Confidence and showiness. That is what the would be heroes brought before him. The only one silent was the circus girl. Hmph. An interesting thing, but Hiro would not be phased by that as his red eyes observed the pretty lady for a moment before they drifted to Jack.
“Evil is a matter of perspective; however, I do not expect you to understand such things,” his eyes would drift back to the silvernette and her friend, his smirk unexpectedly softening as he locked eyes with the silvernette. He seemed to appreciate her sense of honor and in turn responded easily to her question as he reached behind him to the sheath that rested at his back.
"Hiro. It is an honor to cross blades with you, Rita,” the man said as he unsheathed his sword as he took a few steps back watching as the others summoned their personas and prepared for battle. With no emotion on his face, Hiro would flip his sword around before stabbing it into the ground. As his did this his hands moved as a black bow formed before him already loaded with a strange arrow.
Instead of firing the arrow at the ones before him, Hiro would instead fire it upward into the air. As the arrow went upward it would disperse into energy that mingled with the air around them causing angry storm clouds to form. There was a rumble of thunder and then flash of lighting before those clouds tore open and soaked everything on the battle field.
While Hiro was soaked he didn’t seemed to be phase by the rain at all as the bow disappeared and he picked up his sword again as he lowered himself into a fighting stance as his master aided him with an ability of his own. An ability that made his strength grow for the time being. His opponents however would be feeling something different from the shower.
Human Skill Name: Dark Arrow Persona Name: Nesoi Tier: Tier 1 Cost: 10 SP Type of Damage: Debuff/AoE Description: Hiro will stab his sword into the ground as a black bow appears in his hand armed with an arrow of black and purple energy. He aims it at the sky and fires, causing the sky to become dark. Following this a rain begins to fall from the sky for 3 posts covering everyone. While the rain does not harm, Hiro it is an unpleasant surprise for foes as it lowers all defenses for by 10% for the duration of the rain.

"I won't call anyone evil. Not everything has to be good or evil, black and white. Some times, you have to find the grey in between." In this, she agreed with Hiro more so than Jack. Even if he was their opponent, even if he was an enemy, it was no-one's business to say he was evil or not. Maybe in his eyes, they were the evil ones? Who knew?
Nero raised a hand, pointing her palm and Hiro, and quite suddenly, a number of knives would appear around him and stab into different parts of his body, not harming him but making his defenses softer. "Well, Hiro, it's a pleasure to be your opponent." The silvernette raised her right hand up slightly, and a silver weapon that looked exactly like Sharaku's sprouted from it, fizzling in the air as a light mist erupted behind it. "But out of honor, don't expect me to go easy at all!" Just as she said this, Rita ran forward straight at Hiro before immediately lunging off to her right with a roll. While she rolled, the silvernette would make a quick swing with her left hand, swiping at Hiro's feet with her flaming sword. If he tried to block against it, the sword would vanish, as Rita would let it disappear so the following attacks could continue. Her run would at least place her in a very near position to the guardian, while her roll gave her the leverage to get closer a few inches and stretch her arm out to slash at the man's legs, from, obviously, the left to the right.
After that attack, Rita simply used the same arm, still near the ground, to push her weight off it, and thrust with the silver weapon at Hiro's right shoulder, in a quick arc. Even if he dodged to the left, the weapon would continue going in that arc a full 25 inches in front of her arm, which could at least reach 3 feet ahead counting everything, including weapon length. If the weapon connected, it'd sting, as it pierced into his right shoulder or close to it. She couldn't do much else, but in the sequence of this attack, Rita would immediately use her left foot to kick Hiro's right leg with her heel, hoping to take his balance. Due to the different in speed, and Lia's boost, it could be said that Rita currently was faster than even most superhumans, as her speed with her weapons was formidable, and anyone that didn't have training specifically in speed and didn't have such a great boost would only be able to see a blur as her arms moved. Needless to say, the execution of the entire attack only took a second or two, being as fast as it could be.
Lia, meanwhile, simply ran to the corner, standing far away from the actual battle. She summoned Alraune and pointed her whip at Hiro, in unison with the Persona. From the ground, several vines shot out and latched onto Hiro's body, softening his muscles and overall strength, as he could feel that the boost his Master had given him was nearly all countered. Neither of the two reacted to the shower of arrows, they weren't harmful so it didn't bother them.

((Remember Hiro, your attack boost does not add to your stats, it adds to your final damage output as well as clashing. You don't add the 30% until you calculate your total damage for an attack.))

"Finally! Alright, let's keep moving. That fat toad is just up ahead."
And the enemy has finally been taken down. Joshua gave a sigh of relief. Not that it was too bad, but it was getting tedious. Now with that out of the way, Nesoi would lay ahead of them. He gulped silently at the thought of it. For now, it looked like nothing would get in the trio's way to reach Nesoi. But, the same probably can't be said for the other teams as they had no way of contacting each other. Now they would have to only hope that they would catch up as they simply continued forwards.
"Bedivere, heal us."
The knight Persona appeared once more. With a harmless wave of its sword, an light aura would emanate from Simon, Sharaku, and Joshua. The latter two probably didn't need the healing that much, but Simon more likely did.
"So, got any idea what that Big Daddy is capable of?" Joshua would ask Simon.
He never managed to answer that question before that fight happened. And now should be a good time than any to get any information that former Angel had about this behemoth they were approaching. They needed any edge they could get for this fight. Though on the other hand, Joshua could've sworn he saw that big thing move a bit. Maybe it turned its head? That felt worrisome, but at least for now it's not looking at them.
"What do you think about Gonea? Do you believe 'her', Simon?"
The bespectacled man never really answered that one either, except for a nod. Joshua could tell that the dream they all had was definitely significant to someone who used to work for her. It was hard to tell if she was being really genuine about the whole thing, if one were to ignore all that sadness from that dream. Joshua would have to go ask Nozomi if that 'blessing' of his was lifted.
"Also was I the only who saw something was falling from the sky? What the hell was that?"
Something came in and probably crashed. What was that? An enemy? An ally? Joshua never heard that they had any allies that would be coming towards the fight for the Egg. So whoever the hell that was, he had hoped it's not an enemy. There's already so much on their plate as is.

Hm. Sharaku would remain silent for now, watching calmly as the beast finally fell down. About time. It sure took quite a while, and they did need to try to meet up with the others as soon as possible. And one would assume everyone would choose to head towards the most obvious target that could be seen. Afterall, they had nothing else in common, if they were truly sacked into different parts of this realm. Which was the most likely scenario, he’d say. He doubted the rest would have just vanished into the air. That would have been beyond strange. Because the pick would make little sense.
Regardless, he would just shrug to himself slightly, before moving after the other two, still not saying a word. It’s not like he had anything to say, really. To what? Joshua seemed to be more interested in asking Simon about things, and he honestly felt no need to butt in. Not unless he was actually asked something personally. He had never been the type to speak up when he found no use in doing so. It wouldn’t even be amusing, as it wasn’t particularly viable to make jokes in this situation. Or anything of the kind, as a matter of fact. Therefore, he would simply spend the time thinking to himself, while paying casual attention to what the other two were saying, in case it was anything of worth to him. He was fine with fighting along with them and all that, but it was true that he barely knew the two personally. He met Joshua a few times, but what did he really know about the guy? It was one of the common acquaintance types. Almost all talk consisted of what is going on right now and all that. To be frank, he wasn’t extremely excited about this split. Then again, the only person out of this random team he actually worked with well was Rita. Which was a pitiful amount in the end. Yet, it’s not like he could do anything? This was one of the times where you do not choose your teammates, apparently. For as long as they could keep going, he would go with the flow. As much as he didn’t really know what to think about Simon even now. That man was still rather enigmatic.
‘’What you don’t know doesn’t hurt you. If it’s anything relevant, we are bound to find out as we go.’’, he would finally speak up, in regards to the last inquiry. He did notice the light, yes, but there was no way they would be able to tell its origin just from that. It could be something of matter, or it could not. They knew little of how this world worked anyway.
Tearless Loafers: Equip item worn on the feet. Gives the user a 20% chance of dodging enemy attacks. Only used in PvS Phase Combat. Blessed Hairpin: Cuts the cost of SP-dependent skills in 1/3. Worn as an accessory.

''R-Rain? Really?'' Jack felt rather.... confused by the sudden down poor. The attack didn't seem to do anything really but coincidentally Jack did suddenly feel slightly weaker... ugh.... perhaps McDonalds was NOT a good idea right before a fight... Shakeing the feeling off Jack would watch as Rita charged Hiro... Wow... She was fast! She'd give a Huricanger a run for their money that's for sure. Ether way, she had made the first move so he begrudgingly had to accept that he would providing some support for the majority of this fight.... OOOOOR he could GET WILD!
"Megazord! It's time to try our newest technique'' Jack and Megazord exchanged a passion filled nod before Jack charged off towards the fight "Clockspring.... BLITZ!'' with a wave of his hand the gears on Jack's blade interlocked and began to spin rapidly.
''EARTH! BEND TO MY WILL!'' Megazord let out a bellowing roar as the ground directly infront of him rapidly decended forming a perfectly square hole about two meters across, below the battle fied a snaking network of tunnels began to form, careful to avoid the vines that Lia had summoned. With another great shout, Megazord raised the earth he had collected from creating the tunnels and formed it into a great wall directly behind and to the left of Hiro. The wall would be a good two and a half feet thick and would curve over at the top to form what would look like a good fourth of a dome. ''And now for the finishing touch....'' Megazordo opened up his shoulders and fired a full volley of funnels into the tunnels below each flying to a specific place and then pointing up.
''Rita! Got your back!'' Jack shouted as he slid directly to Hiro's right, positioning himself so Rita covered Hiro's front, Jack covered his right, and the dome Megazord put up covered his left, back, and top. ''You're not going anywhere!'' Jack smirked from under his helmet as he slammed the broad side of his blade into Hiro's arm, catching his coat in the gears of his blade, effectively attaching his blade to Hiro coat and grappling him. If this worked Jack would say, ''The real reason I wear this skin tight suit... beyond looking bad ass, is that it's really hard to grab onto... Unlike your emo trench coat. I call this... MY CLOCK SPRING PIN!''
If Hiro moved his arm and dodged this, Jack would twist his blade to continue the swipe in a downward swing who's arc was easly large enough to touch the other side of the barrier Jack had set up.

Hiro would give Rita an odd look as a flicker of what looked like respect floated through his eyes for a second before pure darkness clouded them again. He appreciated a reasonable and unjudging opponent, but in the end she had to be destroyed.
“I would expect nothing less,” he responded easily to her before falling silent as he did his best to concentrate on what the enemy did. The first thing that occurred was an attack from the silvernette’s persona. Knives came down upon Hiro and stabbed into him; however, the dark warrior did not flinch since no damage was done. In fact, he didn’t even seemed to be phase by the effect much either. Sure it messed up some of the boost given to him by his master, but null out completely? Heh. Not quite. After all, Hiro did train to be resilient to such spells that would put a damper upon his ability to defend or fight. How else would he have lasted this long in a world of cruelty?
Regardless of this, the dark warrior did not smirk or make a comment as he instead braced himself for an oncoming attack from the girl who was before him; however, when she vanished in a blur of movement, Hiro gritted his teeth preparing for anything. When she appeared in his face some time later and then dove to the right, Hiro barely had time to react to the blow coming at his leg, but by stumbling away from the blow, the fiery strike missed hitting his legs, the heat singing the material as he moved his sword as fast as he could to block the second swipe at his legs. While the blade did managed to deflect the armed hand, the speed in which the girl moved was enough to break that guard, leaving him wide open for the last attack that pierced into his right shoulder.
“Tch!” was all Hiro let out as he let tried to move back to avoid anymore damage; however, the girl was quick as she unleashed a sweep that almost took him down completely as it clipped his leg as he was moving back. Off balanced, Hiro had to hop a bit to regain his balance. As soon as he did this, another attack got him. Strange vines that zapped his strength had come from afar. Red eyes would swiftly cross the area to the circus girl who had ran out of range. That one had to go…but before he could do anything to her, Ranger Red made his move. A wall of earth blocked Hiro view to the girl and his retreat back as funnels (of wind? I will correct this if this is wrong) of some sort came at him from the holes within the wall. The strange funnels didn’t seem to be hurting him, but the strange attack was enough to distract the dark warrior allowing Red to get close to Hiro…and….
“….” Hiro red eyes snapped to the helmeted foe as his geared blade managed to get his jacket and in turn grapple his arm. As he heard his words, Hiro would give Jack a surprisingly laid back smile. "I like your confidence," he would say in rather smooth tones that was uncannily like a particular attendant's way of speaking that Jack had crossed path with before; however, what this did to the guy meant nothing to Hiro. All he was doing was giving praise where it was due; however, the praise would turn into pure malice as the smile became the most chilling grin Hiro had ever given a person. It was the grin of a madman that had no bounds on what he would do to get rid of them.
Quite unexpectedly, Hiro would shove his full weight into Jack. Being so close in range, the Ranger would be a bit hard pressed to get out of this one, so if the shove was a successful shove, then Jack should be knocked off balance.
If Jack was unbalanced, Hiro would dismiss his sword as he would move his free arm to latch onto Jack, making sure to dig his fingers in so even if there was nothing to grip onto upon the suit, he would be able to grip flesh. A feat that would not be impossible for this man. For you see, despite Hiro’s appearance the man before them was anything, but human. If successful, he would get a nice yet painful grip on Jack that would allow the man to lift him as he used the leverage from the caught arm and his sudden lowered position to get the guy off the ground. Once off the ground, he would throw the guy in Rita direction as he shifted his arm in such a way that he wouldn’t break it, but the force alone would tear the blade away from his jacket.
However, if the attacked failed and Jack did somehow manage to dodge the shove, then Hiro would move past Jack slightly before unexpectedly shifting his weight and momentum to Jack as he turned. If all went well, the sudden shift would knock Jack off balance easily allowing the violent turn to sweep Jack off his feet and in turn sling him off of the arm that Hiro had braced for the move.
In either case, Hiro would get a ruined jacket and a sore arm, but at least he would be free of the pin from before. Regardless of the show of strength, Hiro would sag under the weight of fatigue, but still refused to go down as he did what he could to focus stay focus. His eyes were glowing a low red as from behind him something strange appeared.
As the strange creature made its presence known, Hiro’s eyes seemed to dull even more as he pointed his word upward towards the sky causing the whole area to slowly be swallowed up in darkness so powerful and heavy that the wall of earth from before would crumble under its weight as all opponents in the area where swallowed up by the crushing darkness. It seemed that Hiro was determined to take these guys down even if the price was his life...But what would make a man so desperate to do such a thing?

"Saseru ka!" As Hiro tried to grab onto Jack, Rita would immediately extend her right arm and make Sharaku's weapon disappear, a long knife shortly replacing it as she swung it at Hiro's arm in a fast sequence, the one that was trying to grab onto Jack and throw him. If she hit, Hiro wouldn't feel damage to his soul, no, but a very clear cut would be on his arm. This wasn't a Soulbound weapon, it was Rita's own choice of self-defense. Though she would be a bit slower, and noticeably so to both Jack and Hiro, though still quite a lot faster than both of them, naturally. If Hiro somehow was still able to throw Jack at her, she would simply swing around to Hiro's own back as her eyes flashed red.
"Now, Hou-ou!" The bird Persona appeared in a flash of flames that were almost blinding, as any light that hit either Jack's or Hiro's eyes would be more than enough to make them wince and close them. Hiro's darkness would be nothing in the face of this light, and so the fires came, protecting the wall and engulfing the darkness before forming in Rita's right hand, though she would let go of her knife and let it recoil back into her sleeve by extending her arm. As this happened, while the light flashed, the silvernette would take her shot to stomp Hiro's right foot with her full weight, then throw an uppercut at his chin with her left hand, only her own fiery weapon involved until the fire came back to her.
"Are you ready? Come on now!"
As the fire surrounded her fists, Rita would throw a punch square at Hiro's chest from right in front of him "Ora!", followed by another at his right shoulder "Ora!", and another at his face "Oraora...!", before she sped up and threw punches randomly while the fire roared to engulf Hiro. "Oraoraoraoraoraoraora! Orrraaa!" Once the punches were done, Rita would throw a single one with all her strength behind it with her right fist, in a fast motion, right at his forehead, which would cause the fire concentrated around the hand to focus onto a single point and explode on impact, only not hurting Rita because of her immunity to flames.
Though, it'd be obvious right away... Rita held back. Her powers were immense and the effects were tremendous, but the actual damage Hiro took, if he took it, would leave him right at the edge of death, but still conscious. The silvernette wouldn't be able to just kill someone outright, and besides, she wanted to hear what he had to say. Hell, she would still be up to fight more, but as long as she kept fighting him, she wouldn't KO Hiro, but it wasn't as if she wouldn't do her damn best to make sure her point got across. After such a strong attack, Rita would be huffing, her chest moving up and down quickly as she attempted to control her breathing... but even then, a confident and brave smirk remained, as both weapons reappeared in her hands. Lia, in the meanwhile, stuck to her corner, as Alraune sent a small gust of wind at Rita and Jack (aside from herself as well), extending the speed boost they had gotten before.
Using Maragion to dispel the darkness move and attack (in further actions).
One Dex attack damage for 267 Fire damage.
Attacking with a sequence of one Dex attack, and then the stored Maragion (the boost difference is great enough that Maragion wouldn't just dispel Hiro's move and disappear), the first for 267 fire damage, the other for 335 Fire damage.

"Heh... Well aren't we strong..." Jack winced as he was hoisted into the air... This looked bad... His attack had failed... His grapple had been reversed and he was about to be tossed at Rita... As Hiro tried to toss him, assuming he had gotten past Rita's attempts at prevention. he would notice a distinct lack of flying Power Rangers... In fact what he would notice is Jack had wraped his arms around Hiro's, hoisted himself up to be parallel with Hiro's arm, and locked his legs around Hiro's shoulder and dug his feet into Hiro's Face. This was none Other then... The SUPER TURBO LEG LOCK! Only modified to work on arms. Try as he might unless Hiro spent time to pry Jack off... he wasn't going anywhere... "Now Rita! This is your cha-AW FUCK MY EYES! JESUS CHRIST WATCH WHERE YOU'RE POINTING THAT THING!"
Jack's tinted visor provided some protection from the bright flash of light, but he still fell slightly blinded. He could still see but... There would be spots for a bit."Geh! That's it! You're done!" Jack shouted as he used his suddenly increased weight from Hiro's spell to his advantage by twisting his body to bring Hiro off balance and throw off his dodges. Basically he would be spending the turn using his body weight to keep Hiro off balance and prevent him from dodging

Simon dusted himself off after that wake up call. "Whew. Thanks. That was....irritating. I better figure out how to avoid that next time." He continued the walk with the two as Joshua asked his questions. "I'll assume he knows everything we might, and easily more. We are going up against what I believe is the cause for alot of worlds getting separated, along with many other random nonsense." When he brought up Gonea again he frowned. "I think the point of it is that it does not matter if I believe her not. I do but that isn't what I care about. I care that she claims to be in our best interests but hardly comes herself to help us. In fact she did the opposite by saying what she said. I will be very happy when she is gone, one way or another, if I have t-" he was interrupted by the stray comet that fell, and pursed his lips. "Hm....someone else came here maybe? It looked like they were near the middle so we may actually see them soon if we continue on."

That didn't exactly give him the answers he wanted. So in other words there was no idea what this thing's capable of until they started fighting him. Joshua just left it at that. It seemed like nothing will ever be revealed until it was made actually relevant or something among those lines. He was really starting to think about questioning less and just trek on anyway.
"Well, here's hoping we don't get screwed over or something," Joshua muttered in a tinge of displeasure. Apparently it was hard to get any actual information for once on a likely future enemy that they would have to face.
Simon seemed pretty resolute in taking the "Mother" down. It didn't really surprise Joshua much. For someone this timid, he actually could take a solid stance on something. And it was something he could agree on. There was nothing that could guarantee safety other than elimination. Cruel? Yes, but humanity is laughingly vulnerable to this kind of threat. The possibilities of supernatural involvement would never end well for anyone.
Joshua finally cracked a sardonic grin, "Well, did any of you guys make a wish? Might be our last one, y'know."
Each step they took would bring them closer to their "maker". And Joshua was slowly accepting that. Part of him just really wanted this to be over and really get back to a normal life. He wondered what it would be like again once this whole thing blows over. The boy had wished they would get out of this alive with this whole supernatural bullshit over.
Joshua noticed they were soon going to reach their destination. He couldn't quite see what's going on ahead. But, there was some noise going on. Sounds like the action seemed to have started. Someone shouting and maybe a few attacks being doled out. He silently swallowed at the thought of the battle. They were going to fight very soon. He was not alone and they have a chance at least. Their allies were close by. Not all hope was lost.
"Sounds like the party started without us," he remarked with a sigh, "Let's face the music and wreck this toad, shall we?"
He cradles his spear onto his right shoulder with a grim tight expression. This was going to be it. The end of the Primordials or the end of all Humanity. Their fate rested on their shoulders and they would meet this challenge head on.
"It's gonna be a honor fighting with both of you. So let's show this lardass what for. Let's do this!"

Choosing to still not butt in for now, Sharaku would simply eye Simon momentarily. He wouldn't say he was extremely happy over this progress. The guy was as helpful as ever. As in, not very helpful at all. He could assume what has been said alone, without Simon saying it. That was just basic observation, considering what kind of enemy were they about to face. At times, he was really on the fence when it came to Simon. For how the guy claimed to have the power to defeat the Angels and Primordials at the Rally, and trying to grab people to help him, he hasn’t done anything extremely spectacular yet. Which would be kindly appreciated since they were going to stand against the thing that could destroy them all. Simon was either a big show off that talked more than he did, or he was hiding something from them. The latter being rather troubling if it was the case. Because in all honesty, he still did not understand what Simon was about at all. And it doesn’t give the best vibe when one is being vague even with those he’s working with. If anything, Sharaku didn’t enjoy relying on empty assumptions of what could be. For that matter, he didn’t even know that, since Simon never really elaborated on anything specific besides saying that he apparently has some special powers. It’s not exactly easy to trust when you don’t know how much is it even worth. Although, it seemed that Joshua didn’t mind as much, as long as the Father got beaten in process.
‘’Are you scared?’’, he would remark flippantly when asked about a ‘last’ wish. He sure had no intention of telling the two right now. Nor was it even necessary. Plus, he wasn’t about to get all dramatic just because they could possibly die here. That was a fact. Definitely not a discovery of the year.
‘’Would you rather be the show of the party? I could still go and throw you in there so you can be the spotlight.’’
The comment was somewhat sarcastic, though he wasn’t completely serious at the moment. Regardless of the fact that he could do something like that. Sadly, he didn’t have a reason to be that much of a jerk. He was just in a snarky mood right now.
All that aside, he didn’t seem to be particularly impressed.
‘’Let’s just go before that party ends without us.’’
