Personality: Minerva is a charming girl who uses this advantage on people. She is also a mischievous girl who likes to pull pranks on people she finds annoying. She is foul-mouthed and a trashtalker to people she doesn't get along with. But, really friendly and nice to people who met her standards and is just the "same level" as her. In short, she is a bully to people who looks "lower" than her.

She speaks in a monotonous way and shows no signs of emotion. Her heart is hard as diamonds so fighting back would be a bad option as she would do the same. But, if someone is good enough to lecture her. She might change when the RP goes.

The Background

History:

Minerva Quinn was born from a rich family. Minnie's family owns a big house in Sunlake Palms and a building named QuinnTech in Vista Square. Minnie was the last and only female child in their family, other were her four big brothers. So, she was expected to be perfect in a Quinn family way. This made Minnie thought that she is perfect than anyone else and developed this kind of personality.

It wasn't easy for her, she was expected to learn table etiquettes, manners, learn how to walk sophistically, and act & talk like an educated person. She wasn't able to do all of these and was pressured because of it. Then, she started picking on people who was lower than her so she can feel better. She grew cold and anti-social throughout her childhood, only interacting with rich children like her. Which, explains her small circle of friends.

But she is very proud of her one and only talent, Acrobatics. She was fast as a cheetah and flexible as a rubber. She wasn't interested at their family business at all so she tried something else. But, her parents were not into the idea of her doing acrobatics. Still, Minnie pursued her training secretly from her family's eyes and won many contests but can only boast about it from other people.

First and foremost, as a Cadet, you don't have an alternate appearance. Secondly, Your Charm Boosting Strength needs a weakness to accomodate for it, and Strengths/Weaknesses that affect Social Links doesn't hinder you in combat, nor do they do much if anything at all. As for the Charm Boost itself, I'd like a Percent Increase to the skills. Unless it's for Social Qualities, in which case you need a weakness that makes it more difficult to rank up another Quality.

You can keep it if you want. It's just a uniform though, and no disguise. You still need a Social Quality Weakness to conpensate for your Charm Strength. Since your charisma raises at a higher pace than normal, another SQ will suffer. (Courage, Intelligence ETC.)
