Kahn pushed into the tower now that the group had gathered together, and were ready to go in. However, they had one other person tagging along, Naito, who was acting rather strangely, but the Tsunari insisted on coming along. Kahn wasn't one to turn down any type of help, but it didn't change the fact that he was acting awfully strange for who he was a year ago. Granted, people changed or so Kahn thought, granted he wasn't one to believe in change in people, but if Naito didn't change then the red haired leader did not know what to call his new state of mind. Though he soon came to realize Naito would rather goof off and flirt with Destiny or laugh at Daiki then actually follow his orders. This was growing to be irritating very quickly. Oh well, he would just have to plan for it.

"Alright, everybody stay close, we don't know what to expect other than the "fun" that Naito mentioned before." Kahn then entered the tower, and was surprised to see a place that looked like Kizuna Acadmey. Well if Kahn knew that Aburai worked here, so it made sense that there would be mistakes or issues they would have to correct here in order to restore Ueitawa to any type of peace it had before. Of course, he had a few mistakes here as well, mainly the group that he awakened with, and what happened to that entire group. Essentially he was the only survivor, but he wasn't going to mention that to the group at this point. After all they were here to fix things, not dwell on them. A habit he made during the case last year, but now he was going to fix those mistakes. No problems there, he imagined it would be difficult, but they should be able to handle it. They had a pretty balanced team, and Naito was just adding to their hitting power. He had seen it first hand, and knew what the spoiled young man was capable of. He guide the group based off instinct and intuition mostly, granted he would glance back to ensure that Naito was at least following him. Granted, he seemed to be paying Destiny a lot of attention, but following the group nonetheless. Destiny was being useful even now...though it might not be in a way that she was hoping. Oh well he turned his attention back to the area before them focusing on avoiding any ambushes that might be lying in wait for them. He wasn't going to make the same damn mistakes if he could help it, no need to go around making more that he wouldn't be able to correct. He wouldn't speak much, but that didn't mean others couldn't ask him the significance of this place in relation to what had happened last year.

The school….it really was here. How odd. Her soulbound weapon remained in her hand as she followed behind Kahn. Tomoe felt like she was trying to take charge, but for now she would let someone else take the helm and see how they perform. She could feel the presences of both Personas in her mind; Valkyrie and her own, Gwenhwyfar. She looked around at the odd sight, and noticed the path looked rather long. Who knows what would lie ahead. They needed to be careful. They were probably stronger than her at the moment, where as she was not. She could feel the power of those around her giving her strength, but unfortunately it was not strong enough to give her any new breakthroughs in power. She would have to forge on ahead and see how it turned out. She would wait for everyone to show up before following Kahn behind, looking around at any detail she may miss. “I know we have just met, but I like to believe I trust you. Let’s move on,” Tomoe simply said to the group, words as strong as steel. She didn't feel like more need be said for the moment. Of course she was scared, but they had to bite the bullet and push on. If they weren’t, who would?

Daiki wouldn’t have expected the strange tower to look exactly like the inside of the school. It was actually bringing back memories. He hadn’t been out that long, but returning stirred something in him, “This would be nice, if it weren’t clearly evil.” He sort of missed the old academy. He did spend three years there, after all. They were mostly good years too. Well, maybe except for the last one. That one he could have done without. The past was the past though, and he didn’t want to dwell on it. But he was pretty sure he may have to. There was some reason he was supposed to. It just wasn’t in him though. He would take a look at those he was here with and grin, especially after what Tomoe said, “Well, I may just be an idiot, but I’m deciding to trust you and everyone else. If we don’t have faith right now, what else is there?” He wanted her to know that whatever happened, someone would stand there. Besides, he couldn’t turn back if he wanted. He had two adorable little sisters to fix and this was the only way he knew. He didn’t quite get why, but if it worked he wouldn’t complain.

((OoC: Welp, didn't get to post in the other thread, so let's just start here lol))

Being late was a little annoying. Akuma should definitely find a way to cut on his habit of getting distracted so easily. Well, it wasn't like he was days behind, but he kind of managed to miss the rest talking outside, since he took a while getting there. Thankfully, he was just in time to join them inside. Hopefully, they wouldn't mind too much. This place was...weird. Why did the inside look like the school? Was it some sort of illusion or something? He was sure there weren't two of the same school. And nor did he think a tower was a good place for a second, if it were to exist. Though it could be fun. A school inside a tower. It would be original at the very least. ''Lots of things could be...Also, sorry for being late guys, I kinda got distracted on the way. Hope I didn't miss anything important.'' Well, he could at least apologize, if nothing else. He could maybe have tried to hurry up, but tiring himself out beforehand sounded a little lame. He probably just missed some conversation...and maybe a little more. He didn't know who the silverhaired guy with them was, but he didn't think they would take along just anyone, so probably someone who was on in with them. Nah, well, he would have plenty of time to find out, wouldn't he?

She expected the interior to be much more creepy. Dimmer, maybe, with shadows flickering off the walls and creaks and groans that'd make her jump when she heard them. Oddly enough, though, this tower looked like...the Academy. Destiny should know; she'd spent the past few years roaming those halls, coming to know each turn and classroom by heart. But there was a sneaking, almost despairing suspicion that the knowledge wasn't going to help here. Just because they looked the same didn't mean the two buildings would have the exact same layout, after all. So she followed along quietly, keeping Kahn in her sights so she wouldn't accidentally take a wrong turn or--and this was terrifying--get separated from the group. The last thing she wanted was to be stuck alone in this place.

The sudden feeling of someone behind her made the blonde turn sharply, features relaxing as she realized it was the boy from the festival and not...well, something awful. Forcing a soft smile on her face, she shook her head lightly. "No, not at all. It's good that you could make it." Destiny felt reassured with another person. Being in a group was supposed to be safer, right? Following that train of thought, the more people there was, the less dangerous this whole trip should be, right? Maybe it was childish, but she'd take whatever comfort she could get at the moment.

"Oh..." There was one thing the blue-haired boy missed, though. Sparing a hesitant glance at Naito, Destiny made a slight gesture towards him. "I don't believe you've met. This is Tsurinai-san. He'll be coming with us as well."

Normally, having Naito along would be enough to put the girl at ease. But...well...he just wasn't himself. It was the best way she could think to put it. Everything he said made her uneasy, and concern for the teen was growing. Really, why was he acting like this and not offering some kind of explanation? It wasn't like him. But she couldn't bring herself to try and dig for any answers at the moment. The last thing she wanted was for anyone else to get upset or for yet another complication be thrown into his already awful situation. For now, she'd just focus on following everyone and trying to help where she could.

Everyone's phone, excluding Naito's, would suddenly come to life with the yellowish hue as before. There was static for a few moments, but then a voice came from the other end. "A different batch of kids this time? Man, you guys sure can drag your asses even when the world is coming to an end. Whatever.." The voice spoke with abit of a half assed expressiom before continuing. "Well anyway, I'm sure this place looks familiar to the lot of you. Most of you were Kizuna Students, right? Probably slacking your asses off, but that's not important. What is important is that you reach Classroom Seven. That's your objective you want to start setting things right in Ueitawa. I'll explain more once you get there... For some reason, watching you kids is starting to irritate me. You're bringing up some bad memories. Once you reach and complete that objective, you'll be able to head further up the tower. That's enough motivation for brats trying to play hero, right?... Well, I'm hanging up now." And as said, their phones went quiet and returned to normal.

Kahn would frown as his phone came to life, and his thoughts were "Great, this jerk again." However, the guy gave them some pretty good advice that classroom seven was the place to be. Pertinent information, it took the man long enough to give the group something to go on. Though how did he know they were Kizuna students? That didn't seem right, did this stranger know more about them then he originally thought? That was quite possible to be certain, but a phrase gave him an idea of who was on the line...in fact didn't he use a phone too. Kahn was hoping he was wrong at this point, he wasn't willing to help that bastard at all, but at this point....he doubted he had much of a choice. When Tomoe spoke to him, the red haired young man would give her a nod.

"Thanks, I appreciate the vote of confidence, and based off what you told me about how you gained your powers, I can trust you too. Actually I feel like I can trust all of you, just stick with me and I'll do everything in my power to get everyone through with this." He said with confidence, though he didn't trust Naito entirely. He was rather concerned that it wasn't actually Naito...he remembered a Naito that was like this on deepnight deadline. What did the real Naito call that fake? Well he was sure it was something offensive at the very least. Daiki said of how he trusted everyone, and a thought crossed his mind of how Daiki trusted those of the fairer gender a bit more than others. Hearing voices in the back he saw Akuma in arrive, "Thanks for coming, Akuma just stay close and we'll get through this with no problem." A good thought, but Kahn doubted it. There were still those Kings and no doubt they were more than a bit powerful, and if that one guy in the Dreamscape was here...the red haired young man shuddered. Even with his extra toughness from the vest he was unable to withstand more than one hit. He shot a glance to Tomoe, "Have you ever done anything like this before, or are you completely new to this entire thing?" He asked trying to get a grasp of her experience of dealing with such supernatural activity. The red haired young man knew that Naito, and Destiny were experienced, but Tomoe awakened in a way that was different from the rest. At least from what he had gathered she was awakened in the Velvet Room, so she might not have any combat experience. Heck, she may be too weak to even handle the combat situations they would be placed in. He had to trust that she knew her limits or would follow her gut on this....though he didn't do either of those things when he got into his first serious fight, and he got his butt handed to him. Hopefully, that would happen with Tomoe, but he would do his best to help her avoid it. The same would go with anyone in their group; he intended to get them all out alive if he could help it.

This guy…did they not know one another? But at least he was helping. Tomoe still took a glance at this Tsurinai. He was not cleared of suspicion, even when his friends “trusted” him. She kept her gear soulbound weapon in her hand as she made her way with the team down the corridor of the distorted school. She looked to Kahn with an unusual smile, not like a normal person would react. “I’m completely new to actual fighting! But I got this,” she said. The two voices in her head seemed to glow in her head, but she knew she could do something. Was her pill not working right, or was the area getting to her? She was king of bothered. At least she had her two other pills on standby for anyone that needed a little help. “I do have medication that can help if we get a little encumbered though. Don’t worry, it’ll be safe to you. I just want to make sure we avoid it entirely,” she said in a completely normal, passive voice. She patted her coatpocket to make sure they were still there, and continued to follow Kahn, smiling to Akuma who did appear after all. “Thanks for showing up. We will do fine.” Had to have some encouragement, or no one would have heart!

Daiki would look back at the newest voice to arrive. Thank goodness it was another person that he had come to know. Well, more or less, “It’s wonderful of you to show up, Akuma. Better to go together than to try and be alone. Do you not agree?” Even in this place, Daiki was still Daiki. He didn’t make light of their situation, but he was polite. He would listen to the voice coming from his phone, only speaking up again when the voice was done, “Anyone know the fastest way to classroom seven? I think we could really use a shortcut…” His thought would trail off as he looked at just how large their group was. There sure where a lot of people here to help fix everything. It warmed his heart. Not as much as what Tomoe said, “A woman who is beautiful, dangerous, and comes prepared? Tomoe-san, you have stolen my heart once and for all. When this is all over, I may just have to ask for your hand in marriage.” He was head over heels. Could a woman get any better? Only if she was a master chief, but that would just be a bonus.

Akuma would nod when everyone seemed fairly thankful that he had come. Well, strength lies in numbers, right? Daiki appeared to think in a similar way too. ''Of course. Something like this is much harder when you're on your own. And it's also rather boring without any company around.'', he would say, smiling a bit, before turning to look at Destiny and where she was pointing. Ah, right, the silver haired man that he saw before. So, he was coming with them then? They sure were a big group. Destiny seemed a little hesitant with this guy, but Akuma didn't really want to ask. It was his fault for making it earlier either way. It seemed others were okay with this, so it was most likely fine, whoever this Tsurinai was. Maybe a friend of one of them. ''Hello.'', he would greet simply, since Destiny had already made him acquaint with the guy. It was polite to say hi, right? And it wasn't like his attention could be kept on that for a longer conversation either, as they got another phone call. Classroom Seven, eh? Whoever was on the line was quite strange. But, at least they were getting info...? ''I wish I did. I always get them mixed up.'', he would comment, a bit sourly, when Daiki wondered about a shortcut. Eh, he rarely paid attention as to which classroom was which. The most important was that he got to the class he needed in time.

While the idle conversations around her carried on, Destiny remained quiet. She wasn't exactly in the mood to strike up idle chatter, and she wasn't about to jump into anyone else's talk. So she trailed along, occupying her twitchy hands by winding and unwinding the ends of her hair around her fingertips. Really, how could everyone be so calm in a place like this? Weren't they scared? Anxious? Jittery? It seemed impossible that they'd be alright with all of this. Frozen people, creepy buildings, scary voices hacking into their phones...no one could possibly take all of that in stride, could they?

// I jinxed it. // Was the first thing that sprang to mind as her phone began to buzz from the front pocket of her jeans. Without pause or giving her time to pull the device out, the voice from before drifted out of the phone's speakers. The blonde bit her lip at the comment of "slacking off" in order to hide her frown, but wisely decided to hold her tongue. Arguing otherwise would most likely be pointless; the person--or thing--on the other end would most likely just laugh at her or throw more taunts, if they even spared a reply at all. And...classroom seven? That's where they wanted them to go? Why? What exactly was going to be there that would allow them to "fix Ueitawa"?

It didn't seem like they had any other options except to follow this mysterious person's suggestions. Everything their mystery caller said was so halfhearted that she couldn't bring it to herself to call them "orders". But that technicality didn't stop the fresh wave of uneasiness that crashed over her at the thought of what they might find in that classroom.

She had never fought before that was not something he had wanted to hear. "Well it isn't that difficult so you should get the hang of it fairly quickly to be honest." The leader said as he guided the group through, it was good to hear that everyone was welcoming and accepting Akuma back into the group. While he wasn't sure of what everyone was capable of he knew that Destiny was fairly support orientated, and could heal fairly well. That alone was a comfort, and he was sure everyone else had their own strengths and skills that would make them unique. However, as he rounded the corner he felt his hair stand on the back of his neck.

Shadows were fairly close, and that meant battle. He glanced at Tomoe, "Well you're going to get your taste of combat here soon enough, but we should be able to handle it." Kahn said as he moved forward before glancing at the others, hopefully they were ready. He wasn't sure how Daiki could handle himself, but he didn't appear to get nervous like Destiny usually does. It wasn't her fault, it was just who she was. The blonde was a very shy person, that much was obvious from their first meeting. They were a group that was thrown together so they all would have a bit of trouble discovering their synergy as a team. Granted, between them all Destiny, Naito and himself had an idea of how to operate as a group, but if this wasn't Naito....then there were only two of them who know how to work together. As he felt his hair stick up a bit higher, he would warn the group, "Get ready for some action, there is a shadow around here. I can feel it." It is difficult to forget the feeling he got whenever he faced one of those supernatural beings. They often had a chilling and soulless glare as they appraised their prey, but Kahn wasn't keen on being a meal for a shadow or anything that resided in this tower.

Of course since the last time he fought the shadows he had changed quite a bit, his power somehow grew. He knew part of it were those skill cards he had used before, but there was another power that resided in him now. It was different, and it felt more powerful than his previous persona. Well he was going to get the chance to fight and test it out if he so desired. Granted, he knew that shadows varied like colors, so his new power could be worthless or it could be critical. One thing was for certain though, there was no way he would know for certain until he threw himself at the shadow in mortal combat. Well he was about to get that chance, and regardless of what this tower threw at him and his group, he would overcome the challenge with them.

She nodded to Kahn, and continued on ahead. Though she gave a light blush and smile when Daiki complimented her yet again. “Perhaps after college. My parents are wanting me to look for other men, but after I get done I will have some spare time. And certainly not during this,” she said with a straight face, not exactly keen to Daiki’s flirting. Flipping her gear in her hand, she continued behind the team.
