| Genji would wake up this morning ready to help out his new friend. He did his usual morning activities. He would wake up, get a shower, eat breakfast, and make sure everything in his room was in order before setting out. Their projected meeting place was the Ramen Bar. Apparently Isamu's friend lived rather close to the Moonlit Plaza, so he was close and easy to get to from there.
It was just a bus ride and a short train ride to Nadashiki. Traveling was always so convenient in Japan. Anyone could get anywhere with ease. It didn't cost that much money, either. It never does. He would sit on the bus and wonder what he would have to move. Apparently two people wouldn't be enough. It was either that, or they just wanted all the help they could get. It didn't really matter, Genji was just happy to help.
From the bus, Genji would make his way to the crowded train station. He would wait in a line for about two or three trains before moving onto a crowded train. There he was able to think some more, it wasn't like he had a chance to talk to others there. He thought about how he would like to learn a little more about Isamu. He was still quite surprised that he didn't know someone as obvious as him. He would think that he would see a guy with a fox hat running around the school at least one, but it really didn't matter, he knew him now, so that was all that mattered.
He would get off of the train and walk to his destination. He didn't like the loudness of Nadashiki so much, but he could tolerate it. He walked to the Ramen Bar and found a nearby bench. He would sit down on the bench and would pull out his phone. He forgot Isamu's number, so he looked through his contacts until he found him. He would give Isamu a call, seeing that he wasn't there yet. He hoped that he would get there soon.

| Meanwhile... Isamu called up Genji, giving up the search on him through the park before calling him. "Ahh, why didn't I do this first??", a hint of annoyance in his voice while he listened to the dial tone. His surroundings were rather calming though. A slightly wooded park that had normal passing ons and activities occurring. His favorite thing to do was come here and clear his mind with peace and quiet amongst the smaller cherry blossom trees, the only pink thing he liked in the world. | |

| Genji waited for a while, he thought that Isamu was supposed to meet him here, was he? Genji forgot. He had so much on his mind right now, how could he possibly remember where he would meet him. He felt kind of guilty, since Isamu seemed to really need the help. He didn't like failing at helping people.
He gave Isamu a few minutes, then he would call. In the end, Isamu would pop up with his fox hat and be his wild self. Genji didn't really know if Isamu was like this outside of the Ramen Bar. Maybe he was just more comfortable there. Genji thought about himself. He was definitely comfortable in school and at the dorms. But anywhere else? He might act a little differently. He thought about his Persona, Belial. Was Belial truly a mask that he wore. Belial looked kind of dark, which didn't suit Genji that well. So many questions. It was still hard to believe that Belial is a part of Genji, Personas in general. They were certainly mind boggling.
Genji's thoughts were interrupted by a phone call. He looked at his phone and saw Isamu's name. Genji wondered where he was as he picked up the phone. Hopefully he was okay. He would say into the phone, "Hello?"

| "Genji? You there? Where are you? I'm near the middle of the park. Near the cherry blossoms. I forgot where we were supposed to meet. I don't suppose you could come meet me?" he said, deciding to lounge under the tree and it's shade in the rather heated park. He took off his hat, having his floppy hair cover his eyes a bit with sweat dripping from his hair and brows. Today it felt like conforming to his hat, the spikes in the back of his hair pointed downward and rather close to his head. He felt like playing with the cherry blossoms while talking with Genji, enjoying the soft texture in his hands. He felt that they be made into clothing if they had any endurance for the sort of thing. He should come down here more often and paint this scenery or at least sketch it down for notes in future artistic endeavors. Perhaps more even a sculpture of made from native materials here. The list was endless for ideas floating though his little brain, half of them fated to be forgotten over larger, more fulfilling projects to help him idle his time. He snapped out of it halfway though the conversation with Genji... | |

| "Uh, I think I know where that is. I will be able to meet you. Just stay there and I'll meet you there in no time. You're near the Cherry Blossoms? Okay, i"ll get there as soon as I can." Genji was excited to be able to help out Naoki again. He didn't know why he would meet Genji there of all places, he didn't even say anything about meeting there, but it didn't matter. Genji was happy to make a new friend out of Naoki. He would rush there as soon as possible.
He would run to the park and get there in very little time. He would get to the park, which was oddly warmer than it was in front of the Ramen Bar. He would walk around towards the cherry trees and try to look for Naoki. At first, he couldn't find him, due to his hat being gone. But he found the younger student sitting near the cherry trees. Was he playing with the bark of the tree? The fruit? Genji didn't know. All he knew was that Naoki was sitting there playing with something by himself. Genji would walk over.
As he got closer, he would wonder why they were meeting there of all places, but Genji didn't care right now. He just wanted to say his hellos to Naoki. He would go over to him and say, "Hey Naoki-san, I got here as soon as I can, where are we going today?" Genji would sit down next to Naoki, He would cool off a little before getting to go and help out Naoki's friend.

| "Hey, Genji-san." he said, preoccupied by the softened bark of the tree. He was contented in his world. "Here, feel it." He gave some bark to Genji to feel, hoping to give him inspiration to, even if he wasn't creatively inclined like him. It felt nice to share in the experience with someone else every once in a while. "Let's get going now shall we?" he suggested, getting up and pulling Genji up with him. He lead Genji to an abandoned apartment building with the door cracked open and fiber wood squares blocking the windows. "Wait here while I make some space in here." He rushed into the house, moving things that sounded large and heavy and sometimes light and glass like or similar to it. Then the snaps of twigs and small sticks, followed by whispers and calming "shhhhh"s. He walked back to the door and opened it up, "Come in but be real quick and don't make any sudden moves, okay." He moved aside to show a trashed living room, covered with trash and food scraps. It reeked of the wet woods and a city dump mixture. In the back of the room was a stairwell and sofa half blocking it. At the crack between the stairwell and sofa was a small moving object, it sneezed and shielded its' eyes from the new source of light pouring out. The street was rather secluded so no one passed by to look in with the boys but mild traffic did drive by. The creature was somewhat red and had brownish red paws, which had recently looked to be wet with dirt or mud. It let out a loud bark at the new intruder, Genji, who it had not seen before. "Come here, I'll have to get you used to her." he said as he walked Genji over to the fox-like creature. "Her name is Hana, so call her that and just hold out your hand and she might come over to smell you. Just don't be scared or twitchy or you'll scare her off and not like you." | |

| Genji would find himself being pulled up by Crevan and found himself being led somewhere by Naoki. He didn't really have time to react, since it was warm and he was a little tired. The runs into Limbo were getting to him, to say the least. He had a little experience as a User, but he still was relatively new to being one. He always struggled to keep up nowadays. He just hoped that as he gained experience, he would be less and less tired as time went on. But for now, he found himself almost being dragged to an unknown destination by Naoki.
When he came to again, he would find himself at the entrance to a creepy abandoned apartment. He would find himself walking into the building, even though it was illegal. Normally, he wouldn't go into places like this, but this was a little different. He really wanted to go in there, make him leave, and scold him for breaking into a building, but when Genji walked into the building, he forgot all about it.
He found a small fox. The fox was more red than orange and had brownish red paws. Naoki would walk Genji over to the small fox and tell him that her name was Hana. Naoki told Genji to hold out his hand and call out to her, so she could get used to him. She was quite adorable, even when she barked at him. Genji would hold his hand out to her and gently say, "Hana." He turned slightly to Naoki and said, "How did you find her? Did you find her here? You know it's illegal to be here, right?" Even though this may have been touching to some, this was still illegal. Since Genji was in the Disciplinary Committee, this was something he had to point out.

| He didn't mind Genji's comments at first, focusing on making sure Hana was ok with him being near her. Hana came to him and didn't seem to have the fits with him like she had when he had found her. She didn't seem to mind that much but still growled whenever Genji would pet a sensitive spot on her, anywhere near her stomach and away from her head. "She needed a place to stay, her old hole she used to live in was caved in by the biker gangs near the road she lived by. Someone had crashed earlier and had to be taken to the hospital but no one found her in the bushes near the road. I was out walking the dog when I heard her cries and nursed her back to health since she had sprained one of her hind legs trying to dig out her old hole." He now simply keep his eyes lock on Hana to make sure she was okay, not trying to bite Genji, but also to make sure Genji handled her carefully, she's been fragile for the past week or so and he couldn't tell why. "I don't care about people laws when she's involved to answer your question, it would be one thing if she was fully healthy and just wanted a place to stay and visit me but she's been sickly for the while that've known her and now I think she might be taking a turn for the worse." ,he said, feeling Hana's matted fur. He longed to bathe her and feed her more often but other things like school and homework always get in the way, plus my parents always hound me to pursue more scholarly passions. Annoying as hell." he blurted, feeling heat with his careful love for the fox that he had taken care of. It felt nice to have someone depending on him and not have it the other way around, like he had good purpose to someone instead of having to hunt for his own like everyone else. "She seems to like you, that's good, now we're moving her to other part of the building and I need someone to carry some softer pieces of furniture to make her more comfortable." he said. He put his hands under Hana and lifted her gently, making sure she wouldn't get sick from pressure on her stomach or the ride she'd have to endure. He found it hard to say, but his affection for the fox must be infectious, he found himself drawn to Genji for the help and wanted to him to stay to help him with his own things like school. Genji did always seem primped and clean where ever he went and he didn't complain about much either, much to his liking and maybe more. Genji did seem to be blushing when he showed him Hana and it did seem like heat was getting to him too. They'd likely end up sweating even in this cold building, "oh well", he thought in his mind. Hopefully Genji would just do the job well enough. All his own friends would leave and call him weird or that he would be the one to get bit first and then get rabies. He didn't care that much, animals seemed to have a natural attraction to his easy going and gentle personality and were also riled up when he was angry or passion about something, they'd seem to try and assist in the cause whatever it would be, to the best of their own extent. Hana seemed to be especially affectionate today with Genji. "Come on, I'm carrying her and you carry her bed" he instructed to Genji. | |

| Genji would take mind to Hana and her reactions. Once she started growling, he would move away from those areas and go back to the spots that she liked. She seemed finicky about a lot of things, but after listening to Naoki's explanation, he would understand. Genji knew what it was like to be driven from his home. Even if it was his own doing that would make him leave, he still felt like he was driven from it. He felt like he understood Hana a little. Genji probably deserved to be just like her, but he didn't want to be that way in the end. He wouldn't be that way.
Naoki seemed to care deeply about this fox. He didn't care if laws or rules were in his way. Genji could respect that a little. Naoki would give anything to actually help out this fox. Genji had no idea if Naoki was a helpful person, but he seemed to care about animals, at least. Genji could definitely respect a person who would do anything to help someone.
"Parents are annoying, but what can you do? They take care of you and try to make you a good person." Genji couldn't really talk about parents too much. If anything, he didn't have the best attitude towards them, but Genji couldn't think about that. What was important right now was helping Hana and Naoki. He would look for the most comfortable pieces of furniture and begin to follow Naoki. "Where are we taking her," he would ask.

| He didn't seem to respond to the question as quickly as people would like, observing Hana to make sure she was fine. "We're taking her out back, where I had a den dug up for her. Some jerks thought it would be funny to torture her a bit on they're way home or something." He sniffled at this statement, saddened by the cruelty of some people his age or older. How could they be so mean at a helpless creature like her? He wondered if they were just born that way or miserable so they wanted to spread it around like a plague, well mission accomplished, his feelings were hurt and Hana suffered. He still felt bad that he couldn't be with her 24/7, or even take her to a doctor. He'd try to find out what's wrong with her but the only sites on the internet that had help were in a foreign language or outside his own means to help her in his own native language, no doubt the foreign websites said the same thing though. "I-I want her to be safe is all."
They walked out the back door of a stairwell like room, too darkened to see the stairs that had become ruined with age and natural causes. The backyard was not as dirty as the front but that could change with time when the snow melts. There was a tall mound next to a tree in hibernation, with a hole going under it's roots to create a small cozy "room" under it. He had laid Hana down inside the small cozy and covered it with a thicker cloth that Hana could still breath from. "Come on, we have to bring her food and the rest of her blankets." He was on the verge of crying, tormented from his own thoughts about Hana. He did his best to hide his face from Genji, rushing in ahead of Genji. He'd hope to finish soon, it was cold and a little rainy now, not the best conditions to stay healthy and he knew Hana would need more help now to stay safe in her new hidey hole.
He eventually asked "You'll help me keep her safe right?...

| Genji would help out Naoki with Hana and her new home. He felt sad when he learned that Hana was tortured by people. His memories with bullies that he took down would come back into his mind. Why were people so cruel to each other? Bullies torture people all of the time. Maybe it's because they're jealous, sometimes it's their own problems at home. Genji didn't know the exact reason, but he would certainly take then down.
Hana was no exception to the rule. The people who tortured her were just like the bullies that Genji would battle everyday. Someday, it was possible that they would come back. Genji would make sure that he would stop them if they ever came back. He would swear himself on it. It wasn't revenge, it was a preparation for next time. He wouldn't let them touch Hana. He wouldn't let them touch Naoki for protecting Hana, either.
Naoki would tell Genji to rush. Genji would pick up his pace. He didn't want Hana or Naoki to get sick. He would see Naoki hide his face as he would run past, was he about to cry? Genji didn't know, but he would quicken his pace.
Out of the blue, Naoki asked if Genji would help him take care of Hana. Of course he would. He didn't need to think about it, but he would tell Naoki, to calm him down and keep his spirits up. "Of course I will, Isamu-san, I'll help you keep her safe. You can trust me." He only hoped that his words would get to Naoki and make him happier. Genji was the only one in this world who was allowed to be sad. No one else.

| "Good, you better or I'll know about it." coming back to his original senses. After they wrapped up all of Hana's new accommodations, he felt compelled to thank Genji for his time in massive amounts. It was a massive relief not to have to Hana all alone anymore. He had someone to relay thoughts to now and someone to help keep watch over her.
"Maybe we should just hang out soon, Genji? What do ya say" still be a bit teary eyed but happy enough to have a real smile planted on his face.

| "Don't worry Naoki-san, you can trust me with her life. I'll make sure I keep her safe." Genji gave him a big smile. He wanted to stay a little longer with Crevan, but his phone gave him his text message tone. He would look at the phone and see what the message said. It was his boss. He wanted to know if Genji could cover for someone, it was desperate. Genji would reply yes to it on a whim and forgot that he was with Naoki. He was sad, but he hoped that Naoki would understand.
Naoki-san, I'm sorry, I have to cover someone at work. I have to go. I would love to hang out with you whenever I can. You can even come visit me at work if you want. I can get you in for free. But I have to hurry now. I need to get to work soon. I can't be late. I hope Hana is okay, I'll go visit her when I get back from work. See you later, you can always text me, too. Bye!" Genji would have to go. He didn't want to, but he had to. He would give Hana a quick pet on the head as he left. He would rush to work, he had to, he couldn't be late after he said yes.
[Exit Genji, rushing to work]

| "It's okay Genji, I understand and hey call me Naoki." He gave Genji a wave as he pet Hana and said that he'd being staying with her for a bit longer, to help calm her down and such. "I text when I can get some free time too."
He smiled as he saw Genji, making Hana wave too.
