Standing at the amazonian height of 177 cm and weighting around 65 kg Elvira is the type of person who stands out of the crowd. She has long platinum blonde hair, pale skin and crimson eyes making her rather intimidating compared to the other girls of her age. Phaedra is usually dressed with warm prude clothes, mostly dresses and coats, in both light and dark colors. She also tends to make a rather sadistic looking grin every time she smiles.

Personality:
Despite her somewhat scary looks Elvira is actually a very nice person. She enjoys spreading happiness around her and seeing others smile. She enjoys organizing charities for the homeless and generally the less fortunate population of Eirini. Elvira is a person who seems to care more about others than herself and she will often give up her comfort for the sake of others. She values culture and art over science and believes that true process can only be achieved by educating the masses and making sure that the colony's culture is influential enough so the people of Parageleia will follow Eirini's way of life and start investing more in happiness.

The Background

History:
Even though Eirini is a nice place for a child to grow up Elvira's childhood years weren't particularly happy. Elvira's mother was only 17 years old when she got pregnant, Elvira never got to meet her father, who according to her mother died when she was still a baby. Her grandparents are also not involved with Elvira or with her mother's life. In order to provide for her daughter Elvira's mother, Patrice dropped off school and started doing various odd jobs ending up as a famous waitress/hostess in a known bar.

Since her mother always struggled with rent and weekly shopping Elvira found a job as a waitress once she was able to work. She enjoyed spending her free time in the library reading some of the greatest works of literature Eirini had to offer and going to the theater once per month. Soon the young woman began dreaming about writing a musical play that would outrank all the other plays. If that dream came true she could provide for her mother, help the poor in her neighborhood, and meet all those famous musicians and actors she admired since she was a kid. If only her dream could come true...
