Shunnosuke preferred to stay quiet and let the boys discuss the matter on their own. A few things seemed quite off, if he were to voice his opinion. First of all, the fact Hyde was an outsider and, from what the angel said, wasn’t supposed to be there and partake that battle. Is that a “rule”, as he said? “Event”? What does all of that mean, is that how they refer to the constant and spread irregularities between both worlds? Second, Ananke. First time he heard that name before, but it wasn’t hard to deduce he was related to Thesis and another Primordial God. Now, how the angels expected them to defeat a couple of gods was beyond him. Just nope? It’s like signing your own death sentence and, call him self-centered, but he wasn’t game for this. As for the third… — ”Girlfriend”. Pff. — Though this tone was low, it was possible to listen his contemptuous remark. One could deduce, by his chuckle and the way he rolled his eyes, that he found the statement alone quite humorous and hilarious. In honesty, Shunnosuke was completely annoyed and bitter about that single word alone. — Hm, I have something to inquire, though…what’s exactly “joining an angel”? What does it imply? And how are we, humans, supposed to defeat “Gods”? By my logic, if they can subjugate an angel as they did to you, and I mean no offense with that, how can you expect us to defeat them in first place? — He didn’t want to diss Israfel, for he was an interesting angel in more than one aspects and his views and ambitions were suitable to Shunnosuke’s, however…the teenager wasn’t oblivious to the fact that they were being treat as pawns in a game of Evil versus “Good”. If Shunnosuke was confirmed to be right…then they could officially count him out.

Hyde's questions caused this man's eyes to widen slightly in puzzlement. "I can't say I know for sure. Maybe someone else would know." Odd that out of all the people, this man was asking the most questions even after learning he was a mysterious anomaly in all this. When Sharaku mentioned Sraosha, Israfel chuckled. "Sraosha. Heh, what an interesting notion..." he said to himself. He knew all of the Angels were still out there, so he wondered how they were thinking at the moment. When Sentinel questioned him, he smirked to a degree. "Someone hasn't been paying attention. That or has been assuming things. You are free to fight me or join me now if you wish. You can fight the Angel immediately after meeting them if you disagree; either way they will be fought somehow. Defeating Thesis....isn't as cut and dry as you think it is..." he said to Sentinel. Israfel though said nothing else. He wanted them to figure it out not by his own means. He can't say he was exactly the type to guide people. If they failed to figure it out, that was unfortunately on them. There were people that were stronger than others; it was just a fact that Humans had.
Shunnosuke was actually asking smarter questions; at least questions he could legitimately answer. "Joining one of us will give you access to some of our power, and aid you when fighting other Angels, and most likely the other forces that are trying to ruin your home." He said, sneering himself at the thought. He may have rules, but even he was wise to when pride needed to go, for his Wish, for Humans, and for the worlds they hold close to them. "It's easy to see us as simply using you as pawns, but admittedly, we need you more than you think, considering how time and time again these monsters keep coming back for more. Fighting them by ourselves for thousands of years has not finished them completely it seems. If you wish to fight them without us, be my guest, though I do not know how well it will work out. Then again, you all are Humans; I am sure you can fend them off. It'd certainly prove how strong some of you truly are. I merely want to give you a way to help give Humanity an ethic to strive for, as do other Angels. It is essentially your reward."

Ooc: im at work but bear with me
“well you gave us one hint atleast, its going to take us and the assistance of an angel if we are to put away thesis and her brother away for good. People has to die for us to get our way, including you if we don't side with you. I don't like that idea, all of you pitched in the traits that make the human race what it is, and we thank you by ending your lives over some game?“ Hyde had mixed feelings over this, but now wasnt the time. “no matter what side my friends join, they are still my friends. The weak swrving the strong, it seens harsh...a bit. Its a good dream...and im sure its something a few people could see, but i was weak once. Labels of weakness will change, because human beings will always change. To set such a dream in stone as an absolute reality for mankind here on, i dont think that's what i want.“ hyde yould then start to walk away.“ since im a proxy...i guess there is an answer that only i can find. Im going to the tower guys, i have to ask about my significance in all of this. And israfel...” hyde would turn back one last time. “ for the record... If something we're to happen to you again...i would still help you if i could. But maybe those are just empty words..” with that, hyde headed off to meet with angel.

The android frowns at the angel as he seems oh so cocky, but evidently they would have to fight eventually. The android looked at the others, he knew Shunnosuke and Hyde had a jump in power awaiting them, it would be better to come back later. What Isfrael did not know is that he gave away his hint with the next explanation, they had being fighting Thesis and her brother all this time with no success. Evidently only humans had that sort of power to fend them off, but whatever this event was it was meant to help them defeat Thesis. The android looked back at his group before looking toward Isfrael, seeing Hyde go ahead and depart meant that they were out a member.
"We may have to fight you another time then, I do not agree with your vision, but I see no point in fighting you in a weakened state, thought it maybe to our advantage to do so. We have to find your comrades and hear what they have to say. Perhaps yours is the best vision, but then again perhaps it is not. We will return either to join you or defeat you, for now...we must withdraw and find your comrades." The android said signalling his team to follow Hyde and withdraw...for now.

...This still made little logical sense. The Angels could aid people by giving them some power to fight off the threat, so why did they have to destroy them as well? What was the point of joining an Angel, if they had to be defeated anyway? This honestly seemed like a case of..'let's just kill everyone in the end'. If Angels were meant to aid people, then it was sort of stupid to be forced to fight them as well, not only the Primordials. They were just giving them excess baggage that way. Sharaku was frankly not following this sentiment.
He would frown. ''I don't even see what is the point of you all offering help and powers, when we have to defeat you alongside the Primordials anyway. That sounds like a waste in the end, and only forces us to fight off several more threats. I think I'm not interested either way.'' This was one of the few things he would agree with Hyde on. A hierarchy system was stupid. Who has the right to determine just how strong each individual is anyway? And he sure wouldn't bother cowering under someone just because they were apparently stronger at the moment. In all honestly, who could say that the ones in charge wouldn't turn out to be snobs and elitists that would use their apparent strenght to make other's lives worse? People that let strenght get over their head could honestly just go to hell most of the time.
However, unlike Sentinel, he wasn't even interested in facing off with Israfel. He wasn't the type to fight someone when they weren't posing as a threat to him. What was the Angel doing? Just sitting here in his world, and waiting for people to find him. Nothing more, nothing less. The only reason they fought this time was because of Thesis doing her thing. Unless the Angels actually started a scruffle themselves, he did not want to fight. Compared to the mess Thesis and Ananke were causing, they were doing literally nothing bad. Why would he waste time battling them? Other than that, he still didn't understand the point. Assuming that someone would ally with Israfel for power...if they defeated him, the powers would null, no? Doing that would just make things go backwards...
''.......'' Whatever. He would have left anyway, whatever the android would say. He honestly didn't care to do anything else right now.

Israfel’s speech was inspiring. His eloquence, his aristocratic aura, everything in him made Shunnosuke think that angels were fascinating creatures. Sure, his presentation and appearance contribute to someone like Shunnosuke to develop admiration for Israfel, but his well-spoken nature is what draw the teenager inclined to join him. “Power”. That word rung in his head for some time. He knew power was something they needed if they aimed to fight other Angels in the near future, or even the Primordial Gods. A matter of being prepared, safe rather than sorry. Israfel’s words gave birth to a different feeling inside of him. Once they realized there was nothing more for them to do there, each one of them started leaving… but Shunnosuke remained. Taking his moment to stare at Israfel silently before Sharaku’s deep voice took him out of his admiration that seemed more like a trance. In his mind, a doubt was planted. Why to fight the Angels if they were trying to stop the ruckus Ananke and Thesis caused? Why not…join them?..

When they all left, they would see on the way out that when the storms cleared, the wasteland had become even more barren. The sand was gone leaving the land just outside the temple nothing but black and red rock, and there were large cracks separating various masses of land. The cracks revealed some kind of dark shadow below; something that may not be advantageous to fall in…it seemed that even though they halted this world from being completely finished, the damage had been done, and it looked like there would be no way to restore it, if they could. Was this just as good? But they had found their Angel and took one more step. All Israfel could do now was wait, for the day this Event ends, or the day he becomes locked in combat with those of the potential, all while the remaining inhabitants of this world looked out from the hidden areas within their shelters upon a world more ruined than the last…
Though an Angel has been saved, catastrophic damage has been dealt onto this world. Will this be a truly happy ending, or is it just as bitter...?
Even as fate has dealt you a heavy blow, you continue to strive forward to your true destinies...
