Appearance: With his white hair and Ice blue eyes, contrasted by the red of his various two tailed coats, Akira is very different than most others from his town in terms of appearance. Coming in at Five Feet Eleven Inches and weighing One Hundred and Seventy-Three pounds, he is very easily the most recognizable person. In terms of clothing, his outfit is very..eccentric. He wears a black shirt, with a folded collar underneath a very obviously Italian and Western inspired two tailed red coat, one with various buckles across the chest and stomach. For pants, he wears red jeans, with a pair of old-school chaps worn above them, and for shoes he wears a pair of cowboy boots. And on his hands he wears a pair of black leather gloves. Even this most eccentric outfit somehow looks good on the man though. However, on occasion he has been known to wear a much tamer outfit, losing the chaps and cowboy boots for a pair of combat boots and red jeans, and replacing the red coat he usually wears with one that has a black chestplate, and much wider tails to the coat. His white hair is kept mostly unkempt, with the exception of his bangs, which part to both sides of his face, framing the entire area above his eyes in white.

Personality: A very go-with-the-flow kind of person, Akira is many things. Mellow, Faithful, Protective. But underneath all of the good within Akira, there is a vast well of sleeping anger, one that, when tapped into, makes him very scary to be around, as he never loses his temper in a small way. But, as for positive things, Akira is very mellow, something that is very good considering how his anger works. He also puts very much emphasis on faith and good intentions, making him well known for being a forgiving person. His protective nature is what sets him apart from most others though, as he will throw himself in harms way to keep those close to him, or even those who cannot defend themselves safe. Another notable feature of Akira's personality is that he is a very chivalrous man, being known to show the utmost respect for women.

—Description: Being born the youngest child in a family of five, Akira has always been fast, as a child he needed speed to keep out of the reach of his stronger brothers, and all of that exercise as a child has translated to him being a bit faster than the average person.

—Description: It is exceptionally hard to make Akira angry, as he is the kind of person to go with the flow. None who know him have seen him lose his temper, even when a normal person would have lost it long ago. As such, he is very easygoing, making it easy for him to make friends.

—Description: Akira is a firm believer in the good of others, and the power of good intentions. As such, it is hard to shake him as a person, and it is even harder to make him feel fear. His belief is that hope is always around the corner, even if you feel it has been lost. However, this also translates into him giving people more than one chance, which has known to backfire on occasion.

—Description: Despite being faster than the average person, Akira isn't too agile. He's always tripping on something if he doesn't see it, making it easy to trip him up in battle if you can match or exceed his speed.

—Description: Akira is fiercely protective of the people he loves and cares for, to the point of using his body as a shield for them if all else fails. It doesn't matter how hurt he is, if a friend is in danger, and there are no options left, he will take the hit for them.

—Weakness Name: Explosive Rage
—Description: Despite how hard it is to get Akira angry, when you manage it, there is no small display of anger. He is never just angry, always furious. In a fight this translates to a very uncharacteristic lack of mercy, while outside of it it translates to screaming and lots of profanity. He is also extremely hard to calm down, making it best to just let him burn himself out.

Weapon Description: A very simple katana, Faith is a weapon of few frills, the biggest frilly item being the white bow on the sheathe that allows the weapon to be tied to Akira's waist. The weapon is one of very little color as well, the only colors being black for the sheathe, and white for the wrappings on the handle. The weapon is a single meter in length, from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, with the sheathe being only half the length of the sword, but it is blunt enough to be able to be used as a weapon, though it isn't much more helpful than using his fists would be, at least against shadows. It happens to be more fitting for defensive purposes all around though.

The Background

History:Born into a family of five as the youngest child, Akira had a rather normal childhood, with the exception of having to learn to be fast to escape his stronger brothers. He went to school and got average grades, graduated high school with a B-Average, and went on to take up the family tradition of helping out the elderly. However, for Akira, it felt a little...bland. He did enjoy helping those who needed it, there was no doubt about that. But..he felt like there was something...off with how normal things were. He had known about the disappearances just as everyone else. But, unlike everyone else he knew, he felt that the disappearances were not something as simple as the people skipping town. As the months passed, more and more people started to disappear, admittedly shaking Akira to his core, as he knew several, if not all of the people that disappeared.

However, he didn't have the power to see what was unseen, so he was forced to continue his life as normal, blissfully unaware of the battles that were taking place around him each day, simply living his life the best he could. Every day he watched as more people disappeared, and every day he added their names to a growing list of people, trying to find some connecting detail, but ultimately failing. He currently is trying to live a regular life, unaware of the powers that exist in the world. And for now, that seems to be good enough for him.
