Appearance: Quinn was very small in height with their greenish-brown eyes and a doll-like appearance to boot. Their hair was a light brown and was styled short while it's slightly curled towards the bottom. The casual everyday wear consisted of an outfit that appeared to be a school uniform set, consisting of a dark green jacket with a white dress shirt underneath, a brown skirt, matching suspenders, black socks and white shoes. While there are times when they would have worn the brown skirt, they also wore brown dress pants on occasions. The uniform was from their old school, so they would wear it mostly because it felt comfortable, although they still wore different outfits from time to time.

Quinn is a reasonably short person, standing at 5'6" which is just two inches taller than previously, although their weight has remained at a constant 119 since puberty. Their hair changed since the event, being dyed black and styled short; their hair forms fringes that sweep from either side. They began to wear gray contacts for public appearances, noticing that their eyes matched their appearance better that way. One of the most noticeable thing about Quinn is that they had gotten top surgery, and have more feminine features in their face, but they've left their eyebrows to be a bit thick to have a touch of masculinity. Their outfit is simple and comfortable, consisting of a light blue one-piece dress with white and black accents and a hat of the same color. They also wear shorts underneath their dress, so even when they sit no one gets to sneak a peek. They usually wear calf-high black boots that appear to be rain boots but look more fashionable.

Personality: Quinn grew up in a house where everyone was accepted no matter what, even if you didn't agree with it, which could explain why they were so accepting of people outside of their family. They loved to see people smile and would have try anything to cause that to happen, usually by telling bad jokes or something along the lines. Though they could have been a bit rude sometimes, but never to friends, only to people who hurt their friends. Their shy side usually appeared during a social interaction that became too much for them, like if there were too many people or the conversation was something they didn't like talking about. Even so, Quinn loved trying to make friends and protecting them a much as they could have, even if they couldn't physically do it; that was just in their nature is all.

Even during the event, Quinn's personality started to slowly change from what it used to be. They began to loose the innocence they had lead their life with, and learned soon enough that the world wasn't as perfect as they wished it to be. They also discovered more about their sexuality and gender than they had ever thought was possible. The entire event shifted their life's course towards one that seemed to be favorable to them, since they now feel like they're the person they were meant to be. They are still someone who will protect their loved ones and closest friends, and will try their best to make everyone happy. Though now they're not scared at all, and will stand their ground as much as they can; basically they're not as much of a pushover as they were. They also barely have time for new friend, so it wouldn't be likely that they would be looking for new relationships with the little time they have.

The Potential

Strengths:

—Strength Name: Leading the charge
—Description: In the beginning, Quinn was someone who followed orders and not someone who gave them. They stayed silent, and followed everyone without another thought; just wanting to assist and end the event without giving much of their own input. After all of that was done, they graduated from school and began to run their trans organization, and felt what it was like to truly be in charge of the actions of others. They found out very soon that they had a knack for being the one in charge, and liked how much influence they had on decisions. In the past two years, they have learned how to lead the charge and inspire people to follow them, which helps when trying to push people towards a similar goal. If another chance came up to pull together a team of people to fight through another event with, they would probably want to try to run the team this time around.

—Strength Name: Requesting Backup
—Description: Quinn is used to working with people, and the more people they support, the more effort they put into what they're doing. This means that, if there are five people being supported by them, they're going to output an amount equal to that. One ally equals 2%, so if Quinn has five allies, that's 10% added onto their max SP; the max percentage added on no matter what would be 10%. This only affects them and their performance in battle, meaning that it has no effect on anyone else in battle. If an ally they are supporting goes unconscious, leaves the dungeon, or dies, the percentage bonus will drop accordingly. Finally, NPCs do count towards the total bonus, since they are still people that Quinn is supporting.

—Strength Name: Power and influence
—Description: Over the past few years, the Identi-T non-profit has gained much influence in the LGBTQIA+ community, which has caused it to become known across Azores and the world. The organization has many different offices around the world, and is still currently expanding, trying to extend it's influence. Quinn Ayers is very well known as the founder and CEO of the non-profit, and is mostly the voice of it, appearing in magazines and on television to speak about progress and the changes they wish to accomplish with it. This has made almost every word Quinn has said in media, influential towards the LGBTQ+ youth. This also means that a lot of people would know who they were if they followed the news at all, but there can occasionally be people who do not recall who they are.

—Strength Name: The Gender Defender
—Description: Quinn has been known to defend their own gender, mostly correcting people when they misgender them or getting angry when someone invalidates their gender. After getting to a point where they were comfortable with their body, they started the Identi-T organization and started to branch out to defend other queer and trans teens. This is mostly what they are known for is defending people's identities and choices in life, and they will fight for other people's rights when they can't for themself. They are comfortable in their own body, and will fight for anyone who isn't ready or able to speak up so everyone can eventually feel accepted and comfortable in their body like they do.

Weaknesses:

—Weakness Name: Building trust
—Description: Even before the event, Quinn always had a hard time trusting people, but after the event they slowly found themself barely talking to anyone they didn't already know. Sure before that they had talked to strangers and made new friends, but since then they had been sticking to a small group of friends to get them through. This mostly means that it might be a bit harder for them to fully trust someone, and it's going to take longer than it did for the people they already know. But that doesn't mean they will act differently towards anyone for them not knowing them well enough, they'll just hold back private information until they feel it's the right time to open their book.

—Weakness Name: Cost of power
—Description: They are able to conserve energy with the more allies they are supporting, but this means that they are distracting themself and focusing on having more power to defend everyone else. Meaning that while they will try to gain more spiritual power for each person they are supporting, they will also have lowered speed for each person as well. Meaning if there are 5 team members they are supporting, their Luck will drop by 10% accordingly. The same rules apply as they do for the ally SP bonus.

—Weakness Name: The spotlight
—Description: The only downside to Quinn's fame and influence on people is the publicity their life has taken on. Sometimes it is hard for them to do things in public without be noticed now, especially when something is going down in their community that is in the press frequently. This also means that some press may stalk them, and find out some secret they've been trying to hide. All they would have to do to avoid this is to be more careful with everything but it does happen occasionally where they will have to coordinated different ways to deal with this problem. But seriously, what would happen if a journalist stalking them found out they were involved in the event two years ago? Or if they learned about personas? This can also make it very easy to find them, but wouldn't make it any easier to be able to harm or capture them.

—Weakness Name: The 'Angry Trans Person'
—Description: Sometimes Quinn can come off as a bit violent verbally when it comes to expression and identity, mostly because they've heard people put other non-binary people down all the time for 'pretending to be different.' And sometimes when somebody says something that could be very insulting, they have a slight chance that they might 'snap that person's head off' and 'rant them to death.' It's not anything wrong, they just like to get their point across, but some cis people will get their I when they speak their mind and that's why most people view them as an 'extremist with no chill.' That's a name most conservative people give to them, but they don't care about people like that, as long as they can get their point across and change the world in the process.

Weapon Description: A designer parasol with a blue top and handle, a color that matches their blue dress. Even though this is a parasol and is mostly for fashion, this parasol is able to protect Quinn from the rain, and has some things about it that make it appear like an umbrella, and in some ways it might be, but they would rather refer to it as a parasol

The Background

History: Quinn was born to two loving parents in a small part of Wales, being greeted by their older sister as soon as they arrived at the household. They didn't move at all in their first years, so they made a few friends here and there, without the worry of losing them. After a few years, they were greeted by two new arrivals, making a grand total of five children in one household, and putting them in the place of being the middle child. Once the twins were born, the family decided to move to the Azores region, since a new sector in Sylotech had opened up on one of the islands.. Once they arrived in their new house on Penecia Island, they all settled in quickly compared to how much things they had.

Their siblings did a good job adjusting, but it still took them a bit of time. Quinn took almost a year before even being able to talk to anyone, but people usually commented on their appearance and how no one knew what sex they really were. It didn't bother them much at first, but after over a year of hearing it, it did get tiresome. They tried to continue going through schooling, making it to high school much to their surprise. And high school wasn't boring, they made some good friends and continued to try and make more along the way. Their sophomore year started and they was already prepared for what was next to come.

The event of Azores went and past, leaving Quinn with many questions unanswered; ones that will probably never be answered. They moved on with their life, soon forgetting all about that and moving on to focusing on school and their future. Jack and them had a short fling for a half a year, but he soon realized he wasn't ready for a relationship and they moved on to more important things. Spending most of their time in junior year building up Identi-T: a non-profit organization that would support trans youth and also function as an activist group. Over the next two years, the built up the organization with their own money, building it up to the glory it is currently at. They moved to the top of the media, trying their best to get out the word and continue pushing trans rights. Right now they live in the same house, which has sense been empty for a year since their family moved back to Wales. They have no idea what they would do soon enough, but their only focus is on moving the company up to the level they wish it would sit on.

—Description: Even though they can't do much, Quinn tries to protect their friends with all their power. This just means that they'll try their best to make sure their allies get out of a battle alive, as well as making sure they're not hurt; even if they have to forcefully pull their allies out to protect them.

—Strength Name: Kindhearted
—Description: Quinn isn't one to say insulting things to someone no matter the situation. They usually will always smile and try to be as sweet as can be to anyone. Unless it is someone trying to hurt their friends, then they will be very harsh towards those people. Also people who hurt cats.

—Strength Name: Acting
—Description: Quinn has been in the drama club since they first arrived at a school where one was held. At first it was for social interaction, but they eventually grew closer to the art form, taking a shine to it.

—Strength Name: Gaming
—Description: When not in school, Quinn usually sits at home and plays games with their younger siblings. They aren't the greatest at video games, but they can give you a run for your money. One of the things that makes them happy is gaming which is why they only really play them with close friends, to prevent anyone from trying to ruin their favorite thing.

—Description: The sight of blood or anything resembling it could cause Quinn to be sick. The more blood, the worse the reaction they give is. If they ever saw a dead body, they would probably go unconscious for a bit. —Description: Though they don't have a super hard time making friends, in some aspects of their personality, they are shy. Some situations could make Quinn uncomfortable and cause them to try and avoid it; like more than four people trying to have a conversation with them. Though once you get to know them, they can be pretty open.

—Description: Cats are their life. Quinn loves all types of cats and will do anything to make sure that cats are safe and happy, even if that means taking them in themselves. They have twenty-seven cats at their house but they will still accept more if needed. Saving a cat is also important, even if it means risking their life to do so. Though they wouldn't risk it if they had to protect someone else.

—Description: Quinn isn't fit for battle at all, they don't have the build to actually be able to successfully fight anyone or anything. This means that if they were caught up in a battle, fighting wouldn't be an option for them

Most of this looks fine. I'm a little bit iffy on the SP Strength and the Luck Weakness. Mechanically, they work just fine, but make sure to add the stipulation that they won't work unless Quinn is present as a Support in battle than just a support from a distance. 10% on both ends seem like a bit much for a generic strength and weakness. 5% should do. Alert me once these changes have been made.
