Where The Rich Folk Live [Julian + one other]

    Huh? Contacts? Why not? "You're an interesting guy, Hyde." Chuckling lightly, the teen reached into his hoodie pocket and pulled out his iPod. After a few taps on the screen, a memo with a phone number popped up. Julian turned the screen to Hyde. "Here, this is my number. Call me, text me, whatever, but I'll probably respond faster to a text." He gave the redhead some time to take note of the information before opening a new memo. "What's your number?"

    Of all the things Julian ate, sushi was never one of them. It was supposedly pretty healthy, though. Maybe he should try some. If not, maybe Matthew would want some. Either way, it was a nice offer. "Never had it, actually. But if you say it's good, I'll trust you this once." Julian grinned at Hyde before tilting his head and adding, "Where do you work?"

Hyde took out his phone and got down Julian’s number. He then sent a text message to Julian saying his name and a face pic for the contact icon so he could be remembered. “There, so we got each other’s number. It should be easy for us to contact each other, so feel free to rely on me in case of an emergency. “ Hyde then goes into his pocket and takes out a business card of the sushi restaurant that he works for. After handing it Hyde proceeds to explain a little about his workplace. “I work at Edogawa Sushi Restaurant in Penencia. It’s a really nice place, brand new as well. Give me a call ahead of time and ill definitely give you some good service. Come before 3 pm and the sushi is half off, the lunch special. “ Hyde then turns to leave. “I’ll be waiting, and make sure you skip breakfast. Ill probably give you more than you paid for. “ Hyde would say with a small smirk as he made his way, it would be a nice way to tank Julian for his kindness. “Maybe I should add in a free glass of water? Oh wait, water is already free….” Hyde shrugs as he continues to walk.

    In case of emergency? ...If he was mugged or in life-threatening danger, Julian highly doubted that Hyde would be the first person he'd call. Nice gesture though.

    The redhead went on to give him a card (did he just carry those around in his pocket...?) and talk about the sushi place. As much as the teen tried to listen, it was hard not to grin at the very sales-pitchy talk. Maybe advertising was part of Hyde's job or something? He was doing a pretty good job of it, anyways. As Julian looked up to talk to Hyde for a minute more, he ended up staring at the other teen's back as he walked off, still apparently talking. Julian watched him go, staring until his companion was out of sight. Then he doubled over and started snickering. What was with that exit? It was so cheesy. And why didn't he say goodbye or see ya or something...normal?

    Chuckling lightly, the teen shoved the card and his iPod into his pocket before stretching his arms above his head. Ah well. Today had been interesting, at least. That was something. Julian considered staying around and playing a few more games by himself, but thought better of it as he looked at the time. Yikes, his dad would probably be getting home right about now. For the past week Matthew had been taking on a lot of late shifts, so by the time he'd get home, Julian was already asleep. It'd be nice to have dinner or something together and catch up. With that thought in mind the teen walked out of the arcade and began the trek back home to San Malarus.
