Appearance: Patrice stands at 5'7" which might or might not be suprisingly tall. They deliberately send mixed messages as far as their gender is concerned, having long brown hair but keeping it in a mess, and baggy gender neutral clothing. Even their shoes look good on both men and women! They use things designed for men and women, so they could use some girly shampoo but have some masculine body wash too.

Personality: They are the type of person to be super energetic, taking life one day at a time. They say and do things that doesn’t necessarily make any sense to anyone but them. Patrice does like making friends and talking to them about a variety of things from the weather to the most complicated sciences they can imagine. They don’t like to be tied down though, so they are a hobo. For the most part. They do have one friend that they are close to that allows them to store their stuff at his house and occasionally crashes with.

There is a darker side to Patrice though. Once someone strips away the happy facade, they are cold and calculating, and not afraid of hurting people who harm them or their friends. They can get quite scary and over protective!

—Description: Patrice really has too much energy for their own good. This gives them a tiny speed boost when moving about.

—Description: They are a genius when it comes to figuring out things. They love to get their hands on stuff and break it apart to see how it works and try and put it back together again.

—Strength Name: Friends!
—Description: They love people. They love talking at people and through some convoluted 'magic' manages to make them into friends. Even if they don't become close friends, they still pester the other member in the strange friendship to make sure that the other is alright.

—Strength Name: Obfuscating Stupidity
—Description: Patrice's silly facade is just that, a facade. When it really comes down to it, they're a critical thinker and can weasel their way out of any situation when they need to.

Weaknesses:

—Weakness Name: Glass Cannon
—Description: Patrice is strong, but to compensate she doesn't have much defense. It would take double the amount of work in Defense to keep it on par with others.

—Weakness Name: Creepy
—Description: Unfortunately, they are rather... intense when it comes to talking to people. Patrice doesn't mean it really! But when the 'magic' doesn't work, the potential friends usually run for the hills.

—Description: They are homeless. Is it because they can't get a job? Is it because of a choice on their part? Is it because of something else? No one really knows and the story's different from person to person.

—Description: For all of the genius in their head, and no matter how much they use their intelligence, the fact of the matter is Patrice is still incredibly silly and has the strangest tangents in existence.

The Background

History: Where did they come from, where did they go? They don't like to talk much about their past and for good reason. Most questions usually wind up being about their gender or their sexuality. When they aren't though, the general story goes like this:

They lived with their family until they grew up and moved away since no one could tolerate them in their own hometown. They made some friends but their really good friend has always been a guy by the name of Rivalle. He wasn't always sure why he was beside Patrice's side, but he was nonetheless. He knew her free spirit would keep her from settling down, so he usually lets her stay over when the weather is bad.

They've been able to keep themselves afloat by doing odd projects here and there, fixing things on the street from odds and ends, tailing people and volunteering at local shelters. They tend to see everything as a complete waste of time including school, but they go anyway to ensure that they will get into a good college, even though people will insist on forcing a gender on them again. They've gotten used to correcting people though they silently wish that everyone around them who knows them would either use both pronouns when talking about them or a more gender neutral set anyway.
