You wake up in the Velvet Room....though you cannot see your body in front of you...in fact you feel very tired. You don't see anyone familiar in the sunken ship, but you see across from you a familiar face. Hemera sat in front of you across the room. Though you could tell it was them, they clearly looked different...

They smiled as several tears passed their cheeks.

"It was a long road. But the end is here. You have proven yourself, through all of your hardships. I was not wrong in deciding you to live through the transfer to this world. I will never forget you Hyde. Nor will any of your friends. You won't be alone when you sleep. I promise. You will always be with me. You may not feel it, but you will be protected. If we fall, we fall together. Your mind is far too faded to return to the realm of the living, but maybe you will be able to watch it, in time.....shall we move on, Hyde Mizumi...?"

Afterwards, she held out a dark hand, with a lovely smile on her face. Though you were incorporeal, you could still will yourself to join with Hemera. However, you could also choose to refuse the hand. If you did, you would end up with your consciousness drifting in a cold blue realm, alone. Hemera refused to let that happen, such a sad fate was unacceptable to them. Though, it would be up to you, Hyde Mizumi to make your final decision....

Huh? " Hyde couldn't necessarily speak outwardly, he felt as if the only people that could hear him was himself and Goenna. Or Hemera, wow... Gina went by different names and outlooks. " Hemera..... I don't know what happens to me after this.. but..i want to tell you... thank you for saving me when I got here. That half of me that's apart of you, i don't know what would become of me if I didn't have that. So you was right, you was here with me, ever since the beginning. Though, teaming up as my persona seems a bit short lived huh? Though, this world was worth saving." Hyde didn't know if he was even capable od smiling, or doing anything of the sort anymore, but he still attempted to do so.

Well, it's time everyone moves on with their lives then. I think I did good.... lets.... go....we can keep each other company... but I have a feeling I wont be awake mostly..." Hyde went to Hemera, he felt as if he could do everything he possibly do for the people he loved and cared for. Hyde had personal dreams he would never realize, promises that he made that he will never be able to keep, and no sort of way to make up for them. However, if there was any sort of feeling or will that he could pass on as a mere essence as he falls asleep with hemera, it would be for them to achieve everything they want in life, and to be as happy as they possibly can. There will be bad times, but if hyde's hopelessly hopeful attitude taught them one thing, its to be...well.... hopeful in the hard times.

I couldn't of done any of this without you... and if I could...I wouldn't want to.... couldn't ...ask for a better... partner."Hopefully Codas didn't get jealous of that line. Sleep, boring as heck, but Hyde couldn't help being tired. Is that all a soul does? No after life hanging out with Nilo on Wednesdays or something? It's never how you make of it, but its the answer he has, something Hyde willingly accepted.

Hemera smiled as your essence and their body began to merge. This would have consequences on Hemera as well, as they could not hold the body within them without certain effects. This meant that soon, they would have to leave this realm for good. But no matter what, the yours and Hemera would always be together. And in a way, your friends would always be there in your dreams as you began to sleep your final sleep. Your consciousness outside your body was finally breaking down and losing form, though it was a peaceful way, and perhaps somber way to go. You had just enough time to say goodbye, but the rest that were there would never heard your final words. But no matter what, you would feel the movement of the stars, and the world would revolve on, as the young man took an eternal break, as time went on without you. But you don't need to worry, this world didn't need you anymore. You did what you could, and this realm was safe from the threats you faced, and no one could take that away from you. So sleep well, Hyde. Don't cry, and don't fear. I will always be there to watch over you, even when I fade with you. And remember, your Answer to Life's Greatest Question will be yours and yours alone...
