Persona Background: Gilgamesh was a king of Uruk, Mesopotamia, who lived sometime between 2800 and 2500 BC. He is the main character in the Epic of Gilgamesh, and Akkadian poem that is considered the firest great work or literature. In the epic, Gilgamesh is a demigod of superhuman strength who built the city walls of Uruk to defend his people and travelled to meet the sage Ultnapishtim, who survived the Great Deluge.

Description: Gilgamesh lifts his sword, stabbing it into the ground, before striking the pommel with both hands in a downward strike, breaking the blade into shards, small fissures moving towards a single enemy before reaching them and exploding into large, sharp pillars of earth from under them. (This attack has a 30% chance of Debilitating Spike)

Description: Gilgamesh's innate historical/mythological strength and skill greatly affects Kamina, granting him a 15% boost on his Strike Dexterity based attack.

You can have your fusion have a 30% chance to cause Debilitating Spike, but it cannot be an additional 30% on top of the 20% you get from the Debilitating Spike skill you already have. You can have the total chance to inflict it to one enemy be 30% which would be adding 10% to the 20% chance you get already but that's it. As for your HS be specific on the type of damage whether it's Slash, Strike or Pierce. You can't have the bonus around the board, not even Tier 2 has that. Fix all that and you will be approved.
