Persona Appearance: A robust and muscular man with wings and a sweet Santa Claus-like beard, wearing an aquamarine colored tunic with blue patterns on it, silver armlets and greek sandals.

Persona Background: BOREAS was the purple-winged god of the north wind, one of the four directional Anemoi (wind-gods). He was also the god of winter, who swept down from the cold northern mountains of Thrake, chilling the air with his icy breath. To the north, beyond his mountain home, lay Hyperborea, a land of eternal spring which was never touched by the god's cold wind.

Description: Chase will concentrate his life force onto his fist and deliver a powerful blow that has a +10% Crit Rate.

As a T3, your fusion attack can't be two elements in one. If you want, you could have it either of those two, and make it hit twice instead. Also, for an added effect, choose only one, and it should be at max around 30% at this level.

As for the HS, having two effects is also too much for a T1. You could keep either of those two. Just so you know though, crit rate only goes up by 10, so 15% is sort of pointless. It would get rounded down to 10%. And all physical skills have a base crit chance of 10%, so you should note that it adds another 10% in that case, otherwise it wouldn't have an effect. Regardless of which you pick though, make it 10% for a T1. And you can lower the cost down to 8% HP.
