Persona Background: Dolus is the spirit of trickery, cunning deception, craftiness, treachery and guile in Greek mythology. He was an apprentice of the crafty Titan Prometheus and a companion of the Pseudologoi. His female counterpart is Apate, the spirit of fraud and deception.

Passive Boosts: Users of this Arcana are the "Jack of all Trades", allowing them to use any skills. Users of this Arcana get a 15% boost in one skill type of any kind.
15% boost in Mental-Ailments.

Description: Akira snaps his fingers disrupting the senses of the people around him. Increases all allies' and enemies' susceptibility to ailments by 20% for 5 turns.

Your Human Skill would have to be single target. It can have 25%, probably even 30, but because it is Tier 1, it doesn't have the ability to hit all targets with that chance.
