| Shunnosuke was instantly relieved to see Lewis there, and more when he recognized him. The boy moved closer to the cell bars with a sort of satisfied smile he couldn't suppress. — Good day, Mr. Lewis. — He wasn't indifferent to Qwentyn keeping a safe distance, enough for the man to probably listen to their conversation. While the boy gave a cornered glance to the officer that couldn't hide his concerns about his surveillance, he tried to not let it too obvious, returning his attention back to the criminal. Darn it, if only Qwentyn wasn't there... — ...Your arm...how are you doing? — He looked down briefly to the man's arm, the one that was formerly the source of his power. From what Shunnosuke could remember from the alternate world, that arm was burnt and in what seemed to be a critical condition, grossly bubbling and whatnot. It irked him to just remember that scene and although the teenager wasn't 100% concerned about the man's state, he couldn't avoid feeling a bit merciful for Lewis's misery. Nor could he jump right to what matters firstly, at least not when a police officer was there, making his hearing as ready and attentive as a radar... | |

| When Shunnosuke looked at Lewis' arm, he'd fine that it was mostly bandaged, save for his palm and fingers, which looked a bit scarred, but nothing life-threatening. "Very sore, but it's not even close to what I deserve. I am sure I'll get these bandages off soon," he said, running his other hand across his arm like he was checking on it. He didn't seem to be in any immediate pain. "And why are you being formal? I am pretty sure I know why you're here, so I am sure you didn't come here to be nice," he said, chuckling at his own dark situation. Qwentyn just remained silent, not interfering directly at all with the two speaking. "So, I take it you're holding up? Learned some things?" Lewis asked. | |

| — Really? You don't know me well enough then. — Shunnosuke chuckled along, sarcastically. One thing he had to admit, Lewis probably knew indeed why the boy was there. He just didn't expect the man to be so blunt and straightforward about it, tho. Not when he knew Qwentyn's cautious stare was over the two, making Kurosawa feel like a bird of prey's target. — Though, you're right...I'm worried about your state, yes, but I didn't come here only to check on you. — The teen again looked briefly to Qwentyn through the corner of his eyes. It seemed like a remote possibility to get rid of that nuisance... If there was no other way to make the Officer leave them to their privacy, Shunnosuke would just sigh and proceed to his business, though a bit cautious with his choice of words. — I want to hear your side of the story. How did you get involved in this? More like, who got you involved? — A not so direct way of asking what is that redhead hooded lady's true identity and how her business with Lewis started. | |

| A short question, that would bring forth a rather long answer. "I guess I should go over what happened at the beginning." he wasn't loud, and lowered his voice somewhat so he was free to talk a bit more liberally, even if Qwentyn was overhearing. He didn't seem to care too much. "Before my brother and I left Greece we came across the woman a day or so before a riot in town. She just wore something else, and offered us a quick chance to take back the town that would soon have a violent riot. To be honest, we, or at least, I almost did, but we ended up saying no, and just somehow escaped Greece during the riot. After we made it here, we started to try and find work. He went and did his thing, I got a small job and started college online, but I got distracted more by trying to think of ways to come back and just take back what I lost, even if by force. That's when she showed up again, outside and down the street from where my current job was." Even as he spoke Qwentyn remained silent when Lewis paused. "It was insane. She somehow went all the way here like she was looking for me. She offered me the deal again, and at the time I maybe was too bewildered, cause she obviously had something she wasn't telling me, or I was too enraged with how my home was taken, even though I perhaps could've made a fair life here, so I accepted her deal. And I got this," he said, lifting his arm, something the officer could not see, at least not immediately.
"She wanted me to find someone for her. She couldn't remember everything apparently, she lost her memory I guess. But they were important, maybe a family member or something. She told me everything she knew, and I started hunting. I got confused and I thought Rinna was the first one, and strangely enough, I did believe it at first. I tried one night to catch her and kidnap her but she got away, and I learned about "Dally". I dunno why I was latched onto that hint...I think what I got was getting in my head, like I was going insane or losing control. I could've just been pissed off and not thinking straight." he said, looking at his bandaged arm at the power he once had. "The rest is pretty much history. I found Lune, I tried to stop Rinna, she was watching her, and we all fell into the other "place". I injured her and got away. I was gonna have the woman look to see if she was the one, but apparently not. Actually, she may have been, but that one girl took her away before she could look. I am guessing who she is looking for was not someone from another place. I thought it may have been here in Azores." He took a deep breath, and sat back. "I think that's everything. If I am forgetting anything, I can tell you what I know."

| Shunnosuke listened to everything, impressed that Lewis would state all the facts from the beginning in one go. It facilitated things on his side pretty much. Most references to the "unknown" and supernatural events were pretty discreet, meaning Qwentyn would hear his explanations without feeling alarmed and, most importantly, raising his suspicions over the student.
— Alright. I appreciate you telling me everything. Still...there are also a few loose ties in this. First, what's with the fixation with "Dally" and how did you learn about that girl? What exactly did that woman tell you in regards to your targets? I mean, if you and her targeted two totally different girls with apparently nothing in common, what was your criteria for so in first place? — Shunnosuke remained a bit silent, trying to process everything and organize his own thoughts before going on, while attempting to not push everything at once, but...there was too much he wanted to ask. He bit his lower lip and made a pensive face, later crossing his arms and resting one hand by his chin. — ...if you had succeeded to handle Lune to that woman...did you know what could have happened or did she leave you in the dark?

| "That is another tangent actually. See, I had to come to visit my brother; Ariston, since you know him I take it, at the academy and I happened to meet her during on her last year. She didn't seem to like me, but she kept in touch with Ariston. I had tried to tail her home and attack her there, and I remember using one of the abilities I got from this-" he gestured to his arm again. "-since I got caught following her in her home. I think I lost my mind, cause all I heard from her after using my power was nothing but noise for a bit. I probably overheard her on the phone talking to her since I remember kicking something to the side when I went crazy." This was something new. Even Qwentyn could not mask his own suspicion. The man admitted to breaking and entering into Rinna's home? He was dumbfounded, as though she never mentioned that the first time she was interrogated. "As for my actual target, I had almost no clues. All I knew was that they were and still are on these islands, and that they probably have been for a while now. Naturally that wasn't a good clue, so when I tailed Rinna, I tried her as my first target, but when she yelled to "Dally" to run over the struggle, I thought maybe she was the one. Ariston and her kept in touch, and he knows, so for all I know, Ariston could have told her the whole deal, Rinna was one of his best students according to him." When he was asked about what the woman planned to do, he frowned. "I...I don't know actually. I would've gotten actual power, and I could return home, but to her, I have no idea. But, the thing is, you have to watch out for her," he warned with a grave face. "Since I have gone through all of this I have been thinking, this woman is definitely planning something. If you plan on taking her on, do NOT take her now. You saw what she did to me. You have to trust me, if you haven't before, this woman is on another level." He put his fingers to his chin, as if pondering more on the subject. | |

| — ...I trust you. — Perplexed. That word described Shunnosuke pretty much at that moment. This time, too much information going on. First, Ariston staying in touch with Rinna? That seemed a bit off. Not impossible, if Rinna's indeed a former Zela student, but, perhaps it was just his stingy and resentful side talking, it seemed unlikely. And according to Lewis, he knew everything and still didn't warned Rinna about her imminent danger. In their first meeting, Ariston had a weary, worried façade, it didn't make sense if the respectable teacher Rhodes had some degree of involvement and complicity in that crime. On the other hand, Lewis didn't seem to be lying about it... Second, stalking a girl to her house and trying to assault her there? Talking about being reckless and risky, but that's so horrifying Shunnosuke couldn't help but to have his jaw dropped. Too many things to understand and be horrified at, geez.
— ...Hum, there are two things I still don't get. — In his stillness he glanced briefly in Qwentyn's direction, looking to the man and checking how's his expression in sight of the recent events, but not only this. Insecurity has also hit him a little, pondering how to make his further questions without making his involvement in the case explicit. After taking his time, the student went on: — I remember my friend, who happens to be an acquaintance of Rinna, told me he tried to talk to her and she couldn't spell your name no matter what. Plus, he said she seemed confused, as if under some mental condition or witchery. Do you have something to do with that? Also, you mentioned "she told you everything she knew". Can you repeat what exactly that lady said? Or that meeting itself, everything you think its useful.

| He scrunched his lips together. "It was something I could do," he said vaguely on purpose. "I could erase all traces of myself and distort my appearance, but one person I knew had to remember everything. And in the heat of the moment, I had picked Rinna to remember. I thought if I killed her then, I could eliminate all traces and keep my power going, without anyone able to find me as long as I stayed in Azores. So even when the crime happened, at first I didn't get caught by public eye. They acted like it never happened or I didn't exist." He explained. A noticeable sigh from Qwentyn could be heard from a distance away, in disbelief.
"Like I said, all she told me was that they were on the islands and have been for some time. How long I am not sure. Maybe she remembers now, so who knows. I just hope she doesn't come back to do more harm..." he suddenly grew an almost wretched look on his face along with a shudder.

| Shunnosuke gave a cornered look to Qwentyn, whose presence he had forgotten by now, as he heard his sigh, making a disapproving face to the officer before turning his attention to Lewis again. — ...I hope the same. Do you know if she is being assisted with that task, or if she's following orders? Names, physical description, everything you can think of. — In the meantime, he remembered the previous conversation with the Investigative Team, the one at the restaurant Hyde's a employee...and also their little incursion in the alternate world. The image of that lady kept coming to his mind, the meeting with her... The more he thought about everything that happened, more questions popped up in his mind.— She does know she's being chased, that's a fact and she even knows by whom. What I want to know is: how? How can she have access to their full names? Does she have some "power" that allows her to detect a closer presence or something similar to that? — Shunnosuke didn't know if that was even possible. Then again, at this point, what isn't..? | |

| "If she was, she never told me. You're better off finding her yourself or getting in her way. I just don't think taking her head on is good right now...I dunno, I am obviously too afraid of the lady...I don't know how she knows all this either. I didn't think too much on it, and just believed her when she gave me this. Not like I had any room to question really. I had a sort of ultimatum to work to..." he said, scratching the scruff on his chin that was growing a bit more. Qwentyn didn't seem to make any obvious reactions, except fiddling with something on his chest and remaining quiet. | |

| — I see. — He muttered after Lewis's conclusion. He couldn't really blame Lewis for being afraid of that woman, for he felt the same when he met her. Brief silence moment aside, he continued: — ...if you don't mind me asking, why did you confess, Mr. Lewis? Once those girls were returned to their homes, you could have avoided all of this by laying low. Later, you could even return to your homeland if you were careful and intelligent enough, but now... — The student expressed hints of worry for Lewis's state. He didn't really want to say his odds for fulfilling his desire are just non-existent, it's better to leave the sentence incomplete, after all, to the wise, half word is enough. — Then...why? What business do you have in Greece that is worth risking your freedom and losing your life?

| He frowned. He was kind of hoping it didn't come to that. "Well, when I was caught, I knew I wasn't going to be let go. Time was up...even if I don't get convicted of every charge, I am gonna be here for a while. And I just....my life was taken from me after I was finished. I could have ran, but I wouldn't have been let go. I was way too worn out....and..I didn't want to leave without Ariston. He's stuffy, but he's my brother, and I knew after it was all done that he wasn't going to go with me. He's probably gonna be mad at me now, but it would defeat the purpose if I failed and still went." He ran his good wrist across his eyes, perhaps to wipe out an itch.
"And I wasn't gonna let me and him get run out of Greece and act like we deserved it. We aren't refugees. We're people, right? If we get run out, we come back stronger and take over. That's just how war and turmoil works. To end it, you gotta fight harder than the other guys. ANd I learned that the hard way. Law is just sometimes a waste if you have to do things. I did what I had to do to get it done, but now that it is over, of course I am now feeling bad for those I hurt. And it sucks." He sighed heavily and leaned back. "That's pretty much all I know. But if you have anything else, I can tell you what I am leaving out."

| The student smiled at Lewis's words. Shunnosuke didn't have siblings and in all honesty he didn't care about it, but it was nice to know the man had someone to rely on...and vice-versa. Something unknown to him that evoked his compassion. — And again, I'm right. You aren't as bad as everyone paints you. — After all, "someone who can ravage Rinna Lauderdale shouldn't be a bad person". — I'm well aware of Mr. Ariston's behavior. He's been under stress lately, as you can already guess, fine as he can be in this situation. I can tell he's more than so worried about you, but I'll let him speak for himself when he comes visit you in person. — He picked his mobile phone from the pocket of blazer, checking the time. It felt like he spent the whole afternoon talking to the criminal, but the clock device on its screen would state otherwise, since not too long have passed since his arrival. — I suppose I should be on my way now. Thank you for your time, Mr. Lewis. It's a shame you've been dragged to this drama... Is there anything you want me to tell your brother? | |

| He dropped whatever face he had into one of bleakness. "I really am as bad as people say. I am easily swayed, not very intelligent, and rash. I had no plan. And I failed. I knew the power was probably too muh of a gamble, but I was willing to take it. Ariston knows that. Or at least, I think he does," he said with a frown. "The younger brother is always an annoyance." He was quiet when he said that, more talking to himself. "But hopefully you guys can be safe and hopefully what is going on will be fixed. Don't worry about Ariston when he comes by again I will probably have to think of something to tell him....Do what you gotta do." Lewis said, with a sad, but hopeful look in his eyes. He really looked like he was not giving up, and not exactly relinquishing hope, but resigning to give it to this young man and his group. Maybe there was a chance. | |

| — I'll be careful. We all will, and soon you will be here no more. — Shunnosuke nodded with a smile, confident that everything would turn out for the best in the end. He wasn't sure what he's dealing with nor he was the type to let out hopeful, motivational words and share positive thinking above everything else, that's Hyde's job, but after talking to the man, he felt way better about it all. — See you next time, then. — After, he walked back in the silent Officer's direction. — I'm done for today. You can escort me to the exit now, please. | |
