“E-everyone!” Mitsuko panted as she forced the door open, panting heavily from running all the way from the other side of the school, having forgotten entirely about club activities. “I’m sorry!” Only now, upon pausing to catch her breath, did Mitsuko come to realize that nobody was there. Not the slightly overweight girl who adored yuri, not the club leader who was obsessed with crossdressing; there was nobody.
Murmering a quiet ‘huh?’ Mitsuko took another glance around the empty classroom, a confused stare overcoming her face. Where was everyone? They were supposed to gather in anticipation for the announcement of the new ‘MAGICAL WITCH PRINCESS~!!’ trailer, which they were meant to be watching as we speak! Though, it seemed there was to be no magical witch princesses, much to Mitsuko’s disappointment - she’d actually really looked forward to seeing one of her favourite manga transformed into an anime.
With a sigh, she turned away from the bare classroom, peeking around the corner of the door and into the hallway. If she was going to be let down by her once loyal club, she could at least have a marvelously magical encounter elsewhere, right? It was just like the witch princess, herself, had said; “Nothing is impossible when you sparkle!”.
Quickly, she adjusted her skirt, momentarily wishing she had her black velvet cloak with her to add dramatic flair to whatever anime-like meeting she was going to experience - if she couldn't sparkle, the least she could do was look her very best!
"Hello?" She called, clapping her hands under her chin and smiling, absolutely radiating everything friendly and warm in the world. "Lets have a magical encounter!" Her declaration echoed through the seemingly empty hall, seconds ticking by as Mitsuko recieved no reply. She waited several more moments, still grinning and doing her best to keep morale up as she awaited the arrival of her destined friend.
Unfortunately, the only person who came by was the school janitor, who offered the third year and polite nod before asking her to step to the side so he could mop the floor.
Ah. Well. She'd just have a magical encounter with the next person to come through the hall.

A loud laugh boomed through the hall as he walked, his steps thunder through the quiet hall, in his hands he carried nothing but a copy of shonen jump and a kendo stick. It was Brian the new exchange student who was looking to join the Anime club. Staring at the book Brian lets out another deep base laugh. He was loving this Shonen Jump that was in Japan, they had it in america but since he had to use his money for other things he never got a chance to read it. Hell it was so good it made him want to join the club.
As he walked through the hall he noticed a girl standing in the hall way, it looked like she was praying. Though she looked weird which would probably put some people off, Brian couldn't help but relaxing, he was use to strange people, hell he use to live in a house full of them. Shaking his head Brian decided it was no time reminising about the past and decided to ask the girl where the anime club was.
"Ettto.... Where is the anime club?" Brian asked as he stumbled over a few of his words. Japanese wasn't his first language... He could read it just fine but speaking unfortunately was a pain in the butt. Looking at the girl and scratching his head and adjusting his glasses Brian awaited an answer.

"...uh-oh."
Kenta had gotten lost again, and this time ended up...here. Last night he had run into that weird boy at the amusement park, now he was in the room in a girl that needed to switch to decaf. "This is not the music club." muttered Kenta, stating the obvious. He sighed, sitting down and pulling out a tablet from his backpack. He didn't see any point of leaving and wasting more time trying to find the music club. Instead, he opened a piano application and began playing quietly, playing out the tune of the Radiohead song 'No Surprises'.
