The story of how Mercury obtained the caduceus is actually the story of Hermes and Apollo's cattle.  Since Mercury is basically the roman version of Hermes, I basically switched out the names where appropriate.

*Note.  This is likely obvious, but in case anyone was curious, the Persona's appearance is based off of Sailor Mercury from Sailor moon.

Strengths: Strong against Ice and Wind.

Weaknesses: Weak against Lighting and Fire.

Passive Boosts: 15% Boost to Ice attacks.

Persona Skill List:

Skill 1: Bufu | Inflict a small amount of ice damage to one enemy | 4 SP | Tier 1
Skill 2: Garu | Inflicts a small amount of wind damage to one enemy | 3 SP | Tier 1
Skill 3: Media | Recovers a small amount of HP (20%) to allies | 8 SP | Tier 1
Skill 4: Remote View | Allows the user to locate, speak with and monitor all allies no matter the distance within the dungeon.  Users can create a virtual “phone call” with their persona that allows everyone to talk to each other at once.  With this, the users can see through the partners eyes, and scan enemies using this method even when their not in the area.  | Passive | Tier 2 (Unlocked once Tatum forms her first Social Link or uses her Persona 15 times in PvS combat; Must be Tier 2 Skill or Lower)
Skill 5: Bufula | Inflicts a monderate amount of ice damage to one enemy | 6 SP | Tier 2  (Tatum must have used her Persona an additional 25 times in PvS combat or completed 2 Missions; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower)
Skill 6: Mediarama | Recovers a moderate amount of HP (40%) to allies | 16 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once Tatum uses her Persona an additional 25 times in PvS combat or having formed three rank three or more social links; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower)
Skill 7: Garula | Inflicts a moderate amount of wind damage to one enemy | 6 SP | Tier 2 (Unlocked once Tatum uses her Persona an additional 25 times in combat or formed 2 rank 5 social links; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower)
Skill 8: Healing wave | All team members [no matter the location] will recover 15% of their HP every three turns during battle/dungeon crawling and 15% health once the battle ends. | Passive | Tier 3 (PvS combat phase exclusively)  (Unlocked Tatum uses her Persona an additional 30 times in PvS combat or maxing a single Social Link; Must be a Tier 3 Skill or Lower)



Fusion Attack:

Fusion Attack Name:  Mercury Buster
Persona Name:  Mercury
Type of Damage:  Bufu
Description:  Mercury twirls her wand before tossing it int the air.  As it twirls in the air it suddenly grows in size, roughly a foot wide and three feet long.  It lands on Tatum's shoulder as she kneels to aim it, Mercury floating above.  Once she takes aim, Tatum fires as Mercury pulls a pose.  The attack's damage is comparable to Mabufudyne, striking all enemies on the field.  10% chance of causing a freezing ailment.  

Soul Skill Name: On Mercury's Wings
Persona Name: Mercury
Tier: Tier 1
Cost: 5 sp
Type of Damage: N/A
Description: Wings briefly appear on the user before fading out, but the effects are ever present.  Plus 15% to Hit/Evasion rate for three turns.  This technique also allows her to move a little faster than usual (Not by much, but definitely enough to stay ahead of an average fit adult).  Lastly, the techniques gives her a jumping distance of six feet, both for how high and how far.

Alright, since I graded Tatum, I might as well tackle the persona. First of all, I need your Persona's dimensions (Height moreso). You do keep the skills as they are, whether parts of them are irrelevant or not. I'd personally keep the Rank-up Requirements present on your sheet for skills you have yet to unlock.

The Fusion Attack is fine. Fusion Attacks can be a little bit stronger than normal T3 Skills since you are giving up your Entire Persona for a whole thread.

Now the Soul Skill is fine as well. A 10% boost in luck isn't gonna do much, actually. Especially if you're paying SP to do it. I'd suggest going with a 15% boost to Hit/Evasion Rate for 3 turns (like a watered down version of Sukukaja). That would most likely cost you 3 SP to use. If you want higher jumping capabilities for this period as well, then you can just mention it in the description, and increase it's cost to 5. Just make sure to give a limit on how high and how far she can leap in one single bound. And the Speed Boost wouldn't be too large, but certainly noticable.

Made the changes! I added height and apparent weight. I wasn't sure if I should have added anything else like bust/waist/hip or anything like that, so I just stuck with the two for now. o.o I'm also a little unsure if a five foot jumping distance, both for how high and how far, is reasonable. I might consider changing it to three feet instead if that would make more sense.

You could honestly go higher than that. 6 feet seems doable for a Tier 1 Skill.
