| Sharaku remained watching passively, his gaze following Oki silently when the other made a move to walk towards him instead of explaining the earlier posed question. He would stay standing still, up until the moment he was asked to follow. He still wasn't getting the point, as he didn't really see that as an adequate explanation. On the other hand, it's not like it mattered that much. Internally shrugging to himself, he would turn to follow, whatever it was that Oki wanted to go watch.
When asked to look at the graves, he would lift his eyebrows briefly, still somewhat out of the loop but do so anyway. Not an activity he thought he would be doing at this time of the day, but it wasn't like he was going to have nightmares from looking at graves in the dark. Though, he was rather confused when he ended up seeing weirdly colored butterflies. It..didn't make much sense. Butterflies..were nice. But he wouldn't associate them with this kind of place if asked. ''..Weird.'', he would mutter under his breath absentmindedly, but not saying anything else as he gazed forward, seemingly thinking about something.((Lol. Had to. Black and blue butterflies :3)) He would turn his head to look at Oki, however, when the other startled him out of his thoughts by a question. ''No. Not really. I don't mind either way. If you want to, it's your call.'', he would answer after a few moment of contemplating with slightly narrowed gaze. He was pretty much neutral about it. He wasn't about to either directly accept or decline such offer. He both could, and didn't need to. It was all what if anyway.

| (Butterfly Shaku <3. ^^)
Oki continued to watch the strange phenomena that were the butterflies that came out of the graves in silence for a while longer, content that it was sharing the odd event with another. This sharing did not necessarily mean anything, but as Oki allowed the butterfly to land on its hand, the being had to wonder if maybe some sort of spirit had brought him and Sharaku together. After all, the being did not believe in chance no matter what others said. Spirits, the dead, and other superstitions were a deep part of Oki that had been engraved in the being long before it had become the being it was today. However, no matter how hard Oki tried to recall who placed such belief there, the only thing its memories could dig up was the black shadowy figure that caused shivers to go down its spine every time. Strange memories aside, Oki would remain quiet for a few moments longer. It would miss the mutter the man gave as it remained lost in its thoughts. The being only came out of its thoughts enough to ask its question as the sky continue to darken and the strange butterflies began to lessen in their numbers as a few stragglers fluttered to catch up with the masses.
When Oki heard the response from the other its green eyes would drift from the butterfly on its hand as it turned slightly to look at the other fully. Scanning the other’s strange eyes for lies or jesting, Oki would remain observing for a while longer before it nodded at the other with a light smile upon its lips.
“Oki would like that. Perhaps here or in another place we shall meet and have another nice discussion” the being said quietly and then pausing for a moment, it would lift the butterfly on its hand to show Sharaku. “It is getting dark outside, so Oki will not keep Shaku if he does not wish to stay. Would you like a companion to go with you home or are you perhaps happier on your own?” Oki asked as the butterfly opened and closed its wings slightly as it remained perched on the being’s gloved hand.

| Sharaku looked back calmly, waiting silently as Oki took the time to observe him before answering. ''I'm not the one to keep to trivial plans, so it'd be up to you to catch me somewhere.'', he'd say in a causal tone, his gaze shifting between Oki and the butterfly languidly. He couldn't say whether he'd come around to this place again, and if the other didn't plan on maintaining some sort of actual contact, it would be pretty much up to chance for them to meet again. He wasn't going to seek, nor avoid it. If it happened, it would. If not, he wasn't going to be sad. While he kept people in mind, he usually didn't feel compelled to spend time with them out of his own choice unless he knew them well already, or had a reason for it. Still, he wouldn't kick an aquaintance away if they wanted to stick around. As long as they did not annoy him too much.
''Hm.'', he would hum shortly, when Oki asked whether he'd like company on his way home. ''I think I'll stick with my previous words. Your choice. If you want to, be my guest. However, I don't live around the corner, so it would take some of your time.'', he'd answer after a short moment of contemplation. He really didn't care which way it'd be. Though, he would give a fair warning. They'd have to walk all the way to another island. Who knew if Oki was up for that, even if it wanted to follow him around. That said, he'd wait for the other's decision before going. It was rather dark by now, yes, but he wasn't hurrying too much. It wasn't going to kill him.

| Oki kept its small smile upon its lips as it shook its head lightly at Sharaku’s answer. Mmm. As expected. Like everything with this man, nothing was set in stone and yet it seemed that nothing was truly forbidden either. Everything was left to chance and self choices. It was an interesting way of life that Oki wasn’t used to seeing or experiencing; however, the change was not necessarily bad. It just took some time to get used to.
Heh. Time. Yes. Time would indeed be needed to get to know this one better. At this stage in the game, the man was an interesting subject of study and had gained enough respect from the being to be allowed to leave, so as the other made his remark about chance, the being nodded as it looked back at the other again.
“Then I shall leave it to Chance. I think once day she and Lady Luck will bring us together again,” Oki said with a light smile before falling silent once more to observe the butterfly. When Oki made Sharaku the offer to give him a companion back home, the being found itself chuckling lightly as its free hand went up to its lips to stifle the amused laugh that came about when the other answered.
“Oki will give you this companion to light your way home,” the being said as it moved its hand causing the butterfly to flutter its wings and take flight. The strange butterfly drifted lightly around Sharaku before landing on his shirt with a light glow.
Keeping the smile on its face, Oki gestured towards the door that led back to the shop.
“Come Mr. Shaku. Let Oki walk you to the door,” the being said before letting its hand drop to its side before it was drifting forward and past the man. The being would only pause in its walking to see if the other was following and if he was, Oki would continue down the dimly lit halls until they reach the store front again.
The old antique shop was beginning to sink into shadows as the streets outside became quieter. Oki would drift towards the door of the antique and stop at the exit as it looked back at Sharaku with a light smile.
“It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Sharaku. Let us hope Chance brings us together again,” the being said as it bowed respectfully to the other as the butterfly on the man’s shirt took flight once more. The small creature would drift outside and then hover around the door glowing lightly as it waited for Sharaku, so it could "walk" him home.

| Sharaku almost opened his mouth to comment that Luck didn't really like him, but decided to swallow it in the end. It's not like he cared enough. If they didn't meet again, it would be fine with him too. While the talk itself was interesting at some points, it wasn't enough for him to actually want a second meeting in a way that he would go after it himself. He would only nod lightly, not saying anything until the next question came up. And he was, again, about to ask what did Oki mean...but got somewhat distracted by the butterfly. He watched it flutter for a while, before Oki spoke again. ''Hm?'', he would look up at the other. ''Allright.''
He would follow with calm strides, turning to face Oki at the farewell. ''The pleasure was all mine,'', he would respond, with a faint smile, giving a few quizzical blinks at the butterfly, and walking off.....

| Oki returned the light smile that Sharaku gave it when the man made his farewell. As the being watched the man and the butterfly move off into the cool night, the small smile would become a faint amused grin as the being closed its eyes for the moment, thinking back on the conversation. It was true nothing too important was given or taken from the situation, but at least Oki now had a face it knew. While the being was still uncertain of the man, it could not help, but to think that one day Chance and Luck would bring them back together. Even if the man did not believe it himself, Oki believed in the spirits and what they could do.
With a light chuckle to itself, the being would go back inside and begin shutting down the shop for the day. If it could trust the wind’s coolness, then the next day would be freezing. Best be prepared for that.
