| Batilde's words would reach Miyuki's ears and the girl would raise a confused eyebrow. "I'm...?" She whispered back only for it to then hit her. Releasing Batilde's hand from her grasp and drawing hers back, she'd give a somewhat sheepish smile. "Sorry. Didn't even notice." Miyuki would apologize. Her eyes would remain on her friend briefly before returning to the screen and she'd notice the faintly visible blush on Batilde's face. "You've got something on your face Miss Maid." She let out a light laugh at the reaction, but would quickly stifle it as not to disturb the other patrons. At this point, Miyuki was more or less convinced that the movie was trash; trash with one excellent scene hidden away in it, but trash nevertheless. Normally killing off two of the major characters like that would have been able to generate some interest, but the director was so terrible at executing it that it somehow managed to drag the film down even further. Barely able to contain a groan, Walker simply shook her head from side to side and continued to watch silently. - The protagonist finds the bodies of her friends.:

| Suddenly, the movie again, did a sort of 180, and became decent to watch. The acting got better now that the main protagonist was dehospitalized, and the crime investigation really got going. Clues were found, and Batilde actually found herself a little bit excited again. Perhaps this was the big turning point? Her expectations hadn't been very high, but hey, this was more than watchable.
"N-No, no. You don't have to apologize." Batilde replied to her friend nervously, fidgeting a little bit in place. "We were both scared... so... it's no-one's fault." Was it? If anyone were to blame, it was that stupid director for making such a contrasting movie. Gosh. "Hm...? I do...?" She asked, a bit confused at first, until she realised that her cheeks had been warm this entire time. She was blushing... quite a bit too, it would seem. She was quick to hide it, looking ahead at the screen once more, a bit confused. What was it about Miyuki that was so... appealing? She was a fun person yes, but Batilde started to wonder if there wasn't more to it than just that. Maybe, if she hung out with her enough, she'd find out why... Lost in thought for a brief moment, Batilde had stopped focusing on the movie for a brief moment, before snapping back into reality from the loud bang of a gun being fired on the big screen.- A brutal cop murder occurs... people begin to believe that the perp is a corrupt officer.:

| The protagonist's realization of the death of her friends and subsequent hospitalization surprisingly managed to tug at the heartstrings. It was an emotional moment and while it certainly had a few plot holes it was acted and written well enough for the audience to overlook them. And shortly after a shocking, gruesome murder occurred. The gore was done disgustingly well and the cop's splattered brains painted a sickening picture on the wall of the alleyway, though it was a bit too extreme to the point where it seemed somewhat unrealistic. Still, it was enough to make some people almost jolt out of their seats, and Miyuki couldn't deny that it was startling, though it was nowhere near the level of quality it had been when they found the titular Gary's Spleen. - The protagonist resolves to stop running and confronts the killer head-on:

| The emotional breakdown and the attempted suicide by the main protagonist that got her hospitalized was gritty and emotional. So much so, that Batilde almost shed a tear, and it just kept going with this distinct increase in quality, from the murder of the dead cop to what was now leading up to the movie's climax... confronting the murderer. The stakes were quite high, set up by the decent scene beforehand, and now, Batilde watched with anticipation on what would happen next...
And of course, the director blew it. Again. The french lass was not even suprised at this point and just shook her head in dissapointment. It had so much build-up and decent pacing, only for it to trip over it's own shoelace and stumble right into a muddy puddle. Like, how was this movie even selling? Was it just because of that one Amazing scene that people watched this for? Because even as good of a scene as it had been when they found the titular object, it wasn't enough to carry the rest of the film. Far from it. It was almost hilariously bad all around, but it did have it's moments. Money well spent? Maybe not, but hey, watching it with a friend made the experience enjoyable enough for her.- And the Murderer is...:

| Miyuki nearly choked to death on a popcorn kernel when the killer was revealed. Shock and disbelief filled her eyes... It had been Gary all along! He had faked his death and gone to extreme lengths to hide his involvement in the murders. What was up with this roller-coaster of quality? One minute it was butchering the director's career and the next it was revolutionizing the horror genre... It was so strange. It couldn't possibly be intentional, could it? Whatever the case, the reveal somehow managed to be one of the best parts yet and hinted at a strong conclusion (though it hadn't completely managed to dispel Miyuki's doubt). Gary began to reveal his plan and his obsession with spleens. The protagonist gasped in horror as he charged her with a knife looking to cut hers out and she drew her gun. Her finger locked around the trigger and... - The final scene. Who will survive? And more importantly, will the audience care?:

| AAAAAAAND... of course he misses. Not even narrowly. He tripped over a large propane tank in the facility, and dropped both the knife and everyone's hopes down on the floor, and down the drain... Such a wash of an ending, huh? The protagonist didn't even need to pull the trigger... Gary, sad because of his failure, lied on the floor, bawling his eyes out for everyone to see, as the cops arrived, and took him in.
Batilde stared at the screen in complete and utter disbelief again. Things had finally picked up too. It was as if someone had sculpted a nice statue of ice only for the neighbour to come and kick it over. So close, yet so damn far away. It had certainly been an experience watching this magificent mess of a movie, but damn... she wouldn't watch that again. Ever. Nope. But it had actually been worth her while, in a way. It was baffling how badly this man fucked up. It was enough of a sin that the first scene was so terrible...- Score Verdict:
1+4+2+1+1+3+3+2+4+2 = 23 points. Final Verdict: Throw it in the traaaaaash. The two friends left the theater with what was left of the crowd. The movie had certainly been an interesting experience for sure. The epitomy of a mixed bag. A pretty bad one, but still, it had some very redeemable qualities here and there. She certainly wouldn't watch it again, but she wasn't regretting her decision. "That was... uhh... how should I put it... Interesting...?" Batilde said, throwing the popcorn box in the trash along with the two styrofoam cups. "Watching it with a friend certainly made the experience better, but... it was a really bad film... What do you think?"

| "OW MY FUCKING SPLEEN!" That was Gary's last line of dialogue as he laid there crying on the floor waiting for the cops to drag him offscreen and the credits to roll. Miyuki stared at the screen with a blank, emotionless expression. It seemed she was right to have doubts after all. The movie, save for a few really good scenes, had failed on every level. She remained silent as she exited from the theater with Batilde and kept quiet until she was asked her own thoughts on the film. Slowly she turned her gaze to the girl and suddenly doubled over clutching her stomach and letting out a series of pained sobs. ...actually, no, wait a minute. Those weren't sobs. - Score Verdict:
1+4+2+1+1+3+3+2+4+2 = 23 points. Final Verdict: A hilarious comedy, but an awful horror movie! "I'm fucking dying! Sweet Isla, it hurts! Miyuki cried out inbetween fits of laughter as she fell to the floor with tears streaming down her face. "Help me Batilde, help me!" She couldn't stop; her uproarious, earth-shattering giggle fit continued on and on drawing the attention of several bystanders. Eventually she managed to calm herself down and pushed herself back up to her feet wiping the tears from her eyes. "Well, it wasn't what I was expecting, but I think it was fantastic. And I never wanna see it again." The girl started to walk off and would beckon Batilde to follow her. "Come on, let's get out of this dump and never look back. I'll walk you home." She offered with a warm grin.

| Batilde burst out laughing as well when Miyuki's laughing fit started. It was contagious really. She wasn't laughing as hardcore as her friend did, but it was enough for people to look at her strangely. Not that Batilde cared much about that. Tonight had all been about having fun with a friend, and fun they sure had. Once Miyuki's laughing fit ceased, the french girl would extend a hand out to her, helping the younger girl back up on her feet. "Ahaha. Yeah, it's not something you watch again. It was still worth the money though. If only for the laughs." Well, maybe not for a VIP viewing, but normal tickets would've actually been worth it. But, you know, Batilde being who she is, loved spoiling her friends. Hopefully that wouldn't come back to bite her. "Hehe, yeah. Let's go." She replied with a nod, following Miyuki outside the theater. When Miyuki offered to follow Batilde home, she stopped for a moment, completely stunned. She'd eventually give Miyuki a sheepish smile, as her lips parted in order to speak, her voice a little bit shaky."Y-You don't really have to, Miyuki... but t-thanks..." | |

| "Suit yourself." Miyuki would reply with a shrug. She'd wave goodbye to Batilde and head off toward her home. Her day had proven interesting enough after all. - OOC Notes:

| Batilde internally screamed at herself. How could she had been so... stupid to say something like that!? Of course, she wanted Miyuki to take her home, but now... that was a little bit too late now was it? "Miyuki! Wai-" and she was gone. A sad end to an otherwise pretty decent evening. Batilde and her big mouth...
She muttered to herself under her breath for the remainder of her trip home... Would another opportunity like that rise again? Only time would tell...~Batilde has left the Scene. Topic End.~
