Mission: Question Lune [Rita, Sharaku and Lune]

Rita'd cross her arms and frown slightly at Sharaku's comment, after all, she wasn't trying to speak for him though that may have happened accidentally... either way, she shook her head and forgot about it, there'd be a much better time to talk about this than now. As for the guard's comment, she'd have the perfect response ready, seeing as she didn't necessarily need to know the person to accompany someone who did.

"Does that really mean anything? I'll be honest, we met here by coincidence, but this man is a personal friend of mine. He knows Lune and we just happened to meet here, is it really that odd for us to be together, even if I don't know the patient?" After the retort, she'd shrug slightly at the woman's comment, believing that was what she said in the first place. "I have nothing against that, personally." She'd be surprised, though, as a small young voice came out of the room. So this girl was Lune Dalamar, huh? Rita had to admit, the pictures on the news didn't make her much justice in real life... but still, she'd swallow air as the girl spoke to Sharaku, speaking about something that "happened" somewhere... It seemed as if the girl had business with her companion and she wasn't really surprised, after all, he must have been here for some reason other than checking up for a friend, right? Not necessarily in the first place, but it was clearer that Sharaku and Lune had met before... well, that's what he said before but still.

"Hmm... Sharaku, it seems you have something personal to talk about with her, would you like me to leave you alone for now? I don't mind speaking with her myself later, if you want me to give you privacy right now..." Shooting a glance at the woman who was now introduced as Ana, Rita'd look at her with a suspicious look before entering the room, though staying right beside the entrance while waiting for Sharaku's decision.

"I'm sorry to intrude, Miss Ana, by the way, I never wanted to cause a bad impression with you." She'd lean on the wall and cross her arms now, looking towards Lune firstly with a bit of an intrigued look before shooting her glance back at Sharaku, waiting for his decision.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Rita sure had a knack for confusing the guards. Then again, it wasn't Sharaku's problem, so he'd let the whitehaired female explain herself on her own. He wasn't the one jumping from one thing to another. He had no idea why was she so adamant on emphasizing the fact that she knew him and that they were together and such. If she was using it as a means to have a better chance of staying, then smart play, supposedly, but it made him wonder what would she have used as an argument had he not shown up at the exact same time. It was obvious no one here was exactly leaning towards the idea of letting a complete stranger meet Lune. In a way, it made sense, even if it was quite the strict condition, just to make the young girl safe. So far, it seemed Rita was lucky he was around, or she'd be having a much harder time passing by everyone. Tsk, he could use this kind of fortune once in a while himself. Alas, some people were apparently more likely to attract trouble that anything else.

The woman's statement was a bit of a sting, considering it meant they were going to be scrutinized the whole time there, but he knew he had no plausible reason to object. It'd have to do as it was. Nor did he have the time to consider any options, as Lune spoke up suddenly, probably having got woken up by all that outside talk. In truth, he was actually somewhat surprised that she appeared to remember him, despite the chaos that went on back there. Being addressed by the young girl, he would give her a small nod, posing a soft smile. ''Sure. If it's what you want.'', he'd answer her, walking in when the woman, now known as Ana decided to finally let them, even if still with a frown.

He'd stop midway in the room for a moment, however, as Rita posed him a question. Well, nice of her to be considerate....but in light of current situation...did it even matter? Privacy would mean only Lune and him, and it was already a fact that Ana wasn't getting out of there, so what was the point of Rita doing so? On second thought, Rita would even be the better choice for a stay, as she already knew the basics of what this talk may end up addressing. While it would be better to not have her involved in this whole Lewis business, she already knew about the supernatural, so whatever. It wouldn't be fair to tell her to leave when Ana was staying either way, considering the woman knew nothing about the whole thing. It was a no-win situation no matter what. Though, Lune probably didn't remember as much about the whole supernatural part, so it wasn't the worst thing ever for now. He'd look back at Rita, responding casually. ''While that is so, I'll leave the choice up to you. I can't be shooing you out when Miss Ana here is staying anyway, now can I? I believe there's no point in that. That said, feel free to stay, if you wish.'' And that's that. ''Yes, I believe so.'', he'd answer to Lune's inquiry about being okay, as he walked closer to the bed. ''Well, what is it that you'd like to talk about? I can give it a try.'', he'd say with a light smile, taking one of the seats left open, if no one protested against that. Perhaps it was best to hear what she wanted to say herself first. He was in no rush.

Lune yawned. She seemed as though nothing had happened, though she looked definitely...different in some way. "Thank you for your help, I don't know why it all happened, but I got knocked out then woke here. But I remember your face. You saved me," she said trying to reach out to Sharaku with wavy hands, and give him a hug were he to let him. Ana looked at him. "You saved her?" She asked. Regardless, she sighed and seemed a bit less tense. "....Thank you. And, sorry for earlier." She said. "But did you need to talk to me? I just wanted to say thanks..." Lune said.

Rita nodded as Sharaku said she could stay, taking a seat next to him as she listened to Lune's words, being intrigued by what Sharaku "saved" her from, though still sort of admiring what he did... though, the only logical conclusion she could draw is that Sharaku was, in some way, involved with both Lune and the kidnapper, Lewis Rhodes, on a deeper level than she imagined... still, Rita would dismiss any assumptions for now, instead waiting until after the two were done talking. Though she'd be a bit surprised should Sharaku accept the hug, Rita would find it pretty sweet of him to do such, actually...

"I see... I guess I'm really the odd one out here, huh? I wonder if I should even be here at all..." She'd let her face show a slight hint of discomfort for a split second before returning to a cheerful one, looking at Ana as she spoke as well.

"I guess that's towards him only, huh? Indeed, I'm surprised he saved her too..." Thinking a bit about this, Rita waited for some kind of addressing to her before continuing with her objective. After all, she wasn't here to make stuff harder for Sharaku, right? That'd just be rude.

'...?'

Lune thanking him was something Sharaku could have foreseen, but the hug was another thing. For a short moment he seriously considered backing away...but..he realized that would be a little uncalled for from him. While he was a bit wary of sudden close contact, Lune was just a young girl. It wasn't as if she was going to do anything to him. Though, he still didn't think it was a neccesary action...but, he'd let her, turning his head to the side a bit, feeling incredibly awkward at that moment. ''You're welcome.'', he'd mutter lightly, to respond at least somewhat. Well..........

Ahem, either way, there were other matters to attend to soon. ''I believe it's allright. Can't blame you for wanting to keep her safe after what happened to her.'', he'd nod towards Ana, before casting a short glance towards Rita at her comment, but not saying anything. What was there to say? He couldn't answer her question. When Lune followed up, inquiring whether he wanted to ask her something in the first place, he would close his eyes for a bit, giving a low hum.

Well, technically. Though, from her initial words it seemed she didn't know much...but try is a try. ''Not neccesarily.'', he'd give the girl a light smile. ''But, I was wondering whether you remember anything that happened before you got knocked out, or about the whole incident in general. If you know anything, it could be of some use, but you don't have to push it if you don't want to. The fact that you're allright is good enough as it is.'' He was interested, yes, but so far he had no intention of forcing Lune to talk. Unless she gave him a reason to really be after more, he'd leave it up to her choice to tell him anything. He had to admit he did find a few things strange, but, he had nothing on that. She did seem to be doing quite okay right now. Hm, he'd see, depending on whether she'd tell him anything more than the fact that she'd gotten knocked out. That was something he already knew.

Lune took a moment to yawn. "I remember waking up to the man carrying me through the forest. I also found Rinna who tried to help, but as she did, we all went into a weird part of Lunapa. It was morning all of a sudden and rainy." Ana looked confused, but somehow not surprised. People traumatized probably go through memory lapses and all. "I tried to get away too, but the man had to keep me with him and hit me a bit...." her talking was so childish that it made it all the more saddening when she showed her hands. "There were other places too, but it wasn't so bad." "Are you sure you're okay? I don't want to know about some problem you have with you. Do they hurt?" Ana asked her. Lune shook her head. "No Auntie. Sore still though. But I don't remember much cause I was so tired. I fell asleep, but I do remember he almost dropped me along the way. I think some weird lights were trying to annoy him?" She frowned, confused herself and reached to the side to take a cup of water to sip.

As she put a hand to her chin, Rita just limited herself to listening for now... after all, this was something she had no business in herself, there would be no point in asking her questions right now when Sharaku still had his to pose... or, at least, that's what she assumed. As for what Lune said, Rita couldn't really comprehend all that well but she assumed that the man carrying her was Lewis Rhodes, the kidnapper, for now... and Rinna, that was the second girl that was found with them, right? Just what was her involvement with the case? The questions popped in but, after such a long silence from her already, Rita decided to stay quiet for longer, her face turning a bit sour as she wished she could be more help...

Regardless, Rita just stayed put next to Sharaku and continued listening in her silence, a hint of sadness could be seen in her eyes, though.

"Dammit, what would -he- do...?" Were her thoughts at this, knowing that this situation was something way beyond her at this point...

Weaknesses used:

...She woke up with Lewis carrying her already? Would that mean he managed to kidnap her while she was asleep, or did he somewhow knock her out beforehand without her noticing him? Strange. Though, the part about Rinna and going into different Lunapa was predictable enough, aside from the fact that he had no idea how Rinna caught on so quick. That, however would be for the older female to answer herself, if it came to that. Sharaku would cast a side glance at Ana, noting her confusion, but it wasn't like he could safely go and explain about how could scenery change so quick. As long as the woman didn't voice a question, it was better to stay put on what didn't have to be said right now.

The 'fight' explained why were her hands bandaged up, though he had to admit he hadn't noticed whether she had such injuries back then. Then again, there had been a distance, and it was only for a while. Perhaps Naomi could tell how it looked back then. She was the one who got Lune out after all. The last part confused him a little. Was she tired from the struggling...or something else? Not that he could tell the source. The lights were a bit of a concern, but he knew nothing on them either. He remembered seeing something akin to that when they finally caught up to Lewis, but the mysterious stuff scattered as soon as that. It was something to note, however, if the lights attempted to impede the man's progress. What were they, even...?

Throughout the whole explanation, he would watch in a thoughtful silence, not sure what to really make of it all. It made sense, yes, but there were several things that could possibly have loose ends. Sadly, the whole prospect of Lune being tired and sleeping through a lot sort of made it more difficult. If she was out, then she obviously couldn't tell much. He wasn't too lucky today, eh?

''I see. Those lights, I don't really know what they were either. Saw them for a bit, but they dissapeared rather soon.'', he'd sigh lightly, running a hand through his hair. Strategic thinking wasn't something he enjoyed doing. Mainly without too much to begin with. Still, Lune seemed fine now, so theoretically speaking she didn't appear to have gone through as much as Rinna had. Whether she was missing something in her memory or not, it couldn't have been something too big. Unless it was something one couldn't see....but, it would be extremely suspicious to assume too much anyway. Then again, with all this already, nothing is impossible when it has to do with the supernatural. Hm. ''Though, it's a little strange that you were so tired during that...was it because of struggling with him back there?'', he'd ask, somewhat curious on the subject. ''Either way, thank you for telling me, even if you only remember so much. If there's anything you're curious about, feel free to ask yourself, maybe I could answer you. It's only fair to give something in return. Though, if you'd rather something specific, I can attempt so too.'', he'd say, offering a light smile. As long as it was something he could do or tell without getting in too much trouble on his end...Well, be it. She was still young. It felt a little weird to just interrogate her and leave, even if he hadn't come to a clear picture from all that yet.

She rubbed her eyes. "I dunno. Maybe their things...but I think the man tried to get me when I woke up and knocked me out. I have a bruise on the back of my head. Maybe that's it..." she said. Ana frowned again. When Sharaku told her she was free to ask questions herself, she nodded. "Yes sir. Why did you help me? I haven't seen you at all before. Have we met?" It was a short question, and very simply asked at that. She twirled her hands together with an, intent look, interested in an answer.

Right now... there really wasn't much else she could do... everything Sharaku asked was somewhat cleared up, there was no need for her to ask something else... well, except for the one thing she came for in the first place but that was for the end. When Sharaku was done, Rita'd need to have a talk with Lune herself, though, of course, Ana would be there since she could actually help. Regardless of her objective now, Rita waited for Sharaku and Lune's talk to finish, not really doing anything but wallowing in her now-returned nervousness, making her shake somewhat, though she'd try to keep herself controlled, making sure that none of them would notice.

"Dammit... some times, I wish there was something I could actually do..." Rita felt almost useless at this point, though she'd try to discuss it with Sharaku later, in private... but that was something only her was planning now, of course, and she'd have to ask him somewhere else and later, now wasn't the right time.

To be honest, the question had thrown Sharaku out of the loop for a moment. He had not expected Lune to ask him that. Why? The universal question of horror, sarcastically speaking. It was never easy to answer anything that began with this lovely question word. A reason...yes, but do you always need one? Aside from that, he surely couldn't just state he got dragged along with his teammates that were enthusiastic to stop a strange criminal they saw on the news or anything like that. That wouldn't do. Well, let's see...

''No, I don't believe we've met before. I've only heard a few things here and there from Rinna when she was worrying herself sick.'', he would answer the latter question first with a faint smile and a shake of his head. If he remembered right, the only person who had at least seen Lune before the whole incident was Hyde. Ironically, the redhead was the only one that had not come along, due to his silly attempt at telling the cops. And that was pretty much it. He wouldn't say he knew much from what Rinna managed to mention of Lune. The older female wasn't in much of a right mind during the chase, and he honestly still didn't really know what was the relationship between the two.

...The main problem, however. ''As for why..That is a little complicated, but let me see. First, the man needed to be stopped before he did something he probably shouldn't. Second, kidnapping people like this for his own goals..is just not nice. It's not fair to have your life possibly in danger because of someone's rash decisions...I guess I wouldn't want to see that happen. I think you deserve better than that.'', he'd answer eventually, almost getting a bit sad over his own words. Tsk, he didn't want to just make something up when talking to a young girl, and he ended up with this. Trying to be honest was always so..meh. ''It seems you have a caring family. They'd sure be sad if something really bad happened to you. We can't have that happening, now can we?'', he'd add, casting a short glance at Ana, before looking back again, leaning his chin on his hands. Hm, now he was starting to feel sappy. That was not a very good direction for him. Oh well...let's leave it at that for now. More reason to avoid 'why' questions. He was not good at spitting out honest reasons for what he did. It was...a little strange.

Lune listened to what he said, head tilted as Ana listened, looking down when Sharaku looked to him. Lune smiled, with bright wet eyes and reached to hug Ana, then Sharaku, then Rita in turn if they were in reach. She had a sad smile that somehow seemed to harbor relief. "Even if you didn't do anything, I am glad you came to see me. Thank you guys. What are your names?" she asked. Whether she got them or not, she'd think for a bit, before offering her cup of water to them. "I still have some, if you want." If not, she'd set it back down. "I wonder what the lights were. So weird, I thought I heard them talk, but I was dizzy, so maybe I am wrong," she scratched her head obviously confused, just as much as Ana did.

Same as usual, Rita just kept herself to listening to Sharaku talk, not really having much to say until it actually came to Lune's reaction to it, the hug from the younger girl surprising her as Rita'd actually be in reach, seeing as she sat right next to Sharaku so it was an almost negligible difference in distance if she was able to hug him at all.

"Y-you are...?" With a really surprised expression, Rita's eyes glowed almost as if Lune had just told her something amazing... like her being there wasn't a wasted effort after all.

"A-ah, well, um... I-I'm Rita... Rita Arisato." Blushing a bit awkwardly, Rita smiled shyly to Lune, glad that the girl at least appreciated her coming to see her... it was enough to brighten her day, that was for sure and Rita was convinced that she'd come to see her again later on to check up on her personally... of course, those meetings would only be held if Lune wanted...

"Oh, uh, it's alright, I drink more than enough at home so I'm not thirsty... thanks, though." Still being a bit embarrassed, Rita couldn't really find the courage to say anything else right now, her mind still panicking though her face would give only slight hints of this, a few beads of sweat actually being on her forehead now, ready to roll down.

"Oh jeez... what now? What now? I have no idea what else to say... dammit..." Thinking to herself, Rita just cleared her throat to the side, making sure that she wasn't coughing onto Lune or anyone, for that matter and tried to gather a slight bit of courage to say, at least, why she came here today.

"Well, actually... Lune-ch-chan, I wanted to ask you how you were feeling, like... in your head, see? If you've been feeling odd or sadder ever since that happened." Speaking to a child, Rita would of course try to limit her vocabulary as much as she could, though there were noticeably shaky words here and there, her nervousness was still pretty obvious right now... really, there wasn't much she could do about it right now, her "panic mode" had already began; all she could do right now was wait to see if someone would try to calm her down or not, hoping that this wouldn't get much worse than it already had...

...More hugs. Where was this even coming from? Lune was rather affectionate even with all this happening, eh? While Sharaku was still feeling a bit weird about hugs right now, he'd let her, watching Rita get all excited from the corner of his eye. Hm, a little surprising after that long period of silence. He thought she wanted to talk to Lune too, but then she just sat there not saying anything the whole time. Sure, he was doing so, but it wasn't like they had a big discussion where she couldn't even cut in. Well, either way, he didn't have the time to ponder over Rita's way of doing things.

''Sharaku Rikei.'', he would give his name with a nod, upon being asked, still giving Rita a side glance here and there. What was her deal? He could see reason for a little of shyness, but she was way too jittery for just that, stuttering around and all. He knew she could be calm and outgoing, even though he had only met her once before, so why was she still flailing around like this. He wasn't getting what was so hard about opening her mouth and talking. She wasn't going to get bitten for speaking up. ''Ah, thank you, but not now.'', he'd shake his head slightly at Lune's offer of water. Though, he would blink a few times when she brought up those lights again. Talking....? That was a new one. It did sound a bit unreal, but it was probably possible with all that was hanging in the air already. What did that make those things then, he had no idea. He doubted those could have been some sort of Shadows, because that didn't match up. Then again, he didn't know much about that place..so who knows what kind of things actually live there. ''If you did hear them, then you probably weren't wrong. It's pretty much possible that they can talk. Though, I do wonder what they are as well.'', he'd say, none the wiser himself. It was something to look into, perhaps, but he wasn't sure whether he wanted to go i there to chase some...lights. Oh well.

That aside, Rita was really being strange now. Her question was interesting, yes, though he wasn't sure whether it was really neccesary to speak like that. Lune was young, yes, but not a complete child anymore. Rita's style did sound a bit too childish for him at a first impression, but he wouldn't say anything. At the very least, she wasn't playing a statue anymore. But, what was with all that panicking...? This was starting to get ridiculous. ''Rita, you should calm down. No one's going to eat you here.'', he'd state, giving the whitehaired female a quizzical look. He really wasn't getting what her problem was.

She nodded, laying back on her pillow. She seemed really tired, not physically, but from the long sleep she must have been waking from. "I guess...but I am fine. I feel better, thanks Rita and Sharaku. Is Rinna okay? Did you guys help her too?" she asked with a frown. Ana nodded. "I think she is fine if the cops were right. But you guys may know more than I," she said looking to them.
