| Subject: Mission: Question Lune [Rita, Sharaku and Lune] Sat Nov 22, 2014 2:11 pm | |
| Well, this was odd... hearing the news made Rita a bit edgy and even kind of scared... a kidnapping, huh? That was interesting... she already knew that kidnapping victims were usually scarred somewhat and she figured this wouldn't be an exception...
"Hm..." Getting up and leaving pretty much everything but her phone -which she turned off right away- and her laptop at home, Rita walked out of the house and moved quickly to the hospital, walking to the front desk and talking to whoever was there at the time, man or woman.
"Um, excuse me. I'm here to see someone by the name of Lune Dalamar. Think I could see her?" Asking a bit fidgety, Rita tried to keep herself in check... after all, she was asking to see someone she didn't even know... well, it'd probably be for the best if she didn't get involved but... well, her heart just couldn't have her staying idly be while someone was kidnapped, she wanted to hear how she felt right now and maybe comfort her. After all, when she had nowhere to go, the one who was there for her always tried to keep her calm and happy... maybe she could be someone like that for someone, even if she didn't know them.
"I, um... I'm someone that I don't think she'd know, if that makes any difference... but if I could talk to her, even under supervision, I'd like to see how she's feeling, being a kidnap victim... s-sorry if I seem too intruding..." Rita was clearly feeling unsure of herself right now... after all, trying to help someone she didn't know from anywhere was a bit weird, even to her standards... still, it was something she had to do, no matter what'd happen. But seriously? If someone was feeling bad or at least presumably bad? She'd have to help out regardless of the circumstances and someone like a kidnap victim was definitely someone that she'd try to help out or at least meet if they were that close to her home."
- Strengths and Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: Righteous —Description: Rita values justice above all else and usually won't stand for someone being bullied or not receiving their fair share. This trait, while honorable, usually gets Rita into trouble with the ones at fault.
Really, knowing that someone was a victim of such a heinous crime as kidnapping, Rita would try to help to her full ability, even if that person was a stranger to her.
—Weakness Name: Introverted —Description: She doesn't approach anyone, instead preferring to be alone at all times. She keeps mostly quiet and doesn't even speak much to anyone that speaks to her, preferring to joke in her own way to make the person annoyed and go away. She feels she's better off alone in the normal world but relinquishes those feelings while in Limbo.
Despite doing everything in her power to help someone, Rita doubts that she could truly do something for this girl, even if she were to meet her. Still, she tries to see whether things will work out or not, accepting whichever result comes up.

| The idea in itself was not as appealing as it could have been. Sharaku wasn't the type to go out of his way to deal with youngsters. But in this situation it would have to do. While he hasn't really seen Lune before those few moments when Lewis had his hold on her, he figured it wouldn't hurt to go see her, as he even had it fairly close to the hospital in Penecia. He wasn't too sure if she'd be up to saying anything about what happened, but perhaps it'd help to at least look at her. Naomi would probably be happy about that. She seemed the most worried about the two females from the start. Hopefully, Lune wouldn't be too hard to handle. He was okay with children, but there were extremes he'd rather not go into. Now, he hadn't expected to see the whitehaired female hanging about at the front desk nervously, but let it go for now. First things first. ''Hello Mr./Mrs. (whichever it is), I'd like to visit Lune Dalamar, if it's possible. A friend of mine is most likely worrying a lot, so I figured I'd come check on her.'', he'd request towards whoever was at the front desk smoothly, before taking a brief look at his curent companion. ''A pleasure to meet you here as well, Rita.'', he'd address towards the whitehaired young woman with a slight nod, looking back at the receptionist, listening for a response with a calm face. | |

| The receptionist looked at the two, admittedly taking a second or third take at Sharaku for his...."odd" appearance for lack of a better term. "Oh, so you know one another? Some coincidence you two showed up?" she said with a chuckle. "She's on the second floor, third wing, first door on the left. Everyone's worried sick about her, so don't be surprised if you see someone there," she said, looking back down at her work. | |

| Looking in surprise as none other but Sharaku, of all people, suddenly appeared beside her and greeted her with nothing but respect as usual, Rita's face lit up in relief at his timing. After all, if she had someone she knew going in with her and helping her, then her chances of succeeding would be that much higher... and thankfully, it seems the nurse was kind enough to let them through without questioning Rita's motive... ~Lucky~ "A-ah, thank you very much, miss!" Turning to Sharaku, she smiled cheerfully in relief before walking inside the main hallways, trying to find the room... assuming Sharaku would follow her, now that they were alone, she'd turn to him for a second. "I have a quick thing to tell you..." Speaking a bit in jest while still maintaining quite a bit of seriousness, Rita placed a finger on her mouth and spoke up. "Well, um... I had this weird dream, see? About black creatures and stuff called "Personas" or something... and I think someone named... Hyde? Yeah, Hyde was there... don't you think it's a bit weird? And it all happened in the gym too..." Of course, she'd try to pass off her awakening to a Persona as a "dream", hoping Sharaku would buy it since someone would expect a normal (or presumed normal) person would think Rita was crazy should she say she actually went through that experience. "Well, I just wanted to tell you that, weird dream, huh?" Shrugging and laughing a bit nervously, Rita tried to find the room that the nurse spoke of while waiting for Sharaku to respond. | |

| Surprisingly, they were let in without much hassle. One less thing to bother with, at least. Sharaku would nod in tow with Rita thanking the receptionist, not wanting to repeat pretty much the same. That said and done, he would turn to follow Rita, who had already gone off to search for the forementioned room. In all honesty, he was wondering why was she here. He somehow doubted she actually knew Lune, or anyone close to her. Hm, perhaps she was like Naomi, worrying about everyone, even those she needn't to for real. That would probably make the most sense. Then again, he didn't know her well enough yet. There were other options too, and while he did not neccesarily want to think about those, she would bring that up herself anyway.
''Hm? What is it?'', he'd ask absentmindedly, throwing her a glance as she decided to tell him something. What was suddenly so important it had to be now?.....Really now? Why would she be telling him that? He wasn't that badly surprised, as he already knew about that incident, thanks to the same person Rita was currently refering to..still, he wasn't getting the reason behind this. Why go and tell something like this, claiming it to be a dream right away? Was she trying to get some reaction out of him, or just had nothing else to talk about? Narrowing his eyes at her briefly, he would stay silent for a few moments, before giving her a low chuckle. ''And, pray tell, why are you talking to me about this then? I didn't know 'small talk' included telling people about their dreams nowadays.'', he'd ask, somewhat curiously, giving her a few moments to think on it, before adding. ''However, if you want me to fall for it, then you need to come up with a more fancy way to lie.'' His tone was rather amused, as he gave her a wry smile, following behind still. Hopefully she knew where she was going. ''On that note, Hyde pokes his nose literally everywhere, just so you know....'' Well, she came up with this. Might as well use it as entertainment to pass time meanwhile.

| When they approached the entrance to Lune's room, there would be two police officers standing by the door. One of them was monitoring the other side of the hall, and taking quick glances in the room through the window, and the other was looking down the main hall that Sharaku and Rita were walking on. It seemed they were heading this way. "Can I help you two?" he asked, noting the appearances of both of them, and then noting Sharaku's appearance again. He had a notepad in his pocket that he pulled out and took a glance at before putting it away to look back at them with a sort of curioisty. They were also probably here to see Lune. She was definitely the talk of the town. Well, that's why they were put on guard right? | |

| Huh... why wasn't she surprised? Rita had felt something strange about Sharaku before, him knowing about this business wasn't really that weird, was it? Thinking quickly, Rita gave him a satisfied smile and nodded.
"I see... I guess I shouldn't be surprised, Hyde DID say we weren't the only ones... so I guess there's more of us? I see." Turning around with a wry smile, Rita moved towards the room, where she'd meet a relatively... menacing cop.
"Oh, um... we're here to see Lune Dalamar. I'd like to, um... talk to her for a bit, if I could... even under supervision, if needed!" Looking at the policeman straight in the eyes, Rita'd give her best pleading look, complete with puppy-dog eyes.
Still, backing off a slight bit, Rita'd give a quick word to Sharaku, who she assumed was still following her, seeing as they were exactly where they needed to be. "I'll talk to you more about this after we talk to Lune, okay? I'm sure you're here for some reason and I trust you, please help me, okay?" Pulling a bit on his coat (shirt should he not be wearing one), Rita gave him a pouty look as she turned around and turned back to the policeman.
"I assure you, we just want to talk to her, nothing more... you can check my pockets too if you must, I only brought my cellphone -which, if I may add, is turned off- and my laptop, currently inside this bag." Picking up her sling-on bag, Rita'd present it to the policeman as if willing to hand it over for strip-searching.
"If I must, I'll take off my clothes too if that will clear me of doubt." Determined, Rita looked into the policeman's eyes yet again, hoping that this display would have, at least, cleared her of doubt... though she still had doubt of that herself.

| At Rita's simple response, Sharaku would just offer a light shrug with a vaguely indifferent expression. If there was one thing he didn't need to be told about, it was the fact that Hyde talked about everything. That was common knowledge by now, and he found no need to comment on it. On second thought as well, Hyde was not the name of a topic he'd want to start discussing about. The redhead was popping his space well enough on his own, and he really felt no need to squeeze him into a conversation when not neccessary as well. That, and the talk was sort of moot from his point of view, since he already knew what this was about, and wasn't about to indulge Rita on the rest...not while in the middle of a different task at least.
Coming face to a guard asking for their reasons of being there, he would keep a calm face, though having to resist scowling at Rita's answer. When she turned to speak to him, he would shoot her a slightly bemused glance as she tugged on his suit jacket. Yes, he was there for a reason, and it wasn't 'trying to obviously seem not suspicious.'. Was she that horribly nervous to plead like she was hanging onto a last straw? The guard simply posed a question, not suspected them already. And here she was, already all 'Just here to talk, feel free to strip me naked to check', as if they were being accused right off the bat. Sharaku wasn't sure whether he wanted to hit her in the head, or facepalm more at this point. Sadly, neither were an option in this situation. The last thing he wanted right now, was to end up flailing himself.
Biting back a sigh as he looked towards the guard, he would speak up in a fairly pleasant tone. ''I shall second the fact on being here to see Lune. However...'', he would pull a light smile, ''I don't believe all that is necessary, is it now? I can show you my ID, if needed, though.'', he would finish smoothly, giving Rita another look afterwards. ''We aren't about to get arrested, why assume we'd need to hand over all of our stuff already?'' Her eagerness to prove herself innocent so quickly did not sit well with him. How about just keep it cool. If the guard wanted to, he would ask for it himself, no? ''I digress, however, I have nothing against it, should it you need it so, sir.'', he would conclude, in a somewhat laidback manner, considering Rita had already jumped for it. He couldn't act like he wasn't willing to get examined now that it was brought up. That wouldn't help him. Ah, dear, he was going to get an overload one of these days. This was exactly the kind of a smooth start he would have prefered, but you don't always get what you ask for. He was still none the wiser as to why was Rita so jittery. It was as if she was actually afraid of getting doubted of something. That's so not classy at all, mainly if she had nothing to be afraid of. In all honesty, he should be more worried than her. Afterall he had been involved it the whole Lewis incident. If anything, he should be the one afraid of being recognized and questioned about stuff, sheesh. Ah, well.....
- Strength:
—Strength Name: Smooth Talk —Description: Being well versed in polite speech, he has an uncanny ability to talk everything down his way, by being just about perfectly balanced between pleasant and still open enough to be considered friendly. People generally have a hard time resisting him or being angry with him when he whips out his conversation skills and puts them to good use.

| The cops both seemed to turn at Rita oddly when she mentioned a strip search. The one closest to her took the bag warily and inspected it, and if not finding any problems with it, would return it to her. "That will not be necessary. Give me one second, and I will notify my superior." He said fairly cooperative, before pulling up the phone, and requesting the IDs of the two people. Assuming they were given, he would give the names and their descriptions to whoever was on the phone, nodding away at the receiver and raising an eyebrow, turning his eyes to Sharaku with an odd glance before nodding again and answering her questions with simple yes or no answers, before nodding once more and hanging up. "Well, she told me it's okay, so after the other visitors leave we can let you in, may I ask why you are all here to see her?" he asked. | |

| Rita'd give a slight pout at Sharaku's response to her, understanding why he'd say that, yet still a bit adamant about this point... after all, they were visiting a kidnap victim, the policemen at least needed to make sure that the two of them weren't suspicious in order to get in.
"Well, I'd assume, since we're visiting her and she might or might not be a bit shaken up by the events, I'd assume the guards would want to check everything possible, that's all..." Looking a bit hurt, Rita frowned a bit as the policeman searched her bag. What he'd find, however, would be nothing wrong, just a Toshiba brand laptop and a charger for it in the outside compartment. When prompted to give her ID, Rita'd search her pockets for her wallet, something she always carried with her no matter what... well, she at least knew that getting in would probably require an ID and a wallet was a normal thing to carry, even if you left everything else at home, right? Pulling out a small black leather wallet, Rita'd remove her ID and present it to the officer, taking it back whenever he was finished.
"Um, well... I have no particular reason to visit her, I'd just think that someone that was just kidnapped might need to relax and talk with someone... I guess maybe she'd need a friend? I dunno, really..." Fidgeting a bit with her hands, Rita herself didn't know why she was so nervous... well, talking to someone new and in the hospital, no less, would tend to make a person such, no? Indeed, Rita would be a bit fidgety but still would keep her demeanor, she'd try to keep calm and cooperate as well and would be glad the guards were being at least somewhat nice about it...
"Um... did you say there was someone in there already? Ah, err... I won't pry, might as well respect her privacy if I'm here..." Rita'd say the second sentence in a low voice as if talking to herself before shaking her head and sitting down on whatever nearby bench-like thing was available, thinking about what to say once she entered the room...

| Choosing not to give a direct response to Rita's justification behind her actions, Sharaku would focus moreso on the guard for now. She may have had a point. They could have wanted so, though he still found it unnecessary to remind them of such before they even came up with it on their own. He didn't see a reason to shove everything in the guard's face right away. It was always more preferable to just wait until asked for so. After all, it might not even be needed. It seemingly wasn't in this case either, as the cops appeared a bit taken aback by Rita's initiative. Eh, at least it was only that.
Giving the ID when requested, he would watch the phone conversation passively, as they waited for a conclusion. He wouldn't say he liked the looks he was getting, but as long as it stayed at that, he didn't have a reason to worry too much. Though, he figured why was it so...but there wasn't much he could do about it. Nor did it seem that they cared for now, so good for him either way. They did, however ask for their reason of being here. Rita's was rather interesting. She came just on a whim, eh? It was true that the whoel incident was all over the news by now, but he wouldn't have though someone would come just because, not even knowing Lune beforehand. Not that he really did either, and he was doubtful that she would recognize him from that short amount of time she was actually conscious while they were around. You never know, but he did find it a little unlikely, considering the state she was in back there.
''A few reasons, I suppose. I have a friend that is worried about her a lot. She most likely won't have the time, however, so I figured I could check on Lune instead. I live fairly close to here as well, so why not?'', he would give his own answer calmly, somewhat countering Rita's nervous demeanor. He still wasn't sure why was she so jittery and all, but he wasn't going to inquire in light of current situations. She didn't truly have a plausible reason to. He would give the female a slightly curious glance when she tried to inquire as to who was there now, but not comment on it, choosing to instead keep standing by, rather than sit.

| The cop raised an eye towards Rita. "You don't know her? Sorry, but we can't exactly hav-" before he could finish, the door opened up to reveal a young woman, most likely in her early twenties, with fair black hair and a tan color on her skin, with a face of distraught and suspicion. She looked to the guards with annoyance then back to the two. "What are you two doing here? I don't need you talking to Lune, she's not feeling well right now, so go along now. And you, officer, why aren't you turning these people away?" she quickly turned without even a pause for thought. The cop almost looked flustered. "Well, the young man said he knew her, the lady I am not sure, she may be with hi-" "And you decided to believe them and their stories? What could you guys possibly want with her?" she said turning back to the two, with a face that has long since lost patience. "I don't want to leave her in care knowing other people are going to see her when her parents can't yet. So how do you guys know her?" she asked impatiently. Even though Sharaku was somewhat taller than her, she still talked like she didn't care about it. She was not going to let two strangers simply waltz in then talk to the girl. | |

| Hmm... how strange... as if in a flash, Rita's demeanor turned a bit sour yet not really nervous anymore... firstly, the policeman's comment had made her slightly irked... second of all, the lady spouting words at them like she owned the place wasn't exactly her kind of person to deal with... "I see.." Closing her eyes for a brief second, Rita stood up and turned to the woman, greeting her with a smiling face. "Well then, sorry for the bother, I didn't wish to cause many misunderstandings if any but it seems I indeed found one..." Nodding while keeping a smile still on her face, Rita'd let her previous nervousness fade away for just this brief instant as she'd try to reason with the new "obstacle" in both her and Sharaku's way, aiming to, at the very least, be able to convince her they both weren't harmful people. "I can understand why you'd be mad, two people you don't know suddenly strolling in and wanting to speak to who I assume is either a sibling or a close friend -seeing as you did say not even her parents were allowed to see her- is indeed very upsetting... but again, as I mentioned to these guards before, though you may not have heard since you were inside the room, I have no qualms about speaking to her under surveillance, if it comes to that. I assure you, I don't really have an ulterior motive and I believe my companion here is the same... if you'd like to go in with us and observe the talk to make sure nothing goes wrong, by all means, anything to put you at ease about us." Speaking calmly and smoothly through this whole sentence, Rita kept up her smile during it all, giving off absolutely no hostility unless the woman could perhaps be a bit too cautious... indeed, Rita was trying to overpower the girl mentally right now, even if not noticeable to anyone but her... some times, being able to keep a mask on during stressful times helps someone be better at what they do and Rita was no exception. "Of course, if you'd like us to turn away and forget all this happened, I'd be happy to... I can't say my companion's friend would be that happy to not be able to hear about one of her close friend's health status but that's purely speculation, I'll assume you'll deal with them when and if they come, right, Sharaku?" Shooting a glance towards Sharaku with a wink that would only be visible to him, Rita turned her head towards the woman again and took off her sling-on bag, dropping it on a seat nearby. "And I'll say to you again as I did the guards. If you're really so suspicious of me -although they really weren't, but I digress-, you're free to strip me down and search my clothing. Again, anything to put your mind at ease about us. As for how we know her, as my friend here said just a bit before, one of his friends knows Lune personally, isn't that right?" Shooting another glance at Sharaku as if asking for confirmation for her statement, Rita shook her head slightly to clear her thoughts and continued. "As for me, I'd personally find that Lune may be slightly traumatized and perhaps would like someone to talk to... of course, I have no idea if that's your role in all this but I digress, I'm purely stating my reasons. Aside from that, I'm accompanying Sharaku here and I guess I'd be his companion, not him mine, apologies for the confusion." Chuckling slightly, Rita'd smirk a bit before returning to her peaceful smile... some times, being too relaxed pays off. - Strengths and Weaknesses:
—Strength Name: Righteous —Description: Rita values justice above all else and usually won't stand for someone being bullied or not receiving their fair share. This trait, while honorable, usually gets Rita into trouble with the ones at fault.
—Strength Name: Intelligent —Description: Rita possesses above-average intelligence and usually gets very good marks when she puts in just a bit of effort on a class. Her memory plays a very important part in this, as she usually remembers a class's subject forever even though she can't pinpoint it.
Obviously, after coming so far and not even knowing if Lune was okay psychologically or not, Rita'd try her damn hardest to pull off a convincing argument that would still hold true to her word.
—Weakness Name: Too Relaxed —Description: Rita often doesn't put much effort in anything she does, be it studying, fighting, anything. This makes it so she won't really pay attention to incoming attacks and instead finish off the opponent faster, making her take more damage as a result.
Yet still, the argument wasn't as well structured as it could have been if someone other than Rita was speaking, but this "weakness" did help her keep her composure throughout it all.

| ....There's always at least a thing that goes wrong, eh? This blew, but Sharaku kind of expected some trouble arising when he decided to come around, so he wasn't too surprised, albeit a little annoyed at the attitude. They hadn't even done anything yet, and the woman was already dissing them. So much for manners, apparently. Rita was, surprisingly quick to retort this time around, and while he appreciated the initiative to push forward....Hello? Couldn't he speak for himself? She even went as far as to paraphrase his own words for him. How was he supposed to attempt explaining himself in any way or form when she went all out, trying to talk for him too. Yes, they were here together - by circumistance, to be exact-, but that didn't mean he needed to rely on her for an argument, or whatever was this heading towards. The woman didn't appear to be in a good mood. Admit that she didn't say anything that would be much of a setback he could, but he still wasn't enthused about it all. Why did people feel the need to use so many words to explain themselves? He was almost losing track of what was being addressed already. ''Not to say anything, but this is your speech here Rita, don't look at me for pointers on something you're not sure about. I believe I can attempt to explain myself when it comes to that, thank you.'' Say what you want, but he was not fond of being roped in like that. Who asked her to speak on his behalf in the first place, if she planned to wait for a confirmation from him. Speak for yourself, first and foremost. He liked to be in control of what was said when it concerned him when he could help it.
Fixing a pleasant smile, he would turn his attention fully on the mysterious woman this time. ''That said, miss, what she said in general is true, put in simple terms, though I cannot speak for someone else's actions, therefore I am unable to say how much would my friend be upset about it. Nevertheless, if you really need to know, I have seen Lune personally once before myself, however only for a short while, and I cannot guarantee whether she remembers me. I do know the other female that was caught up in this, Rinna, personally, though. I know she and Lune are fairly close, if nothing else.'', he'd explain, in a casual, patient manner. He didn't want to get into a strife, even if he wasn't happy about this development, and while he couldn't say everything, some things he could mention vaguely. As far as it was possible that is. ''I don't intend to disturb her too much, if that is what bothers you, miss. I simply want to see how she's doing, and perhaps talk to her about a few things, if she feels up to it, that is. Nothing more, nothing less. If she says she wants me out, I'm alright with it. It's her choice, after what she went through, after all.'', he'd add for a further clarification, keeping it open. He was actually being honest here. It wasn't a definite neccesity that he gets to do this. He knew that Shun was intending to speak to Lewis, and Naomi to Rinna, and as long as those two suceeded somewhat, it should be fine. Lune, as it is, was unconscious most of the time, and was still young. He wouldn't expect her to have too much insight on the case in the first place. The other two were a better bet by base. It would be nice to get a chance to ask the girl too, but if it wouldn't do, it wouldn't. There was always another way to get at it, even if by a roundabout. Never expect to win with a single plan, after all.

| The young woman looked to the two, frowning a bit before turning to the inside of the room to look at something before turning back. "So you guys are together? But you just said you didn't know her..." The cop asked, eyeing Rita even more suspiciously. She seemed if nothing else, just as out of place as Sharaku looked, though before any response was left open, the young lady spoke up. "You guys aren't going in without me. She's asleep right now, a-" "Oh.....Auntie Ana? You're here...? Oh, I know you..." a young voice, no older than maybe eleven or twelve came from the room, rubbing her eyes with bandaged hands, specifically, the eyes of Lune Dalamar.
"You..." she pointed lightly to Sharaku with a small smile. "Weren't you there when all that stuff was happening? Can we talk please? I know I just woke up, but..." she said. The older lady frowned and looked to the two with a weary face, before reluctantly moving to the side and letting the two into the room before followig them and taking one of several seats by the bed, and taking Lune's hand. "Hey there. I didn't think you were gonna wake up...Are you okay?" she asked. Lune nodded with a smile. "My hands are sore, but I feel fine Auntie. Are you guys okay?" she said, with an accent that was sort of odd to pin down, like it was something she herself had.
