Naito had gotten rather used to this makeshift jail cell he was currently residing in. His feet was kicked up, his book was in hand, and his eyes scanned the pages. It wasn't everyday he got the solitude he wanted most. However, things seemed to be picking up here in this strange building; he could certainly tell. Call it intuition of sorts, but the Tsurunai believed his break time was coming to an end. He closed his eyes for a few seconds and began to focus on the sounds coming outside his cell door. He suspected that woman who was so keen on staying with him was somewhere nearby. He couldn't get a good feel on her abilities, but he believed she was capable seeing her on the Deepnight Deadline with the rest of those killers. Well, if it was going to do something, he might aswell did it now. Yachiru was waiting for him on the top of the tower, and waiting for a blade to go through his throat.
The silver haired egotistical emperor would close his book and place it on the bed. Stretching his limbs, he'd stand from the bed and move towards the door. The properties of this tower reminded him of Limbo, meaning now he had access to his Persona. That was helpful, but he wouldn't need something so powerful to escape from a room such as this. So instead, he reached into his vest and removed to white gloves that he'd place on his hands in a nonchalant manner. Once this was done, an azure light would appear with the palms of his hands, and soon both his blades, Sugari-No-Ontachi and Totsuka-no-Tsurugi. With both blades in hand, he's force his left shoulder folder, slashing horizontally with the Ontachi before immediately following up with with a vertical slash from the Tsurugi. And with the final strike, he'd lift his left foot and kick forward into the doorway to break it down.
With this, the silver haired teen would walk into the corridor this this makeshift prison. His eyes scanned the scene as his blades remained down by his sides. "Alright... Let's take a look around this place before heading towards the top."

When Naito finally decided to break from his makeshift cell, the hallways would be twisted in an abnormal pattern, but nonetheless empty. The deep crimson aura of the place remained, that gave it a sort of essence of Limbo, but no Shadows seemed to be roaming the area whatsoever. Was the security so lax that no one decided to watch his door to see when he'd be leaving? If only he'd be so lucky. The sound of footsteps came from the left side of the corridor he stood within, and the person who they belonged too didn't even bother hiding her footsteps. Instead, there was a 'wanting' expression on her face, as she made her way to a few steps from Naito. "I've been waiting down here all this time, and finally you decided to leave that cell. You know, I even left the door open for you, but you cut it down instead. Just like a true warrior should, I am content."
One of the 5 KingS roaming the tower... She seems to have a sort of fetish for those who use swords.
Reaching behind her back, she'd remove her sheath that held her own blade within. A smile came across her face as her left hand reached for the hilt. "I was told I could only touch you if you left that room. Now here you are, it's almost like you wanted me to find you. I refuse to let any of those fakes touch you, you're mine to kill. So honor me with a fight to the death!" She seemed entirely willing to fight him in this thin corridor in a one on one bout. She had done her research on her opponent, which did give her an unfair advantage, but that was how battles went. This was a battlefield, not a walk in the park. "Oh, and by the way..." The woman gave a malicious grin as she tilted her head down. "Your little friends have entered the tower. They've already cleared the first floor, but I'll be slitting their throats soon once their use is complete. Are you going to stand for that, Onii-chan? Heh, I'll also be slitting the throat of your sister once this is over with too. I can do anything I want since this world won't be here for much longer. Why not practice my killing techniques on the Tsurinai family's weak link?" The woman was just egging him on, she had no reason to go after his family. She was too honorable to do underhanded tactics to take the victory. She did, however, expect some form of retaliation.
Footsteps began to be heard coming from the opposite sidie of the hallway this this precise moment..

The Tsurinai's silver eyes would narrow at the sound of footsteps, and he'd turn towards the direction of their source. Of course it'd be this woman who seemed so obsessed with him. He believed she had some mental issues at this point. "A fight to the death? If I need to defend myself against you, I'll take your challenge. You seem to be ready to die." The silver haired raised his sword and pointed it towards the female. He honestly had no interest in killing this female, but the comments about his "friends" coming into the tower made him raise his brow. He already suspected they would show up, though he couldn't call them friends. He hadn't talk to them in years. It'd be more factual to call them comrades during catastrophe. However, when she mentioned slitting his sister's throat, he raised his left arm and kept his blade at a steady height. "For a woman who talks of honor, the fact you'd threaten the life of a sickly girl is unbecoming. But if that's how you plan on playing this, I'll give you the sentence you crave... Death." The azure sign of the Persona card slowly floated downward above him and in a swift motion, he sliced through it with his blade, causing it to shatter.
Baal appeared in all its glory; releasing a powerful howl that resembled thunder. The corridor itself seemed to shake at the Persona's presence. However, the silver haired Tsurinai stood behind the massive Persona clad in armor. It was like a barrier between the two humans in the room. The sound of his Persona surely would alert others to his location, which he figured, but it didn't really bother him at the moment. After all, once the opponent in him was taken care of, things would continue to follow suit. Telling from that television program, she was one of the three others that needed to be dealt with, excluding Yachiru himself. But Naito believed that man was too weak to protect himself, thus why he went through this effort of hiring mercenaries and having Shadows to do his work for him. And he also thought if the noise from his Persona drew in more of these fools who wanted to change the world, then the others would have an easier time traversing the tower.
So it was coming down to either killing this woman or stalling her. Unlike his comrades, the Tsurinai was not against taking the life of another as long as it secured a positive future for himself. So in that regard, he'd take his stance and prepare himself for the woman's advance. His Persona followed suit..
"Alright then. Come."

Initiating PvP Combat.. It's the Killer, do not Die..
"As I thought, we are very different. After the research I had done on you, I figured we were one and the same. Two souls born on the battlefield. However, your battlefield was that catastrophe that befell this region those many years ago. Back then you were one of solitude, just like me. Not needing anyone to perform your tasks. Now look at you..." The woman grasped her blade and pointed it towards the silver haired young man with a frown. "You show reaction when I mention those who you've made these "bonds" with. Your solitude ended the moment you let those people into your life. You're weak now. Weaker than you were all those years ago because you lost the strength being alone gave you." Her blade suddenly began to shatter off, separating into various pieces before spiraling around her like leaves in a forest. What was left of the blade blade was but a 3 inch dagger she continued to point towards him.
"Originally you were supposed to be the Fifth King of our organization, but you lost your way. I haven't given up on you, however. I'll bring you back to the how you were in the past." With that said, the woman took her own battle post, grasping her dagger in a back handed grip and keep her eyes locked on both the Persona and the teen who wielded it. There was one thing to note, and it was that the Persona was clad in armor, and probably not as swift with its size. So the shards of paper that came from her blade shot outward like a shotgun blast. They looked to make it past the Persona, some shards going through its legs, others over the shoulders, and even beneath the arms, to make it difficult to block them all. Their target was Naito.
And if this Persona believed it could ignore her altogether and focus on protecting its owner, it'd be in for a rude awakening. The Third King's dagger was always radiating a strange glow, and soon she shot forward with a graceful flip she seemed to have full control over, even in midair, and came down with the dagger. However, the dagger suddenly expanded into a massive blade that came down to slice straight through the iron clad Persona as if it were a loaf of bread. Blocked or potentially dodged, Ree would advance with a secondary upward slash towards the supernatural entity. In this corridor, it would have trouble dodging any of her attacks unless it planned on moving forward or back, so it'd have to take the brunt of her attacks straight on. She knew once she got rid of it, Naito would have to rely on his own strength, which would be quite the ordeal for him against a warrior such as hers.
"So tell me..! Who brainwashed you into thinking working with others was the solution to your problems? If you handled everything yourself, you wouldn't even be in this predicament! No, instead Limbo would have shaped the world into your image..!"

The Tsurinai's eyes narrowed towards the woman when she confessed about looking into him. He was rather surprised anyone was able to look up information about him. More so surprised anyone had the audacity to learn about him in such a secretive way. "The fact you speak to me of solitude is almost humorous. If you knew anything about me, then you'd know I was never alone to begin with. I have no one you'd call a close friend, but I do have comrades. But even more specifically, I have family. My whole purpose of battling Limbo was for Miki's sake, not my own. My purpose came from her, and thus my strength aswell. I was never alone." The silver haired young man would tilt his head to the side before giving a thin smirk towards his female counterpart. "..But you may have a point. I haven't needed to use my Persona in times of war for years. Perhaps I am weaker than I was before, but that shouldn't be a problem. I'm a natural when it comes to inflicting pain among others." With those words, the combat commenced.
His keen silver eyes took notice of her blade breaking apart, and he was rather surprised. He had not seen a technique such as this before, so he decided to be on guard for now. He presumed with this much control over the said blade, she could use them as a projectile or some sort of weapon from afar. And like he guessed, the blades came his way. They got pass his Persona easily, not because of the Persona lacking the ability to handle them, but more so because the Tsurinai needed his Persona to keep her off him. So as the shards reached him, the swordsman would take a deep breath before suddenly slashing forward in flawless motions without an inch of time between. Using his own reaction time, and his Death Rush skill, he'd begin to use his dual swords to deflect any shards of paper that had the possibility of hitting him. Throughout this motion, he twisted his body and spun towards the corner of the corridor so none of the projectiles could hit him from a blind spot behind him. It was an old method of keeping one's back against the wall.
During this, the female decided to attack the Persona directly. One would think she was a fool for this, but somehow she mustered the strength actually be a formidable opponent, even without a persona.. That made no sense. How could a mere human fight on par with a supernatural entity without the use of a Persona? Those question would need to be answered. The massive Persona would raise a coffin and block the upward strike, using its own skill of Akasha Arts. The clash caused the corridor to shake, as two high level skills were being put upon each other. The Persona would push her away through this clash, as she had a smaller body than its own, but she was already making her way back with an upward slash. Surprisingly, the Persona took the attack straight to the gut, but in return it would send the coffin in its hand right down upon the woman, attempting to clam her directly into the ground. When her attack had hit, its own attack was in the motion of hitting her aswell in a swift manner. And seeing how the Persona's speed (Luck) was higher than hers, it would be slightly faster enough to pull this off with a high rate of success.
"Limbo is just one outlet I can use to shape this world to my liking. When I went through its trial, I realized humanity was being used as pawns for a higher being. I despise Gods and Devils that play with the fate of humans, and as such I rejected Limbo and everything about it. If I'm going to change anything, it'll be by my hands and by force. I am my own God, and humans have something called 'Will' that rivals the power of any God or Demon."

Traits:
—Strength Name: Iaido Swordsmanship —Description: A modern Japanese martial art associated with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard or saya, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. Iaido's emphasis on precise, controlled, and fluid motions allow Naito to attack brutally in strings before falling back to sheath his sword and prepare for the next attack. Naito is so proficient that he had won tournaments in his previous schools and gained a powerful reputation.
—Strength Name: Swift Assault —Description: Naito is swift, allowing him to perform his attacks/defenses in rapid succession each post.
—Strength Name: Intelligent —Description: Being one of the top of his class, Naito is very smart for his age. He can connect the dots between two separate "puzzles" and understand complex situations much easier than the next guy. This allows him to read most people and say the right words to gain their trust.
—Strength Name: Parry Master —Description: Using his skills, Naito can use his sheath/O-katana/limbs to parry physical attacks and counter attack in one fluid motion. When doing his parry, he redirects his opponent's force to stagger their footing and attack in the split second of vulnerability.
—Strength Name: Keen Reflex —Description: Naito has keen reflexes allowing him to react faster than his fellow peers. He can react to things his eyes can see within reason.
—Weakness Name: Over Confident —Description: Naito is Over Confident in his own abilities, making him usually rush into situations alone. He may forcefully keep his allies back so he can fight an enemy alone. This also comes to modern life situations aswell.
—Weakness Name: Not without my Blade —Description: Naito's physical combat revolves solely around Swordsmanship. Without a blade, he refuses to attack and will only defend. He believes the only attack worth making should be sword based. (This does not translate over to his Persona)
—Weakness Name: Chivalry —Description: Naito refuses to attack females. No matter the girl, he will be forced to defend or hurt her another way. He will never attack a female willingly unless absolutely necessary.
—Weakness Name: I Control their Fate —Description: Naito will not allow anyone to take the life of another person unless he gives them permission to do so. This meaning, in battle he may be inclined to take a hit for a downed opponent/ally to keep them alive. This is if someone attempts to take a life before him without his consent.

"Your sister must be very proud to have such a carrying brother such as you, Tsurinai. Perhaps we're not so different, because once upon I time, I too had a sister that helped me muster strength." The woman moved the hilt of her blade over her head as the coffin came crashing down on her. She attempted to use it as a shield, activating another skill within the Shadow of the blade to counter the attack but at the same time her body would go flying backwards and into a roll from the force of the Tier 3 blow. Though she was forced back, the shards of paper continued to do their work towards the owner of the beast. He was smart to put his back to the corner, but at the same time this just allowed the paper to come together and form what appeared to be a small hive of blades. This would allow her to focus the point of attack all upon him at the same time.
"Unlike you, born into a wealthy family, I was born on the streets. I never knew my family, but I did know my sister. We fended for each other for years, until she got mixed in with a man she thought she was in love with. Next thing I knew, she was gone and I was truly alone.." The shards of paper shot towards the silver haired teen again, just like before as if a shotgun were being fired into him. She wondered how long he'd be able to keep up his deflecting. As long as he was pinned down, he was going no where. "In my solitude, I found the resolve to push forward. I found strength I could never know by clinging onto others. I found honor in my life, and thus I became a machine of war. When I was contacted by Yachiru to participate in this, I wasn't interested. Not until I saw the children I'd be up against. Then my interest was piqued..!" She gave a smirk as she regained her defensive stance and began to strafe left and right, looking for a point of attack on the Samurai that blocked her way from getting to him.
She did listen to his words about Limbo and wishing to create a world with his own power. The words made a smile come to her face as she ushered out a low hum. "You sound like a certain man who's trying to change this world at the top of the tower right now. Are you sure you're fighting for the right side? I recall you saying you wouldn't lay a hand on him as long as he changed things with human hands, correct? Aren't you contradicting yourself right now?" As long as her paper shards continued to attack and keep him pinned down, Ree believed she had the advantage. However, this Persona was quite troublesome. But even then, she knew it had its own limits to how many times it could take an attack before shattering. She'd need her next few skills to count.

"Miki has no idea how far I'd go to ensure her future. Though even then, I'm sure there's a part of her that knows how dedicated I am to her. After all, she was the first person to see me for who I truly am. And if your sister was the same way, then you must have found a strength inside yourself aswell." His keen eyes watched the woman forced back from Baal's attack, and the Persona stood its ground with blade drawn and coffin to its back. Naito wondered why she was so interested in him to want him to join their group of Kings. At first he believed she had some form of mental issue towards him just because he shared the love for blades, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps this mention of her sister made him realize something? Was it envy for him still having a close connection with his own when she had lost hers? The silver haired swordsman had no choice but to continue listening to her story. She was born on the streets, sure, but that was no excuse for her joining this group of misfits to end the world.
The moment she said he was truly alone, her assault began again, and the silver haired teenager began his counter assault, using both blades to deflect the paper shards away. Once again, he needed to use one of his skills for this, but this was getting rather old. He did have an idea, however. A way to escape this situation with this woman who most likely had some years over him in experience when it came to blades crossing. "A Machine of War who found their honor, correct? If that's the case, then wouldn't it be more honorable to end this madness instead of prolonging it? Whatever is going on at the peak of this tower, you can end it." He knew she wouldn't take his words seriously, so instead of prolonging this, he'd just take a breath. "Though, talking to you is a waste of time, isn't it? You've made up your mind, so I'll see just how strong your "solitude" is."
When she made the comment on how he was similar to Yachiru, his silver eyes narrowed. "You're correct, I did say that. And I am contradicting myself. At the end of the day, you could say I am a spoiled child. I will not allow him to succeed where I failed..." The first moment after this statement, Baal ushered out a roar as a sudden burst of lightning burst forward and began to tear the corridor apart. It tore the corridor apart as it headed towards the Third King, and filled the hallway with a bright light continuing on for 20 meters with no signs of stop. Since this corridor was so small, this tier 3 skill was easy to fill the entirety of the corridor when it went towards the female. Even if she somehow dodged her evaded this, the corridor itself would have been partially destroyed, leaving rubble between the two of them. That would atleast buy him enough time to think of his next move. He knew it wouldn't stop her, seeing how she was able to clash with his own Persona.
Regardless, he'd force himself out the corner he was in and begin to make his way down the opposite side of the corridor she was on at a steady pace. He figured if she couldn't physically see her miniature blades or their target, she wouldn't be able to attack with precision like earlier, which would give him time to escape. It was a gamble, but a gamble he needed to take to think of a suitable counter for this woman.

"You.." The woman's words began to fall into a fit of silence as her eyes seemed to shrink back. It was almost as if he had hit a nerve with her with the words he had just spoken. It was atleast enough time to make her hesitate. Who would think her sister still held any ground in her heart to make her actually hesitate in actual combat. Perhaps she truly was not a Machine, because machines lacked feelings of any time. Her heart still made her human, and her longing still made her vulnerable. In that brief moment where she stopped her attack, she took note of the flash of lightning that seemed to truck forth from the boy's Persona. She began to run backwards from the lightning, grasping her blade and using the remaining tempest slash to slice into a wall and hurdle herself into the opening to escape danger. However, even when she did this the hallway would collapse behind her, meaning she had no way to escape until she was able to use her next move. And lucky for him, she had lost contact with her miniature blades, so they fell flat to the ground and returned to just being mere shreds of paper.
Giving a sigh, she looked at her blade with dark eyes. His words irritated her. For someone born on the battlefield she seemed rather soft. Whoever, she decided she needed this time to think to herself; alone. Maybe it'd help her come to terms with her own issues before going out to face this boy again. So with a short breath, she leaned against the wall and fell to her backside. Her eyes remained opened, looking at the dark ceiling, and the blade by her side seemed to resonate as if it were attempting to cheer her up. "It's fine, Philyra. I hesitated this time, but next time I won't. I'll repudiate him utterly. That boy reminds me too much of my past, and that's why I want him dead. I can't start new with a slash of my past walking around in human form. I'll kill him, and I'll kill his 'comrades' aswell." With those bold words, the woman closed her eyes and began to rest. Her blade, however, stayed active and watched the scene to make sure no one disturbed its master's rest.

"Wow, I never expected you to handle her alone. You kids are really something, aren't you?" The other pair of footsteps coming from the opposite end of the hallway finally made themselves known. The figure that stood before Naito this time was a familiar face. The same face that caused much of the issues in Ueitawa the years ago, and a man that was said to be dead but apparently wasn't?
Aburai Mojii, the Culprit of last plot that was believed to be killed. Is this the real man, or another fake?
"Hey, did you get taller recently? It's been years since we've seen each other." The man rubbed the back of his neck and gave a smile to the Persona-User before rolling his eyes to the side. "You should pick your battles abit more carefully. I don't know if you can beat that woman alone. She's stronger than you for the time being, especially since she has someone supporting her from the shadows. Until you take out that support, defeating the Kings will be impossible. But maybe I've said too much, you look like you're trying to get out of this place right now. Well, there's no exit to this basement. Atleast none you can access." The man reached into his brown vest and removed what appeared to be some kind of crest. It gave off an odd glow, giving it a sort of supernatural feel. If the boy looked closely, he'd be able to tell the crest resembled a necklace he had given to his sibling sometime in the past. Or atleast something that could be mistaken for that.
"You may not be able to leave the basement the normal way, but there is a way for you to atleast get to the courtyard. But to do that, you must complete the objective on this floor. What I have here is that very objective. It's going to take you to another world, not so different than our own or completely different. I can't really tell you what you'll find, but you're going to need to complete the objective if you ever want to go see your friends you've created all those useless bonds with. Blah Blah Blah, skipping to the point, I'm giving you an exit to this place. I'll also assist you once you arrive in this other world, if you want to trust me. Regardless, you really don't have a choice do you? You either take this and escape, or stay here where that woman will be hunting you down for good. I'll leave your decision up to you." Aburai, or the man who appeared to look like Aburai, dropped the necklace onto the ground and began to walk away with his hands in his pockets. After a few steps, he vanished in what appeared to be a bloody haze. Was this the real Aburai, or just another fake wandering around? That was for Naito to decide.

Naito's Persona vanished in an azure light as he put some distance between the female and himself. She seemed to hesitate for some reason during their bout, and he was grateful. Dealing with her right now was not on his agenda. Though he could say she was rather competent, so one way or another she'd probably find him down the line. Before he could take a breath of peace, another pair of footsteps came from the way he was headed. It was like this damn corridor was made to get on his nerves.
He'd slide to a stop and raise his blades once again, but when he saw their owner his eyes widened for a few seconds. For some reason he was surprised and at the same time was not. Was this a Shadow, or was this the real man? Regardless, Naito listened to the man and took in all the details. There was too many questions, and the silver haired Tsurinai was feeling quite tired at the moment to put it altogether. So when Aburai left, he simply walked up to the necklace and took it in his hand. "So this will bring me out of the basement, hmm? This tower must have an interesting mechanic to work in such a way.." He muttered to himself while examining the piece of jewelry.

The moment the boy grasped the necklace in his hand, the surroundings began to shake and then vanish... All shattered like glass in a single moment, and he fell into a dark abyss to be transported to another point in reality... One that could have been..
