Mellow jumped in front of the DJ her song creating a sort of barrier around the DJ before the flames hit... It wasn't enough though, the shield cracked in an instant causing Mellow to cry out as she shattered into silver mist. The DJ didn't even have time to react as the flames engulfed her. She cried out, not in pain, but more so in torment that she allowed herself to fall like this... She couldn't be that weak... Could she...? I-It wasn't fair... No...

"A-Asha... Vatishta... I-I'm... Ergh, sorry... So so... Sorry... F-For... F-Fai-" the DJ passed out after that, her weapon falling right beside her. She laid limp on the ground, her breath shallow and weak as she was covered in light burns. Though, it would seem that she wouldn't be down for long as a certain cowardly blue haired boy did something and helped her up. Her head was fuzzy, same with her vision... Being awoken from unconsciousness and being dragged to your feet in such a short time kinda did that to you... Once her vision cleared though, she'd look at the boy and nod gently... She couldn't really believe he saved her... She expected to have run or die in the fire... Heh, maybe people could change...

"Tamara Brooks! Let's heal this wasted land!" the DJ shouted out as she was quickly enveloped in the ever so familiar silver mist. The conductor sang a beautiful song into the stuffed bunny microphone, a pleasant and soothing aura flowing into her allies as they listened to it. The DJ would then dash after Katz, picking up her guitar axe as she did so. No point in splitting up too much... Pairs of two in different locals would make it harder for Ananke to hit them all, after all... A gentle light would shine out from the DJ's headset evoker, Mellow appearing on her shoulder with a dizzy look on her face... She took a beating... Heh, they all did... Oh well, this time, they'd learn from their mistakes!

"... Heh, did you think I was a goner, sir Asha Vatishta?" the DJ called out to her patron angel as she continued following the blue haired boy. Wait, why was his hair blue? Weird... Regardless, friendly banter in the middle of battles kept the spirits high, ya know? Healthy for the soul, yo!

God, this guy shrieked like a banshee. Naomi could feel her ears bleeding from it. Though, she was concerned by his words. Why was he screaming about not being an Angel? Was that something relevant to this situation or was he just saying it. She didn't have time to contemplate that as flames made their way towards her. This was going to hurt. Well, it sort of did. Sure, it hurt, but she could stand it. Rita and Rinna seemed to be safe from the flames, so she felt better, “Okay. he’s strong and we have a bunch of people that can’t handle him right now. Brilliant.”

She took a deep breath and concentrated on what she wanted. Right now, that was something she thought could be of some help. The flower scattered from Naomi’s hair as a weapon appeared in her grasp instead. It wasn’t her own, but that of her friend. Violet Soul was just what she needed right now. She pointed the weapon at Ananke and fired a large wall of wolven together lightening bolts. It resembled a net heading for a fish. As soon as the attack was done, the weapon would vanish. Too bad she could only do that once.

Rinna refused to move, and stayed with Naomi on the battlefield. The others could be sneaky all they wanted, but she hardly cared. The best way to make a point in battle is to fight head on. Maybe it was stupid, but it was Rinna's sense of honor, and she wasn't going to give that up just yet.

It was clear that Naomi was the true threat. The minor ones fled from the battle, leaving two in front of him. However, that did not mean they were out of his complete reach. The monster made a few steps towards the building that the group ran into, and after it leaned back, the blood that was splattered on the building grew black, and with it, cracks began to appear along the entire dorm building. Soon, the building began to erode and wither, before finally crumbling on itself. Anyone inside would be in huge danger as the wall by the stairs would begin to fall, and the roof would crumble over them. It would certainly reach them were they to backtrack, as they were most likely too far up at the time of this attack to simply run back down. Were they to continue upward, they would find that their path would be obstructed not only by the debris, but the black blood that would be falling over them. Could they escape before the entire building threatened to crush them? However, something strange happened. After the monster had attacked, his body began to leak odd green liquid as it fell forward. Had something changed in him when fighting? Did he exert himself? Whatever the reason, he seemed rather incapacitated at the moment. Meanwhile, the chaos outside the school persisted. What in the world was going on outside?

As soon as Rita ran inside the building with Joshua, Hou-ou followed after, straying away from Kazuya and Rin as they entered the other pantheon... alright, so far so good. She had moved away from Rin at first so they could split up more easily and not get hit by attacks, so logic followed that they currently weren't together inside this specific building, as Rin hadn't, to her knowledge, moved a single bit since she ran away from her. But oh lord... that was bad. The silvernette was halfway to the stairs at the time she noticed the building crumbling, but this wasn't too late.

"Hou-ou, obliterate this dorm, and that blood with it!" The phoenix Persona stood on top of Rita as it screeched, a torrent of fire appearing around hers and Joshua's bodies as it exploded underneath her feet, carrying her up like a rocket as the fire above dug through the blood and exploded away debris falling on her, repelling it away from the two of them. Once she was done, Rita would be up in the air, but she wouldn't fall so easily. She'd stop a few meters above the building and use the remaining fire around herself to pool into a mass of flames that would shoot out and cover the entirety of the building beneath with the resulting flames, while the main attack would be focused under Rita, also slowing her descent as it erased traces of the black blood there and most other places it spread to. Not only was this attack boosted by her natural prowess with Fire, DJ's boost to her also made it stronger.

Should the skill have been successful, Rita stood by, still holding Joshua over her shoulder as she glared at Ananke, then flashing a cocky smirk. "Not even a whole building can stop me, piece of bird shit. Piece of shit bird? Whichever, you're both in the end. Hahahaha!" She laughed cockily, being careful not to harm Joshua in the process, and while she seemed very aloof, Rita was most certainly... alert.

Kazuya watched as the other dorm fell down right in front of him. The silver-haired girl was there but she seems to be safe now. Also, it seems that the Primordial is downed now. This is a great opportunity to attack it. So Kazuya ran for the roof as fast as he and Kazuya summoned Gryphon once again to initiate an another wind attack. "Gryphon! Go!" he shouted as he points his finger at the Primordial. As always, Gryphon flied in circles around the Primordial as fast as he can until it formed a tornado. "DJ! Boost me up!" he looked at the DJ. The Primordial is weak against wind so he needs a Tarukaja to do even better damage.

E-Eh? Jeez... Bossy much? Wasn't it smarter to not be a total ditz? Plus, wouldn't it have been smart of this blue haired dim wit too wait for her boost before he attacked? It was useless on him now... Plus, didn't he have the ability to boost the entire lot of them? If the idiot was weak to wind, they, quite literally, had the ability to hit him hard constantly... Why waist a move just to attack...? Regardless, the DJ would roll her eyes at the boy, plaintively slapping the back of his head. It wasn't meant to be overly painful, just enough to sting for a few moments.

"'Ey, use your head, kid. Ya should've waited for me to boost you before hand. No boost for you right now." the DJ said with a pensive look before summoning her persona in the ever so familiar silver mist. Tamara sang her empowering song, its energy targeting Rita and promptly flowing into her body. The DJ would then look towards the ugly Bloodbag. Was he still not fully awakened? That attack seemed to have done a number on him...

"Sir Asha Vatishta, do you know what happened to him? Or, like, what that green stuff is?" the DJ called out to her patron angel. Regardless, she needed to stay focused... This could be life or death, after all... It had already come close once... But, splitting up made sense... He could only attack two of them at a time now, and with the DJ's skills, she could heal everyone up... Simple, really.

Oh… So not good. Anake was sending the building toppling down and it seemed the others were still trapped inside. Fortunately, it appeared they all made it out rather unscaved. That was good. What was weird was what was happening to Ananke. He looked like he was in serious pain, and not because of them. There was something happening to him that was coming from elsewhere. She looked over toward the closed off gate. What was happening out there and was it responsible for this. The timing seemed to perfect. The flower had reappeared in Naomi’s hair by now and the next skill had been used. She was just concerned about what was happening. She would look toward Ananke, “What the hell is happening?” Not that he would answer her, but she was asking a general question. It was alright either way. Soon, she would end his suffering. She just hoped whatever was happening wouldn’t get in the way.

"I could not say. Perhaps something external is affecting him. Maybe it is a cost of using his powers so freely." The Angel said in her head, while the beast lifted itself up, still oozing the strange liquid. It shifted from green to pulses of purple, like something was swimming in it.

This was... strange. Rita didn't like the way the guy seemed to be pulsating one bit. Quickly, she ran off the debris of the building, jumping onto the soft grass before laying Joshua down on it. Hou-ou followed her, of course, and like he did to the other boy, the Persona spit a torrent of flames from its beak at this other person. The flames, upon hitting his body, would turn to ashes and be absorbed, returning his consciousness.

"You okay, kid? Stick by me, this doesn't look good at all." The silvernette turned towards Ananke again and frowned, before planting her sword in the ground and crouching down, Hou-ou covering Joshua with its plumes to protect him as well. If there was something coming, she was ready for it.

What the hell? That was like the perfect opportunity to attack. Whatever, it can wait. Kazuya can still do much damage even without the boost. Kazuya just facepalmed and sighed as he summons his Persona. "Whatever..." he smirked and focused on the Primordial but at the same time, being alert on his surroundings especially on the enemy while keeping his stance so he cannot fall from this roof.

Mm... This guy was getting worst... What was happening to him...? First green stuff, then a purple thing that looked... Living... Asha didn't know what it was either... This situation just kept getting weirder and weirder... Not to mention what was happening over on the other side of the wall... What the hell was going on there...? It didn't matter right now though... They had to defeat this guy, like, now... Before something bad happened...

The DJ was enveloped in the silver mist soon after her thoughts, the conductor's empowering song flowing into Naomi's body. Keeping her strong seemed to be the right idea... Heh, having someone as strong as that was useful.

Naomi threw her hands up in protest, “Okay. This is messed up. I can’t tell if we’re winning or if he’s acting like that because something worse is coming. This is not the kind of thing I signed up for.” Then again, she never really signed up for everything. She just showed up to the party and started to dance like a maniac. She sighed and looked toward Rinna, “You sure you want to stick around here? He seems like he’s getting nastier and I don’t think he’s going to pull any punches.” She was just concerned. The two of them were still really close together while the others had spread out and attempted to run away. She was unsure how the dynamic worked because of that. She only knew she didn’t want to see more people get knocked out by that guy. Especially since so many of the others seemed to be newer to fights.
